I would highly WHB Collision to anyone in the area looking for auto body work. I brought my car in there not knowing how it would turn out. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the work performed on my car. The owners kept in contact with me to update me on the repairs. It is good to know that there are honest businesses out there performing quality work. My car looks amazing.Service: Body & Trim

The front end of my car was damaged when a RAM backed over it. When I called and explained what had happened and the extent of the damage not only did they say they could immediately give a quote when I bring it in, but that they were concerned about my safety I m driving with the damage done. They worked seamlessly with the insurance, helped to coordinate timing with my schedule, and even with parts delays everything was ready to go in about a week! These guys were so kind and did phenomenal work too! So thankful a friend referred me to them!!Service: Body & Trim

They are great people to work with and will accommodate your needs. I needed some rust removal work on my 2011 pilot and they were able to get a used door that looks like new. Prices were as quoted and work was done probably. Highly recommend.

I'm giving 5 stars and I have only had a phone conversation with the owner. Reason for this review is the total professionalism this business owner had from the start to the end of our conversation. I will be definitely give him a try if the need arises.Sorry if this doesn't help... but very pleased by his professionalism of a small business owner in today's world.

Will is a very talented man, they estimated a 2 day turnaround on a complete replacement and fresh paint and clear-coat on my WRX front bumper. He and his great staff had a rental car right there for me, they did an on-site estimate and worked with my insurance agency so I didn't have to do anything.You can see that these people are passionate about what they do. It was actually funny how the paint job they did came out better than the stock paint job on the rest of my car.Here's the kicker, my car was done in one day, not two like they estimated. It was so fast it surprised me and when I went to pick it up they had it detailed and washed, they even tried to buff out a very large scratch that I pointed out to him and that's why I give them 5 stars, because they went above and beyond.You can tell this is a successful business as he just doubled the building footprint and ordered a state-of-the-art painting Booth from Italy. I would say he's on track to have the best facilities for collision and repainting in Upstate New York.

Honest people who get it done right. Pretty fast return rate too, they dont just let your car sit in the parking lot. Was good enough to get cop car repair contacts and more then good enough for me

I love Kim and Will! They have been so helpful with everything way above and beyond trying to fix my vehicle after being in a collision! If I was ever to need anything I would not hesitate to take my vehicle, my parents, grandparents, friends or anyone else's vehicles to them! Very upfront, honest, professional and respectable! Wish there were more than 5 stars and hearts included!

Will and his wife were great, both very down to earth people. The body work came out amazing! Looks better then on the showroom floor. Everything was explained thoroughly so I had no questions about where parts were coming from or what was going to be done. Highly recommend WHB!!

Nice people clean working garage, they do very good work. Usually I would say "I will be back" but in this case I hope I don't need there services again but if I do this is where I'm going.Thank you for everything.
