It s really true what they say about Regency Auto Collision: "Your car comes out looking better than the first day you got it from the dealership." They are one of the very few body shops that keep you updated with every single detail of the process your car is undergoing. Eddie, David, and Eli were all very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. They even went out of their way to expedite my repair during a parts shortage. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs their car repaired fast and repaired the RIGHT WAY!

Amazing Experience from beginning to end. Eduard & his staff were extremely helpful with the entire process. As it can be stressful dealing with these insurance companies. They guided me & got everything handled quickly and assertively. Car came out amazing. I'm speechless! Highly recommend this establishment. Top notch Service

Hands down the best shop ever to exist!I mean this literally. Eddie & his team are extremely professional when it came to timing & how perfect the car came out the shop once it was done. They kept me updated through the whole process.I brought my 2023 BMW in for repair after a accident. They made my car look brand new better than when it left the dealership. If you drive a luxury vehicle and want to be at ease & comfort knowing that your car is being fixed correctly I wouldn t Recommend anyone else. My vehicle was rear ended.I googled garage near me and tried them based on reviews they are professional and the work was well done . They helped to liaised with the insurance company and hooked me up with the rental car .They help to ease the pain.The Caribbean accent lady at the front desk was super nice and the young man who started the process all the repair men was all great.Ed y all were great .I was a bit scared not knowing much neither was referred by anyone I didn t know what to expect .My car was looking good as new .was thinking of trading it in but I change my mind .I fell in love with my Rav 4 all over .Definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Regency Collision Center Body Shop, located in zip code 11418. After an unfortunate hit-and-run incident left my brand new 2023 Accord in need of repair, I turned to Regency Collision Center, and I am incredibly glad that I did.From the moment I walked in, Eddie and Eli took charge of the situation with professionalism and care. They guided me through the insurance process seamlessly, alleviating much of the stress that comes with dealing with such situations. They ensured I had a rental car so I could carry on with my daily life without interruption, which was greatly appreciated.The craftsmanship exhibited by the team at Regency Collision Center is truly commendable. They restored my car to its pre-accident condition, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every detail was attended to with precision and expertise, and my car looked as good as new.I also want to extend my gratitude to Gabby, David, and Rosanna, who were all instrumental in providing excellent customer service and support throughout the process.I apologize for the delay in writing this review, as the work was completed around March versus April of 2023. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to share my positive experience with others.

Super professional both in the work done and the customer service side. Matt and Eddie were phenomenal to work with and made an inherently stressful situation and process as easy as possible. Cannot speak more positively about Regency Collision Center if I tried.

I went to regency collision because it was near my home and had great reviews. I was very pleased. I dealt with Eddie who informed me that it would take 3-4 days to repair car and they gave me a reasonable price for repairs. Car looks brand new and was ready in 3 days. They even had the car washed and armor all. Highly recommend this location.

Randomly chose this location for my car repair after a vandalism incident. New to this area.Great service. Got me rental car instantly as soon as i got there. Called my insurance and set up things themselves. Remained in touch with me with updates. Fine work done. Looks better than before!Hope i don t go there again but definitely recommend if you have a repair came up!

I received extremely professional, courteous, and timely service from Regency Collision. I have used their services twice in the last several years. The back left side of my car took a pretty bad hit so they had to replace and repaint the entire back bumper and part of the left passenger door. The car looked brand new once the work was done, which by the way, was done in less than two weeks. I especially appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Eli and Eddie. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone.(Some time later) So, I just had to add this. My car got hit a few months after the repairs and I had to bring it to Regency, yet again, to get it fixed. Once again, the service and work were excellent. Eddie, Eli, Rosanna, Gabby, David, and the repair crew, seriously, thank you so much for your insight, updates, and final work. You guys are awesome.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing, my car came in with the entire front bumper dragging and I picked it up looking better today than when I drove it off the dealer's lot. The entire team was extremely helpful and worked with my hectic schedule on drop off, pick up, the entire rental and best of all, it was hassle free. You can't put a price on peace of mind and honestly, that statement is most true with Regency. I've used other body shops for work before but never had such a seamless experience. I just picked up my car after being at Regency for 2 weeks and WOW. Eddie and his team did an A-mazing job with the repair my car looks brand new (even better then when I got it)! My car was returned in pristine condition. Top notch service, highly recommend for all your repair needs!!

My first experience with Regency Auto collision in 06/2015. I had just gotten my car from the dealership, a few days later I notified someone had tapped my bumper I was debating on getting it Resprayed but Eddie gave me his honest opinion and said try to use touch up paint for a minor scratch, then he even offers to apply touch up paint, which he did. I was shocked with the level of professionalism and Respect even for a small task. My second Experience with Regency was even better on 7/18/19 my car was involved in a hit and run. I again went to regency but asked if I could replace my bumper with a GSF OEM bumper, Regency Helps there customers as much as possible, If I could I would give them 10 stars. I did not come out of pocket for the conversion!!!. I came back last month to get a custom carbon fiber trunk installed. Amazed with the finish and detail of their work. Custom Lexus GS350 approved. Eddie is very helpful, gives honest true pricing with work and best of all his Advice.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Regency Collision Center for replacing my quarter panel glass. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team who made the process smooth and hassle-free. They took the time to assess the damage and explain the repair process in detail, making sure I understood everything. The attention to detail they showed during the glass replacement was evident in the flawless end result. My car looked as if it had never been damaged at all. I want to start off by saying I am defiantly not one of those people that would take time out of my day to go and write a review, but after witnessing the pure magic that this shop performed on my car, they defiantly deserved to be recognized for their hard work and attention to detail. Eddy not only took my job in right away but gave me the absolute best price compared to everyone else around. The job was done flawlessly, quickly, and eddy is extremely pleasant to work with. My car was aparked hit and run my driver door was damaged I couldn t open my door . My sister referred me to regency she said they re really good they fixed her car 3 times and it was a trusted business. I went to meet with Phil and Eddie they helped me get my car fixed and once they finish with my car my car looked brand new when I picked it up I refer a few of my friends to go to regency and I will definitely go there if there s any issue with my car thank you guys!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

The greatest body shop.I ve been with these guys since I had my first Hyundai in 2012. And never needed to go to other places.Some people complain about the prices, but if you really care about the job to be done this is the place you should go.Love the service and work they do. No matter how busy they are, they will serve you well.

Listen! Eddie, Eli and their father Elias are amazing! I only drive luxury cars so when there s an accident I get extremely nervous even with full coverage! Not to worry they do an excellent job. This is the only body shop to be trusted with 100k or more cars. They communicate effectively, provide accurate estimations, and will have you car looking brand new.
