Let me start out by saying how amazing Sasha is. Everytime I spoke with her on the phone or at the shop she was very polite and helpful. Now to the work that was done is nothing less than perfect. Im looking forward to coming back for some additional work to my vehicle and would recommend their services to my friends, family and anyone looking for stellar body work and customer service.

Gus and Tommy are the best - Been dealing with Gus for many moons- I had him do my 1968 Oldsmobile 442. He striped it down added fender stripes and did an unbelievable job - and in only a few weeks. I've attached pictures so you can see- I was so pleased with the expertise and color matching techniques. Clean big shop and even offered coffee and donuts. I always send my friends and family.

I ve being using Perfect Choice Auto Body for years for all my cars body work needs! The owners and managers are very professional. They are your car s aestheticians! Recently I brought my BMW for some dents and scratches here and there. Gus personally took over the repairs and gave the appropriate orders to their team. Absolutely happy with the results! One side of the car had so many dents and he end up painting the whole side without charging a full price. I got the best price available for my car repairs and they did that without compromising the quality of work and parts. Paint was genuine BMW color. Thank you, Gus, and Perfect Choice Auto Body team for making my car one more time looking like it came out of the showroom yesterday! Best Auto Body Shop in Queens and affordable. I fully recommend Perfect Choice Auto Body 100%!

Love, love , love Tommy and Gus!!! When someone gashed my hood I was so upset and angry, until I came across this shop. They made me feel comfortable, knew I was a busy person and I needed my car done fast. It s a team work. Tommy had me in a rental with in minutes (they have enterprise on speed dial) and gus made sure my car was perfectly done in a timely manner. They even made sure my car was washed and cleaned before I had picked it up. I recommend anyone who loves their cars like their Baby. I know I love mine. They are Professional and extremely courteous. They are the Perfect choice for my car. Thank you guys!!!

I don't usually put on reviews however in this case I felt the need to let people know what I went through and make sure that nobody else will have an experience like I had. I was absolutely shocked at how unprofessional he was. The car was not done in time It took him around 4 months to finish the vehicle. More importantly when I got back my car I was flabbergasted at the job. The paint job was horrible. In addition, 2 of the panels on the The Vehicle were not inserted correctly ( see attached images) as well, the Range Rover emblem on one of the tires was missing. When I opened the hood of my car I saw that instead of him buying a new front left headlight which was part of the claim, he went and glued together the old one ( see attached image) which of course it broke within 15 minutes of leaving his shop. The guy put in a $24000 claim and gave me back the car what about $6000 in damages!!!! I spoke with my insurance company (Progressive) they said that because this shop is not registered with them they are not responsible, that it was my decision against there explicit advise to use one of their verified shops. So now i got screwed by this shop. I learned a hard lesson. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm attaching pictures of the car so that you can see for yourself. Please stay away from this collision shop, simply not worth the aggravation. Good luck.

Worse body shop ever.. he is a scam artist. Only care about taking your money. I wish I could give zero stars. Would never recommend my worse enemy to his shop

If you want your car looking as close as to brand new after an accident. They re the one to go to. Tom was extremely professional and told me all the service he s going to do for me and also sends me picture through out the whole process. This is by far the best body shop I have ever used. I live in NJ & was in an accident in Queens. Tom went above and beyond to make sure my situation was handled totally pain and issue free. This shop did a wonderful job repairing a dent on my 2010 Nissan Altima's front passenger door. The body work was immaculate, and they did a great jobcleaning and detailing my old car; it came out of there looking new! The owner, Tom, was very professional, personable, and welcoming. I recommend them highly!

Perfect Choice Auto Body is THEE BEST Auto Body Shop I've ever been to. Tom and his colleagues are absolutely incredible and their repair work is truly PHENOMENAL. They take much better care of you than any other repair shop that I've ever been to, they are the nicest people to deal with, and they always fix your car so that it looks brand new. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. They worked on my car and it now looks AMAZING!!! If you need an auto body repair shop, THIS is definitely the place to go. Don't even consider going anywhere else. They are #1 in my book. Nobody else even comes close. I give Perfect Choice Auto Body the absolute highest recommendation possible.

I had scheduled an appointment for a photo inspection, but when I arrived, I was informed that no one was available to carry out the inspection. This was disappointing and frustrating, as it meant my commute and time had been wasted. It would have been more professional if they had notified me beforehand or made an effort to reschedule. Overall, I was not impressed with the way my appointment was handled.

Gus and Tommy, the 2 owners are a class act. The shop is always spotless and they have an abundance of employees so you know your car will be in and out. They use top quality materials so you know your cars finish will look just like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. I've been using perfect choice auto body since they have opened and have nothing negative to say about them. I take all my cars there for repairs and for insurance work, and have never had a single issue. Previous body shops I have used would cheap out on quality and finishing and the finished product wouldn't look so good. Not with perfect choice auto body they give the customer excellent service and quality work.

Perfect Choice Auto Body does an amazing job! They go above and beyond to make your car look in pristine condition! They try to make things as easy as possible for you and are very accommodating. I recommended this shop to my friends and they all had an amazing experience as well. Highly recommend this shop if you need your car fixed! :)

Best body shop experience I ve had so far Huge thank you to Gus Tasha and Tom for making this happen they did a Beautiful job restoring my vehicle back to its original condition they have a very clean shop the body work they do is phenomenal Gus fixed some extra damage for me and polished my entire vehicle when I got it back I was amazed at the shine and gloss I would recommend this body shop to anybody who gets into a collision because they do not cut corners at this shop everything has to be done properly they only use Oem parts once again thank you Perfect Choice Auto

I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for bumper repair and paint - I truly was pleasently surprised to see a big bodyshop so organized and clean. I was greeted by Gus who was very helpful and walked me through the repair and paint process - even showed me the paint booth and paint mixing station. All in all it took 2 days and I was back driving my jeep - Gus was nice enough to drive me to the subway.I would recommend going to Perfect Choice for any autobody repairs.

My car was hit a few ago and it was more than underivable. They went above and beyond by meeting me to switch cars with a rental so I wouldn t have to miss work. After a few short weeks my STACY (my car) came back to me in pristine condition. Wouldn t go anywhere else to ever fix my car again then the PERFECT CHOICE AUTO BODY SHOP!!!! Can t describe how appreciative I am to have my baby back looking all shiny!!!!!!!!

Got some work done to my LS460 L from this placs. These guys are simply the best hands down. They gave me coffee because if was so cold. The guy name Guss took care of me and my car. Highly recommended. A+++++

I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She literally hung up on me. I will not trust this place to repair my car if they can actually employ this individual
