I painted my car 4 years ago .. upto now still look like the 1st day it was painted.. they where very clean,Neat, and hard working guy. They build everything to perfection and yur standards .

I would give 6 stars if I could. I was referred to Gran Turismo by a co-worker of mine. He said "Bring the car over and see Raymond, he'll do right by you". Not only was the body work completed quickly, it was done professionally and for a reasonable price. Raymond and his crew were fantastic.

Worst body shop when it comes to customer service. They make you pay all your money up front and they don't even issue a receipt. At time of pick up some flaws in the work were noted and the owner says to bring back car and they will fix it under there guarantee. Tried to make arrangements with shop to bring back the car for months on end and they keep telling me they are too busy at the moment to take the car. Some areas of the body work and paint starts to crack and peel. The shop guarantees lifetime on their paint and body work. I called the owner and told him whats going on and he said he will have it taken care of but they still couldn't give me a day to drop the car off. Eventually I had to go own my own to the shop and talk to the owner in person. When I do this and start to show the owner all the flaws in the car he starts to catch a attitude and fit with me. He starts blaming me that I waited too long to bring back the car to him. How is this possible if every time I tried he kept putting me off by saying the shop is packed at the moment. He then has the nerve to curse me out and tells me I must get out and leave even though we were having this discussion outside the shop where I parked my car on the public road. He told me that I can not be on the block of where his shop is located. He did this with much hostility. Then I go very nicely to the worker that does all the paint work to try and show him my point of view and he himself catches an attitude with me and tell me off. Then when I tell them what about the guarantee and promise that there shop has in writing, they have the nerve to tell me I have no receipt to prove they did anything. Maybe that is why they never issued one. So for any of you that plans to go to this shop make sure you get something in writing because once you pay your hard earned cash they don't care about you.
