Bye bye Tepco. I still have places I like in sidney for simpler jobs but TK , if you have enough time to make an appt and such and not looking for service right then and there (good luck finding it anywhere else in town either), id have to recommend the TK team. A place you can actually trust. Technically you could probably even rent a Uhaul from them for a couple days if you need transportation and are that desperate and have the cash and a broken down car. Thanks again

Good shops are hard to come by, this is one of them. Great job on my breaks at a fair price. Best mechanic I ve ever been to. Ted is extremely honest and does not oversell. One shop I went to said I needed new tires asap, he said I had another 7k miles on them, which ended up being true. He hooked me up with a uhaul and made sure me and my wife were safe for a long trip. He even gave us a ride home when we needed to leave the car overnight bc we only have 1 car. Can t thank Ted and his crew enough, I d highly recommend them Over any shop in the area

TK Auto wipes away all of the things that you hate about going to an auto repair shop. The service is second to none, the quality of customer service is fantastic, the wait time is very short, and the entire experience for me was wonderful. I cannot imagine going anywhere else now. The only regret that I have is not finding them sooner! 100% RECOMMEND.

I m originally from Boston and was in New York this past weekend where my car broke down only 15 min into my long ride home. AAA towed my car to these guys where Ted was the biggest help! He was able to squeeze me in within a couple hours so I could get back home five hours away in the same day! Kim was also super kind to me! I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE! My mechanic recently closed up shop, so I was weary about finding a new one. From the moment I spoke to the owner at TK Auto, I knew that I found a decent mechanic. The owner is easy to talk to, compassionate and down right honest! Qualities that are hard to come by nowadays. If you're looking for a shop and you're not sure where to start, I'd say, give it a shot. You just might have found your new mechanic!

Ted, Tyler and the gang have always been courteous and helpful when we needed service. We didn't have to wait many days for appointments and the service was always done promptly. Plus offered me a ride home so I didn't have to walk. Thank you TK Auto.

TK Auto Sales & Service LLC in Bainbridge NY is a breath of fresh air compared to all the chain store automotive businesses. A true Mom & Pop small town business. Ted King and his Son Tyler are a class act. Very friendly and curtious. Every business encounter i have had with them has been 100% positive. Tires, Oil Changes, exhaust work and general repairs have all been done in a timely manor and at very reasonable prices. The quality of there services are second to none. Always very honest. Thank you guys !!!

TK auto sold me a car with a ball joint falling off and a broke engine which they inspected and passed the month I bought it I tryed to return this car after 7 days beacuse he lied to me saying it was a good car that we would be able to drive with out any big issues todd was super nice and easy person to get ahold before we bought the car but once we called him 4 days after to tell him about it being broke hes been very hard to reach he didn't believe the other 4 mechanics saying the car had issues yet wouldn't look over the engine him self said he couldn't do that never delt with a timing issue before (at which at the at time we still didn't know about it needing a whole engine we were hoping jsut timing belt) but they did change the oil and put a new oil pan on it and didn't seem to notice all the metal pieces in it and his excuse for it all is that it has 120000 miles on it theres r going to be things that brake ok I get it but to have a car not useable with in 21 days of buying it most of which it sat at a shop to get dignosed for the problem we drove it less then 150 miles back and forth to those shops Im very very disappointed in this shop/dealer I went thru a business and not someone selling a car off the street beacuse I hoped I could trust them but this is not the case I wouldn't go back or take my car for any repairs save ur self the money cuz that's all they care about I'm a mom of 2 and now have wasted money on a broken car if he would have let me return this car when I brought it back 4 days after I found out about it being broke mabye I would have felt differently about there customer service
