So far I m very happy with the service and pricing at this location, not to mention the convenience of having them about 10 minutes from my house. I got a great price on tires, an alignment, and an inspection on my girlfriend s car. I m going back tomorrow for an oil change and tire rotation. I m confident that I will get as good service or even better. As I predicted, I got fantastic service and a fantastic price. Great people and so far a very honest company. They have been direct and upfront from beginning to end, and they try their best to accommodate when they can. I maybe able to find a cheaper price if I look, but I don t think I could find a more honest place. So for me this is my goto shop. Great job

10/10 service! I needed an inspection and was last minute. They called with the work that needed to be done and I felt no pressure at all. They were fast and efficient, friendly, professional and just amazing! I had my car back the same day. I ll be back! Love when I find somewhere I can trust. I realized I had a leak and a nail in my tire on my way to pick someone up from the airport and stopped at Mavis in Stone Ridge to see if they could help. I was nervous about continuing the long drive and about leaving my mother in law stranded! They immediately jumped into action- quickly addressing the issue with efficiency- while still maintaining the busy flow of business for other customers. Start to finish it was under 15 minutes and their kindness, professionalism and skill saved the day!!

So after the great work the team and Scott did on my Jeep I brought my daughters car which I just bought from a private sale to them and I am so happy I did. My daughter just got her license and this was her first car! Scott and his team looked over the car for me and found some things that needed to be correct before it would be safe for her to drive. The car is now safe and so is my daughter! Thank you again Scott and your team for making sure her car was safe and working with me on the cost of the repairs! 2 cars later and I still would always recommend the Stone Ridge Mavis for all our repairs!! Truthful Honest Mechanics who are always looking out for their customers!

I brought my 2014 Jeep to Mavis in Stone Ridge. I have been using Mavis for many years now and I love the fact I can go there and as usual the Staff and Scott were knowledgeable and assessed the situation. While I needed to replace all the rotors, brakes and calipers they also looked over other concerns I had and guided me through everything with knowledge and ease. It s nice to feel like I am treated with respect and not just trying to make a buck from me. It s a great hometown feeling and not so much a corporate feeling. If you re looking for a reliable mechanic like in the older days you have come to the right place! No gimmicks just honestly which makes you truly want to go back for your next car concern or service!

I went to mavis in stone ridge and had a great experience there! Todd was a huge help as well as others there, getting my car aligned and finding the right tires that were great for my needs and affordable! Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. I had went into the Stone Ridge Mavis this morning with hopes of them being able to install 2 tires on my truck. Scott answered everything I had asked and told me that they can get me taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Was so glad I was able to get new tires installed in a timely manor. No hassle atmosphere. Will be back again

I have had a good number of very positive experiences with Scott and his team! I originally went over there when my other go-to mechanics in the area were too busy to help me with a flat tire, and from the moment I interacted with them I could tell that they were honest, hard-working, and expedient with their service. Last night my brake caliper seized up on me while I was on route 209, going 60 miles an hour. I had the tow truck tow me straight to Mavis on a Friday night and without even making an appointment, they had me up and running by 3 PM the very next day. I m happy to recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto repair and maintenance. They have also been good about spotting things that need to be addressed and warning me of upcoming repairs without ever being pushy about it! Thanks so much guys!

Scott,Rob,Mike,and Todd all helped me out trying to figure out a vibration in my truck.ended up needing tires got to me quickly truck has never gone down the road straighter in its life tires look good on the truck. This Mavis Stone Ridge location is very convenient to where I live. My family always gets great service from Scott, Todd, Rob and the whole crew of mechanics. No pressure on sales. I had a flat tire and Scot took excellent care of me. I wasn t a regular customer but felt like I was. The tire needed to be ordered and arrived in the afternoon They put my donut tire on the car so I could get home. By 4:30 my new tire was installed and I was good to go. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Mavis Tire in Stone Ridge for trust and excellent service.

Amazing service! WOW - I had a rear headlight go out tonight, making for a potentially dangerous drive home from work. Not only were they open late, but Scott told me to come straight down and they got me right in. They were friendly, professional, and fast. Turned out to be brake lights, and Julie got the car fixed up and back on the road in no time - and they gave me a heck of a deal. This was some of the best customer service I ve had, and I ll definitely go back. This place is a gem!

I had a fantastic experience with Mavis Tire when I needed a tire rod replacement. The job was done exceptionally well, and the employees were not only skilled but also very friendly. The front desk worker was particularly welcoming and made the whole process easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Mavis Tire for their excellent service and great staff!

The team at Mavis - Stone Ridge NY are the absolute best! Especially those working January 6th, 2024 were very respectful, professional and informative about my service. Todd Harris was the best help I have gotten anywhere and made sure everything was correct on my car even stuff they don t have to do he still went out of his way and made sure everything was working properly and correct!! Couldn t have asked for better service. So if you decide to go to Mavis in stone ridge ask for Todd Harris!

My Honda Fit had a multitude of issues after sliding off the road, including broken rims and a blown out tire. From the beginning, Scott and his team were supportive and clear in their diagnosis...not talking above my knowledge. They took the time to explain what was needed, answered questions and were meticulous and thorough in getting me back not the road safely. I could not recommend Mavis Tires in Stone Ridge more highly.

I had to get to work but was having trouble with my tire pressure. I stopped in to Mavis in stone ridge and the assistant Manger todd Harris was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. He explained that I didn't need new tires I just needed to put air in them and the tire light would go out. The tires didn't have equal pressure. He did that for me and had me out and back on the road safe and to work on time . I liked the way he didn't take advantage of me. He took the time to explain it and took care of the problem .I highly recommend Mavis and talking to him when you go in and need help.

Stopped in today because I thought I had a flat tire in my work van. Turns out we were low in air. They checked all the tires and filled them up to the correct tire pressure. Fast and excellent customer service. Thank you for keeping me rolling and not being late to my next appointment.

I want to thank Scot and his team for going above and beyond to fix my daughter s car to road standards. They fixed the exhaust that must have done in someone s back yard to where if it needs to be replaced in the future it is not out of reach. Also changing out the front and rear struts and shocks/ rear breaks. Scot went out of his way to look and fix this car knowing my young daughter would be driving it. Thanks again to Mavis of stone ridge. I believe they honestly care. If you need repair done to your car give them a chance

I brought my Ram in this morning on the fly for an inspection and theywere gracious to take me in and Mike only took 45mins! Called the Stone Ridge Mavis, because I called the Kerhonkson store, that really didn't seem to care about helping me. I spoke with Todd, he was able to get me in, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. I will definitely be coming to Stone Ridge instead of the Kerhonkson store.

We were visiting from Ohio for Thanksgiving, which was a lot of fun, but exhausting, and we were ready to head home (an 11 hour drive!) when a check engine light came on. The Midas folks saw us immediately and had everything fixed in less than 15 minutes! Just like that we were on the road again!Clean, friendly, courteous, professional, even on the Sunday morning after Thanksgiving!
