I am very happy with my pellet stove install. Everyone at Stoves Plus was helpful along the way and prioritized my install since my heating system failed a week after I bought my house. The pellet stove has helped a lot while I wait for a new system. Pellets were delivered and stacked neatly. Will order again.

I love my new wood stove insert!My current open fireplace had so many issues and was not working properly, couldn t use it at all. So, I have purchased wood stove insert from STOVE PLUS and within a week from the order Carl and his crew showed up and did all the installation work. Carl is very professional in his trade.This insert is beautiful and heats up the whole house! Thank you, Carl!!!I highly recommend Stove Plus LLC, Carl and his team are very knowledgeable and reliable!

Happy to have gone with stoves plus over the other guys. They are welcoming and friendly, answered all my questions. The prices are honest and fair. My wood stove insert is beautiful and heats my whole house. Great investment, saves hundreds of dollars on my oil bill monthly. I couldn t live without it now.Bought my stove with inventory back ups from Covid, Carl the owner, called the supplier several times for updates as to a deliver date. As soon as the stove came in they were calling to install it. No delay in their part, fast and efficient.

I bought my pellet stove from them. As the saying goes: you pay for what you get. I went with them because they were slightly cheaper than one in Kingston. Customer service was terrible, they actually act like you re bothering them. The installation was done poorly and the stove makes a lot of noise. I ve called them, Carl came out once but the problem continues and they re not responding. It s a family business so they score across the board, but there is no unified system. You call them and ask for scheduling installation and they say the daughter is off but mother cannot take over the task. I ve sent emails, texts and voice messages. Zero response.

We recently purchased a new wood stove from Stoves Plus and the experience was great. Both Linda and Carl were very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision on which stove would suit our needs. The showroom had a working display unit plus many others. The installation went smooth and professional and we are very happy with our purchase. Probably the best thing I can say about Carl and Linda is that they are very honest, a very rare quality in this industry.

They are always helpful and available, they are knowledgeable and fair and they provide this special customer service with a smile. Stoves Plus is truly a one of a kind business. We bought a new wood stove, from Stoves Plus in the summer of 2013, to replace our old wood stove which dated back to 1985. Karl was very professional in explaining the energy saving features of the new stove and provided a nice catalog of choice to choose from.The pricing including the installation was clear, no ssurprises. The stove was delivered and installed on time, as scheduled.We are VERY pleased with the new stove. It certainly lives up to what was promised.Overall we strongly recommend considering Stove Plus. They are nice people to deal with and the product is excellent.

We are really pleased with Stoves Plus! They are very easy to work with - professional, thorough, and very competent. The wood burning insert looks beautiful and -- with the chimney liner -- we have a safe solution for an old wonderful fireplace. Price point hit the right spot for us. Definitely recommend!

I was so glad my husband made this stop on his way home one day! They were the best pricing in the area ( and we went to MANY places) and they were helpful and honest! Service was fast and installation was done in less then 1 week! The two that came to the house were incredibly knowledgeable,fast and professional.There was no fuss or mess and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was hesitant about getting the fireplace insert at first but now I am thinking I am going to love it once the temps hit negatives outside. Thank you to all of them for the great service!! See you next year for our wood stove downstairs and a cleaning of the insert:)

I am so pleased that there is a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable business with a small town attitude. Carl and his co-worker are great. Linda answers the calls promptly and always polite. They drove way out to Loch Sheldrake in bad weather just so my family would have heat. Carl was nice enough to give me a thorough lesson on the operation and servicing of my pellet stove. Highly recommend these true professionals!!!!

Carl and his crew did a stellar job of removing our old pellet stove and replacing it with a wood stove. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly by both Carl and Linda. Information provided was clear and accurate. Carl showed up for the installation at exactly the time we had scheduled, which was particularly impressive since he had to travel approximately one hour to get to our home. Once the work was under way, attention to detail, a can do attitude, and a fine sense of humor were all clearly evident. Why bother with time wasting "competitors" who don't respond to phone calls or who fail to provide estimates as promised? Just go to Stove Plus and get the job done!

I've know and dealt with this business for most of my life. When I lived in Orange County, I would go to no other supplier than Stoves Plus. Fair Prices, Friendly Faces and Prompt Service.I've since moved away from Orange County, but, I still refer all of my friends and family to Stoves Plus for their wood burning stove needs. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with the service from this company. Had a top damper put on and couldn't be happier. They were on time, they kept clean, very helpful, and explained everything. Very fairly priced and they were also quick. Would defiantly reccomend, and will use the. Going forward for all my chimney work.

I can not say enough good things about this outfit, run by Carl and his wife Linda Rumbalski. We had a wood stove installed in our vintage cabin late last summer. The contractor we hired was unable to provide a crucial double insulated through-the-wall piece of piping, and I called Carl to ask for help. He had a piece he thought might work, and waited for my boyfriend, Tom to pick it up, despite having dinner plans. He told Tom he would wait as long as he could, but if he were not on the premises when Tom arrived, would leave the piece outside, and trust Tom to leave the agreed upon sum.After much aggravation with the installer, the stove was finally, safely installed, and we did not use the pipe piece Carl had sold us. We called to let them know and were told that we could return it at any time. One year later I called to ask if we might drop the piece off and thank them for the kindness they showed Tom and myself. To our surprise they refunded our money.As city dwellers, we are unaccustomed to such integrity ~ and after visiting their location, are thoroughly impressed with their business practices and loyalty of their long-time employees. Should you need to buy a stove, have one repaired or installed, or your chimney cleaned, relined or waterproofed, we highly recommend the professionals at Stoves Plus LLC whole heartedly. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I had purchased a stove from a buddy of mine stove was a couple years old but was told no problem installing it. I paid for installation and all the piping needed threw stoves Plus. Everything looked and from what they told me sounded good, until the first rain storm. Water pouring onto the wood stove coming from the hole for the piping. Called them up they came and said they fixed it till the next rain storm same problem. And again a third time. Went on the roof my self and it looks like a little kid went crazy with glue and caulk. Called stoves Plus up again they told me this has never happened before and they would fix it. The last time I called them they came out again and it stopped for a while but sure enough pouring water again on the stove. I would not recommend this company to anyone they can't do a job right that there supposed too be professionals. Wish I could give 0 stars

Stoves Plus came highly recommended but unfortunately we were disappointed with our experience. We were given the window between 9 and 9:30 that they'd install the our insert, no one showed up until 10:20 and there was no notification that they'd be late. They ended up having the wrong door to our stove which is an understandable mistake. But then we were asked twice if we would go pick up the door 35 minutes away from their store and install the door ourselves. After telling them no they did return later in the afternoon with the door at 4:30pm when they had said it be about 1pm. Also we had to ask them to move the stove because it was uneven in the fireplace.Also someone must of cut themselves on the fireplace because we had blood all over the handle of our door.....

Best referral I got for years, was to visit Carl & Linda at Stoves Plus. Their product line was excellant as was their prices and installation.Extremely knowledgeable people, and obviously expert in product line along with service and installation of same.

price of stove was reasonable, installation was fast, however when our stove needed service, no return phone call after repeatedly calling and leaving messages, limited hours. When your stove is down and it is cold out, this is pretty important!

They sell aluminum boats. Specialize in chimney, fire place maintenance. They also sell and install high efficiency fire place incerts. They have restored my 1925 hunting lodge fire place and chimney. They keep live free range chickens and sell their eggs during warm weather.

Went for few stove parts, they were very helpful, very knowledgeable, and most of all did not try to sell me anything I did not need. When times come I buy from them.
