Don't be fooled by the cars they have there I just got my 2019 BMW X1 and for the price I'm paying it is not worth it. I already had issues since the following day and no one wanted to help out. If anyone goes there test drive the car and check the car thoroughly, don't get caught like I did. Car was dirty never detailed missing the rear wiper and my heater making crazy noises

Saw a car on line on a Thursday that I liked and was given a price. Returned two days later and they wanted to give me a different price. When I threatened to walk out they realized I was serious they gave me the Thursday price. After that disagreement the sale went fine. If you go to this dealership deal with George. Good guy and will really help you out. Angel, remember easy to buy hard to sell.

Shondell was the most professional sales man I ve ever encountered in NY. He was honest and genuine from the very beginning. Extremely knowledgeable on cars, credit, financing options, value, etc., I highly recommend anyone who s looking for a car and looking to be taken serious and not jerked around to go with him.

***updated***I visited service department for a check up, they are literally fantastic. My mechanic Steve explained everything perfectly and made me believe them totally. And I just said hi to Jessica, my dealer, she helped me out everything I need about car registration. Don t miss this place. The best place to get used car.The most reliable used car place. Good deal. I was there with Dolores who is very calm. She never forced me anything. This quality is the most important skill to the sales rep. And at the end Jessica helped me a lot to drive out. I m so proud of these ladies. They should dominate this industry. Also, auto tech Brian is always pick up my call for any question and warranty. I tried to find my car for a month and ended up with them. Believe. They are not cheating on you.

I came to queens auto mall after my car died and. I went in to just check the cars out.Will showed me around I told him I had a set price and wanted to walk out with a car not paying more. He showed what he had was very honest and Trustworthy. Ask for Dolores, she is the best! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. Queens Auto Mall, Inc offers a Great service. I had a wonderful experience purchasing an vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Again Dolores was very thorough and knowledgeable. I must warn everyone don t ever buy a car here they talk a great one just to get into car. Tell you one price & charge you more ! Sell you a car with scratches & damage i get it. It s a used dealership but come on now On top of that 2 weeks into having the car it s started giving tons of trouble the service department acts like they fixed the issue by clearing codes on check engine light SMH but the problems are never fixed. Every one in that place gives a whole bunch of back & fourth run around lies even the insurance department charges you way more then it should be place is a nightmare and scam BEWARE !!

A man with the name Chris contacted me and made an appointment for me to go see the car. When I got there, magically, the car was sold 30 minutes before I arrived. Then an older man appeared offering me another vehicle. When I left the dealership, the car I bought was to negotiate, they had it parked in the service parts area. This guy Chris never showed his face, the vehicle is now still published with a higher amount, these people seem to love playing with people's time

Shondell got me right with my new car. I went in expecting to come out with a 2012 or older car and I was able to get a 2018 car that will last me longer, with fewer miles. He fought for my approval and I am forever thankful for my hero Shondell.Thank you, 5 stars!Also shoutout to Cisco and the in-house DMV, also super helpful and convenient.

Reden was great! He helped my find my 2019 Nissan Rogue. He made sure he showed us everything within our budget and our liking and stayed with us the whole time to help with everything! I highly recommend going to him when searching for a new car.

Shondell was the best dealer I ever came across and this was my 3rd dealership car. I walked into that dealership by mistake and god had him sitting right there to get me exactly what I wanted in the color I wanted. I bought a Audi Q8 if your wandering. Even the negotiating went my way. I m so happy with the experience and the car selection words can t even describe.

My experience at queens auto mall was long but worth while. The salesman I worked with, George was amazing and really helped see us through to the end. Floor manager Ali also oversaw that we left in a vehicle that made us happy. George and Ali are the only reason to come shop at QAM as they are very professional and understand their jobs well.

They got you in by listing a good cheap price on their website and places like carfax. I had found two cars I was interested in and called in to find out if they were still available before I went in to check them out. They said they were and so I went to them, only for them to spend 30 minutes trying to find them. Eventually with them telling me that one of them had actually been sold. While they went to find the other one for another 10 minutes I decided to look around myself and ended up finding the one they said was sold which actually wasn t sold at all in about 2 minutes. I looked at it and the other car I was interested in but noticed that the price they had them listed at in person was much much higher than what they listed on the various websites(around 5k more) I asked about it and the agent told me that was their wholesale price and actually buying it without a wholesale license was what was listed in person. At this point I was going to leave as that was well above my price range and I was kind of annoyed at how they listed it at much cheaper online. But the agent assured me many multiple times that it was just a starting price and we could get it down to a much more reasonable price when we talked to the manager, I told her there was no possible way I was buying it at the listed price multiple times and each time she told me that we could haggle it down to something a lot closer to what they had listed it online. So we waited for about another hour for the manager. When we finally got in to see him he told us it was the price they listed in person and offered to take maybe about 1k(out of 5k) off. Went in for a car listed at 13k that would have ended up costing somewhere around 19k if I had bought it. I walked out,My real issue isn t that the car was more expensive than I wanted. My issue is that they advertise it as a lot cheaper than it is just to get you in there and the fact that they kept me there for hours despite my insistence that I wouldn t buy a car for what they were asking by telling me they would make it a lot cheaper. All that did was waste both my and their time. The car was the one I wanted, it wasn t bad quality as far as I could tell but be warned that you are going to be paying 5k or more above what they list it as Online.Luckily I ended up finding a car at a different dealership for around the same price, but a better year, less miles, and with better features, and overall higher quality.

I bought a Tesla S from Queens Auto Mall. Shondell Martin was the sales person. If you are buying a Tesla ask for Shondell. He is very knowledgeable about Tesla's and explained how things work. He also called Tesla and got the car transferred into my name which I needed in order to use the Super chargers on the way home. I highly recommend him. He was very friendly and answered all my questions.

These people are not supposed to trusted especially Pete I bought a vehicle from them and on the same day I have problem with it I called them they re telling me they want to fix the vehicle but I know my right and I got some thing for them so I will definitely see them in court

Initially I saw a vehicle online priced for a little under 8 grand. I was excited about this because it was a vehicle I really wanted and within my price range. I was reached out to virtually almost immediately by a sales representative who was very helpful and patient. Her name is Dolores and I must say she was always very responsive. Earlier today I changed my schedule around to prioritize seeing this vehicle in person. I arrived at Queens Auto Mall at around 11:15am and upon entering I observed early morning (I m guessing) staff idly sitting/standing in the front area. I was not approached by any one and made my way to the rear of the building. A very nice man behind the rear reception area was very helpful and friendly. He redirected me back to the front entrance where he said I would need to sign in and would be assisted with seeing the vehicle I was interested in. This is where things took a turn for the worse lol. The assigned person did introduce himself and brought me outside to see the vehicle .. and to my disappointment the car I was hoping to purchase was marked up almost $4000. When I pointed this out I was further disappointed by the shifty eyed explanation provided by what I increasingly believed was an untrustworthy character. The ill-fitting suit and persistence in showing me other higher priced vehicles felt more like a formality than actual interest in working with me. He along with possibly some of the staff may have assumed I would not have garnered a purchase or commission from me. Well first let me say this. I am currently the Program Director for one of our City s Queens Shelters and have been for the past 10 years. I came ready to place a $4,000 down payment on the vehicle I saw with the asking price of $7,992.00. I m disappointed because I also had a trade in which is the vehicle I purchased in 2014 from QAM with the old management lol. I m at least glad I was able to vent. I m not angry about the waste of time I m just disheartened by the dismal customer service. Thank you for the experience!
