Had a tire with a slow leak and tried to patch it with Fix a Flat. It worked for a couple days and then had to find a tire place while we were in Cooperstown for baseball. Found this place about 20 minutes away, and they were fantastic! I called them, arrived 20 minutes later, and they plugged my tire within an hour. Very kind and polite. Thank you!

Hard to get a hold of someone, but the crew is awesome and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and services are pretty quick. Best to call ahead and make an appointment. Makes the in and out a lot smoother and easy for everyone.

Awesome quick service. I called to make an appointment after another garage tried to cancel an appointment I had had for a week. They got my truck in that day. The communication was great, and the prices were very fair. Would definitely recommend!

I love this garage! I had a problem with an exhaust leak - they took my car in, blew smoke to find the leak and some other tests. They couldn't find it, suggested I take it to the dealership. They did NOT charge me for all the work they did, said we didn't fix it for you there's no charge. It is customer service and genuine concern and time they take that bring me back. The prices are reasonable, I am not talked down at as a woman in a garage trying explain issues with my car. Great customer service and great car care along with reasonable prices. This is the place to take your car!

These guys are awesome! I deliver used parts all over the area, and the other day my truck started to make a real awful sound. These guys got me in unannounced, and took care of me in less than 2 hours. They knew where the best place to get pizza in town was :-) will definitely be taking my personal vehicles there next!

I just had to replace 4 new tires. The ones I had on the car were discontinued by the manufacturer. The staff at Williams did and outstanding job finding a replacement. Friendly, quality service and reasonable prices. Will not hesitate to return

Had a screw in my tire while in Cooperstown. Patched the tire, evened out all the tires air pressure. In and out in 25 minutes.

Went there to get my tires mounted, balanced and they called me to talk to me about ball joint needing to be repaired thought okay awesome go for it, not even a year after I have worn out tires go to change tires and come to find out valve stem was broke, what do they do charge me $83 to fix it!! Never had issues with my tires before then!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

ALWAYS friendly service along with great prices...I've bought 2 sets of tires there and will be going back ...there all weathermaster snow tires were cheaper than anyone and probably the best tire I've ever owned..THANKS ! They are also great on alignments you name it...

Quick to get my vehicle in last minute for my snow tires but the only place i have gone that they broke 10 of my lug nuts at once. I dont know maybe it was just dumb luck or if it was just being rushed to be done and they weren't careful. And they charge 3% when using a debit card. Also the first place I have been that does that as well but other then that it's a good place to go.

Great place to get your car fixed for a lot less than a dealership. Service is friendly and helpful. They tell you and suggest parts that need to be done to your car, they do not try to get you to spend more by suggesting unneeded parts.

Always love going here for repairs and service. Always a place I'd recommend. Can count on Williams Tire and Auto to be honest and do a great job getting you vehicle in and out in a reasonable time.

Do NOT take your car here! 2011 car quit, towed it there, they couldn't figure it out but "they were still gogglin' stuff and posting on message boards seriously?!". They lied and said they had fuel pressure. Funny... Because after a $55 tow bill around the block, it took me under a minute to realize the fuel gauge was busted and the car was out of gas!!! Wouldn't reimburse the unnecessary tow bill and offered a free oil change instead. As if I'd let these hacks touch an oil drain plug. Read the other reviews if you don't believemme. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!Check engine light on? They can't fix that either. They don't own a smoke machine to test for evap leaks (#1 cause of check engine lights)... $200 at harbor freight.
