These guys are honest, fair with pricing and very friendly. My family has been bringing our vehicles here for almost 30 years. We don't go anywhere else. We've purchased a couple of new vehicles and didn't bother wasting money on dealership extended warranties.

At the recommendation of a neighbor we took my senior mother in law's car there to be serviced. When we came to visit and drove her car only a short distance it was obvious that there was a problem with the disc brakes likely caused by a warped or groved rotors. When we took the vehicle in he immediately wanted to take it for a test drive. When he returned he confirmed that it was the brakes and gave a reasonable cost for repair. We agreed and arranged to bring the vehicle in the next day and leave it until the following afternoon. When we returned the car was ready and not dirty but most importantly it was repaired and repaired properly at the price quoted.This is an honest shop with a hard working owner who deserves your business. He will be getting our future business for sure!

I had needed my car inspected and a brake light bulb replaced and they were able to get me in the same day I called and out of the shop within an hour! Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be using them again!

They said they changed the oil in my car and never changed the oil. It was still dirty, it still smelled like old oil and gasoline and it was still over the fill line when I topped the oil prior to coming in. I took it to a friend of mine that told me to never go back to them and they charged me no less! I would not recommend going there! If you do definitely double check your car to make sure the work is done!Service: Oil change

Fantastic mechanic! Willing to work with you on price and schedule and extremely friendly. Very honest- will quote you a fair price and be honest about whether they can complete the task or not. I trust them with my Jeep for years, my moms used them for years, now my boyfriend does too. Would not go anywhere else for even an oil change, Sultan is worth the loyalty!

I went there without an appt for an oil change and inspection.I waited about 10 minutes before they took my car into the garage. They were done in an hour.Told me I will need brakes and tires soon but did not get pushy about it.Overall I felt comfortable. Everyone was pleasant.I will be going back for the repair work and regular service.I gave only 4 stars just because it was my first time there and 5 means perfect.

What an amazing amazing team of professionals, and what an amazing job they did. I called at 8am on a Saturday morning to get my tail lights replaced and they said they can do the job as long as i can come.I drove at 8:37am, they were quick, extremely professional and also had an amazing customer service. I have been to a lot of repair shops in long island since i moved to US. This is hands down the best auto repair shop in New York!

Waste of time. Kept my truck for days and didn't look at it. Then tried to hit me with a seven thousand dollar bill. Guy kept repeating "You know what I'm saying?" On repeat... Save yourself time and energy, go somewhere else.

Just had my oil change and NY state inspection done at Sultan. Mr. Suleyman, the shop owner, did a good job. He was fast, accommodating, and thorough. The charge was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I find the mechanics here are honest, hard working and fair. I trust them with my 17 year old daughter s vehicle. I also bring my Silverado there for second opinions frequently. People working here are honest and reliable. They do a good quality job at cheap price. My car ac was not working. Other mechanic was charging $500 and told me there is leak in condenser. But they fixed it in $80 and it is still working.

Great service and very nice owner. Reasonable prices.. The owners are compassionate & understand. You can trust Mohammad & his partner. I have been in the auto industry most of my life & it is rare to find not only a great mechanic but a good person also...

Everyone here is very talented at what they do, and do it with great passion. It feels like they treat your vehicle as if it were they're own. They take great attention to detail and make you feel very welcomed. They are honest and friendly above all. No up selling on repairs that aren't necessary. Definitely reccomend if you like piece of mind.

My sister has been bringing her vehicles her for years and now I bring mine. They're very helpful and trustworthy. A genuine mechanic that knows the ins and outs of a vehicle and have properly diagnosed and fixed many problems over the years

Very dishonest people. I went there once for an estimate and the owner said 500.00. Then I went back a few weeks later for another estimate based on only doing half of the door instead of the entire door. The same guy said 800.00. When I told him I am going to report him on Google he said "good". These people are crooks. Stay away.

While on vacation, my car needed immediate attention mid-day just before closing on a holiday weekend. When I called, the man with whom I spoke was sympathetic, telling me to come right over. The mechanic was accommodating, making a temporary repair and giving suggestions until I could bring my vehicle to my regular garage. I recommend this business.

Good prices and very reliable. Sultan is honest and doesn't try to pressure you into non-essential services. One caveat is that they sometimes don't call when your car is done, so you have to call them.

In 2015, a dealer asked $3000 to fix my exhaust system and I paid $50 at Sultan to get the job done. It's been three years and the car still runs well. Thank you, Sultan!I have been a customer at Sultan for quite some years. Mahmut and Suleyman (the two that customers normally deal with and owners of the auto shop, I assume) have been so honest and kind and professional to me, to my friends and my colleagues. If they can do the job, it will be done in time (and I bet you won't find a better price). If they cannot do the job, you will be informed directly with suggestions. I never had or even heard any complains about their work. During all these years, Sultan helped me to fixed numerous problems of my old old car, almost every part except the engine and the transmission system. In addition, I just found a high ranking of Sultan placed a month ago that surprises me because it's from an old friend who moved to a location much closer to the city a few years ago. A new ranking of five stars means that person still sometimes comes back for Sultan's quality service.

This place is awful!!! There absolutely botched my jaguar, I got the car back it was running Terrible, found out they cracked 3 spark plugs and didn t bother replacing them causing a misfire in my engine and on top of that they did not want to work on my car cause it was a jaguar!!! I m paying thousands of dollars for repairs and you refuse to do the work I ask you to do??? Very unprofessional and absolutely no knowledge of European cars, very poor place, they also broke the jaguar good ornament and gave me the car Back with the jaguar completely broken in half and hanging off the hood, I was in shock
