This place canceled my trip mins b4 my surgery because I questioned them why they so late. If anybody has a REALLY IMPORTANT Appointment Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they a SCAM. I honestly don't know why these people still connected with Medanswering. Please Do not waist your time with them.

The person who answered the phone was very rude and didn't allow me to speak or ask any questions. They promised that the car would arrive in 10 minutes, but it actually arrived 50 minutes later. And when it was time for us to be dropped off, they suddenly said that they couldn't provide the service. Their service is absolutely ridiculous! I will never use them again!

Reliable always on time waits for you. Doesn't rush you. Tell them how long you need from start you'll be fine. I usually order ahead of time. Reservation is way cheaper.

I would recommend Big Q Taxi Service for its affordability, reliability, and courteous drivers. However, be prepared for the possibility of slightly longer wait times. Despite that, I had a positive experience overall and would consider using their services again in the future.

They are awful, unprofessional, disrespectful, always hang up on you. I called 3 times to ask for the model, number of the car, and before I even managed to ask, they hung up each time.

Best spot for battery boost. Just call and they send a cab with booster pack for $20. Most people are very friendly.

Been using this cab service for over 20 years! They used to be really great, reliable on time service, courteous drivers and moderate prices. But, in the past year or so the quality of service, timeliness and moderate prices have all changed for the worse. It's not all the drivers, but those negative few make it bad for the others!! The dispatchers on the other hand (especially during the day) are still great!

Called guy said 10-15 minutes be downstairs so I go downstairs in 15 mins no driver. I ve taken this car service and god forbid I don t have my shoes tied and out the door within the minute they ll leave. So I wait an additional 15 mins and decided to call I m on hold for a full 10 minutes listening to the same automated message your time is important to us please hold for 10 minutes (45 minutes have passed at this point). I hang up and call the number hang up call about 5 or 6 times. Finally get the dispatcher on the phone he goes you should be upstairs waiting for the call (I ve used this car service for years and they expect you to be waiting on street before they arrive).. if the dispatch answered the phone I would ve been upstairs in a warm apartment with my family .Don t use this car service dispatch is nasty drivers hate to wait 1 or 2 minutes god forbid and they never wear there masks do yourself a favor and take lyft or Uber let these car companies dieService: Limousines

20+ min waiting for a cab ride after I was only told it was a 5min wait. Called them 3 times and eventually blocked my number. It sucks because I always used their services because I like to help out my own Spanish community, unfortunately they have disappointed me too many times. UBER is definitely a better alternative Ohh and to top it off the driver was very rude.

Big Q car service is the best car service they are reasonably priced and don't rip you off like others for a trip home from casino to forest Park co op another car who stays at the casino waiting for customers wanted to charge me $30.00 for a trip home that I pay $12.00 with a $2.00 top for the drivers some of the drivers at big Q take advantage and charge $15.00 well they get no tip.

So unprofessional and rude. Called at 7:31 was told 5mins. 10mins went by and no cab I called the base and he didn t even let me speak just said 3mins. Lied cause I waited another 10mins. Didn t end up in a cab until 7:57. Do not use this service. Also the drivers say different prices than the base.

Literally just got off work it s 4:30am pouring rain don t have a umbrella so i call this cab company they said 8 mins, when it finally come I go outside it s nowhere to be found. I call them back & the person said that he left so sends another cab and i have to wait 5 more minutes. 10 passes i call back & this cab leaves again ??? I try calling back to see what is going on and i get sent straight to voicemail. i don t understand at all. HIGHTLY DO NOTTTT RECOMMEND!!

Last week we had ordered a cab. As the cab driver pulled out the driveway, he hit the back of our car leaving a BIG scratch. We went to file a claim at their office located on 102 and Jamaica. The guy at the desk said they couldn t do anything until they contact the driver, which NEVER happened. According to the front desk, the driver was ignoring the calls.There has been other situations where dispatch has been rude, or the drivers wouldn t arrive till like 20 mins later, but this was the last straw.Just order an Uber or Lyft. A lot more reliable.

Poor service. They tell you to wait 8 minutes and you wind up waiting 22 minutes!!!I called 3 times. 1st call placed at 7:45pm dispatcher said 8 minutes. 2nd call at 7:57 pm to let the dispatcher know that I was still waiting for my car and he kept saying in 3 minutes a black SUV was coming. 3rd call at 8:02 pm and he said can you wait another 2 minutes? I told him I've been waiting and he hangs up on me. So I wait and guess what? A GREY car finally comes at 8:07 pm and the driver shows me he just got the call 3 minutes ago. That means the dispatcher NEVER sent me a car in first place!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Called for a cab at 4am I was told to wait 10 mins for a driver about 25 minutes passed decided to call back, the guy was like sorry there s no cars at the moment it s very busy. I m like why didn t you tell me at the beginning of the conversation instead of having me waiting over 20 minutes , had to request UBER Never again with this cab service

Horrible dispatcher!!!. Waited almost 25 minutes for a car they said should have arrived in 10 minutes. Questions vaguely answered, and hangs up before giving complete accurate information. Placed on hold for over 5 minutes just to get a status update on car service. I hung up once I realized noone was going to come back to the line.Not sure what happed to Big Q service. But please go back to being a decent service.

Driver showed up very late after repeated assurances from dispatcher that he driver was 2 minutes away . When driver arrived, he was a little flirty I mentioned I was in a rush. He drove a little bit and started lecturing me about getting up early lit was very weird because I don t know him I said I don t really want to talk, I m stressed. Can we just go? He got angry and aggressive. Pulled over 2 blocks away and refused to go. He was intentionally making me late because I didn t welcome advances or conversation. I call dispatcher but they did nothing. He did not display his ID it name. I asked to see Id. He refused. I called and asked dispatcher. Drivers name. They refused. Very aggressive and unprofessional

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bcuz the dispatcher is always polite. But other then that, they take almost twice as much as they say at arriving, the drivers dont listen when you give them instructions, some of them are rude, they never have a set price. Some have bad breath and many times I have called and they made me wait outside the location for an hour and they never arrive. Big Q quality has gone down alot, they were my to go cab service, now I rather just use uber. Shame, I hope they get someone to help them improve service.

Called for a cab to go pick up a customers car, issues with cab driver on the phone the whole ride to which at no end and safety concern for its riders, sadly no head set used, car that was sent, to which is very noise and needs to be repaired, not even sure if it s road worthy under TLCService: LimousinesService: Limousines

Very reliable and trustworthy. I ve been using them 4 years now and never seems to disappoint. When you re looking for reliability and affordability; in an efficient timing Big Q is always there for you

Do not use, unless you want to to be standing in the cold for 45 minutes and then completely miss your flight. I had to call twice before they could even locate the driver and they didn't even try to call me when they realized that they were late. Very upsetting. Never using again.

The cab dispatcher told me a cab will be there in 5 mins. The cab never came. I called back the base and they said they dont know what happened. One time a cab driver picked me up that knew no english and then got mad at me for not knowing Spanish. I had to jump out the cab. Horrible service

worst taxi service ever. called a taxi twice on the same day and the first time, the man said a 10 minute wait, which turned into 15, which isn t bad but the second time i called a taxi it was five minutes and took almost 30!!!! there was 3 buses that passed to take me home. i didn t even get on the taxi. i just took the bus. they never called me back either. i kept calling at first it was a 2 minute wait, called again after 5 minutes which then turned into a 10 minute wait. and the guy said in 30 seconds he was going to be there and he never showed up!!! i bet i wouldn t have gotten a discount or refund for the wait. in that time i would ve beenhe a while ago. 1000% do not recommend. just get an uber or lyft, or even a green cab.

The drivers are so nice and prompt. Always help to bring bags or packages to the front door. I highly recommend this car service. The best in Queens!!

Big Q: Liars, thieves, immigrants that want to get rich in America. I have not seen 1 American working for this service.I agreed to a price over the phone. Then once my wife was dropped off with the baby they changed the price to 25% more. They even said, "the computer has the price but the driver's from a different place. I can't tell him what to charge you."This is a game they play. Bait and switch. Report them to BBB and Consumer Affairs. This is America we do business differently.

Clean cars that smell fresh. Most drivers are young Spanish men, who also understand English. I am bilingual so every time I was able to communicate with them in both languages. They were all nice and curteous.This is a huge positive aspect.The cabs arrive pretty quick, they say 10 mins and it is so. But recently, it happened 2 times to be 35 mins instead of the promised 10. Please, management, if you are reading this, don't become like other cab companies. Respecting your deadlines is very important. 10 mins should be 10 mins. Or just be honest.Big Q is still the only company I call when I need a ride. I hope you remain the best.
