Imagine I got to do an inspection and they said my car failed but don t know why!!! When all I had to do was drive my car 5 more miles so the system can restart because I had just got some service done. He just didn t want to tell me so I could take my car back to pass it . Imagine robbing people for $37 wow next time I would read reviews first.

This is the most honest and knowledgeable auto mechanic business I have used in 65 years of driving. Joe and Chick are men whose judgments and evaluations of my vehicles over the past 25 years are reliable, and the pricing is fair. Their basic honesty and decency shines through everything they say and do. Five stars! I came to this place a while ago for an inspection. The guy looked my car over and said it passed. Then after I told him I'd want to change my breaks next month he came back out and said he can't pass me unless I change them that very same day. When I said I don't have the money for it today he said leave a deposit and he'll pass me. They're Just a bunch of crooks looking to make a quick buck. This place is 5 min from my house and I would rather drive 20 min to a decent honest shop.

Went to get an inspection done here for the first time, as soon as I saw that 3 guys were taking tires off I knew I was getting screwed. After 20 mins the owner tried to convince me that not only I had to change brakes and rotors but something was also wrong with the steering/suspension front end was not right. I got into a huge argument with him and he failed my car and told me to get out of there. Next day went to the place I got it last year and the car passed with no problem, he did tell me the brakes were low but not to fail the inspection. I would not recommend this place and advise to stay away since their business motto is screwing customers

This place is a rip off. If your car fail inspection you pay him $200 and it automatically pass inspection. Been here once to fix my car and charge me a ridiculous amount of money. Never again will I go there. I tried to support my neighborhood people but this place will rob you.

I would recommend this shop to anyone, I've done my brake line and transmission here, its one of the best shops that i trust and the mechanics are top notch. I have no problems with the work that was done. You see Shamra , and he'll take good care of you. Even price wise!

I intended to write this review awile back, when I went there just got busy, but i will say to anyone if you don't have any knowledge about cars or mechanic work don't go there they will rob you for every penny they can take from you, I work at a GM dealer out in Long Island, but i decided to take my truck there for an oil change and inspection just to be supporting the local businesses being that i live in the area. When i went there, i guess they assumed I didn't know anything about vehicles, the took my vehicle in put it on the lift, one of the guys looked at the front wheel, didn't look at the back, went into the little office area, then about ten minutes later a different guy came out and told me i needed brakes and rotors all around before i get inspection, and because this is a big truck the oil change would cost more and was not specific about how much more, they quoted me a price almost $650 for everything. The funny thing there is my brakes and rotors in that truck was less than four months old, and that truck is not my daily driver i use a different vehicle to go back and forth to work, and when i did do the brakes and rotors it cost only $259, and that was at the dealer, when i started ask questions and they realized I am knowledgeable in the automotive industry, they started to change things around to fix the situation, at that point i was upset and i told them to put my truck back down and i left without getting anything done. I understand they run a business and have to make money, but they should be transparent at doing so, It is so sad to see that they try to rob people who don't know better and people who live in the area and try to support them. My intention is to call the Better business bureau and tell them of my experience there, and if you are reading this please take my advice and don't go there

Brought my car in for service and the owner and workers are very disrespectful. They lied and claimed they put on dealer parts and they didn t. They also kept my old parts and didn t show it to me. My front bumper had to be removed and when they put it back on they let it hang and ended up doing more damage. I had my control arm replaced and they didn t even tighten it. Don t come here, they rob you and don t get the job done

I ve never given any place I ve reviewed, less than three stars. Nonetheless, I m elated to give Rich Hill a negative one star. First off, I had no idea you aren t suppose to trust mechanics. Well, take my word, or not, never trust this place. Here s why...I took my Pathfinder here for a tune up. I ended up getting a 400$ oil change. They did absolutely nothing close to a tune up. I took the car to another mechanic and he immediately asked, when s the last time you had a tune up? It told him and he laughed. Saying, no you didn t. RIch Hill is a scam, a liar, and thief.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Staff s demeanor comes off too aggressive right off the bat, you come in and ask questions and automatically are greeted as if you were being disrespectful and arrogant, the older gentleman at the front needs to take a step back and calm down no need to come so aggressive and defensive as if all people you dealt with are gonna give you an attitude, treat each customer with a fresh mindset no one has time to be arguing there s way too many competitors to be having that childish attitude. Respect is mutual be polite and cordial even if you don t need their business

Worst shop around the area ! Brought my car in for alignment bc it was pulling to the left. The mechanic Did a half ass job bc when I went to do a test drive , it still pulled to the left. Waste of my time and money! Definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone! P.S. my issue still isn't resolved.

Decent prices. May be on account of the parts used. Will say they are honest and fair. Never recommends work that isn't needed. Don't be afraid to bring your car here.

Been to over 5 shops and nobody could figure out the problem with my suspension, after a couple minutes on the lift the problem was diagnosed and taken care of very professionally. The shop workers are absolute predators. My daughter was walking past and one of the workers came out and started blowing kisses at her. This is not the first time it's happened. When I confronted them they all said nothing. If you have the balls to blow kisses you should have the balls to admit you're a dirty predator.

Went to find out what s wrong with my car the first time they told me that they will charge just to check what s wrong with my car not cool. Other places will check it with no charge at all and tell you how much will be spending for the repair lost one good customer hope this reviews helps other people thanks

Rich Hill is run by a crook who conned my father out of money for services he never performed on my car. The owner does not do business honestly or with respect for his customers.
