Bill and Kim were wonderful! Bill spent extra time explaining everything and answering all of my questions. He was also very patient with me when I struggled to figure out which vehicle I wanted after test driving and running numbers on a few different options. Highly recommended!

Service team was friendly and very helpful. Completed the work I requested but also found a potential issue that wasn t triggering my check engine light yet but they said it would in the near future. They did the work to get it fixed and made sure it was paid for by the extended warranty company. Definitely will continue having all my service done with them.

Recall was completed promptly. I had a window issue and was told 5 days to get the part. After 9 days I stopped to inquire about the status and was told still waiting on part. That afternoon I get a call, we really didn t need the part and truck is done. So they wasted 2 weeks to repair an issue that could have been resolved in a day.BTW no discount for MY inconvenience!

Took my car in for an inspection, for reasons I really didn't understand they could not get the computer to ok the inspection. The mechanic told me that my car passed inspection but they couldn't print out sticker. Too late that day, returned for them to try again and first time, it cleared and all was good. The desk manager was just awesome and kept me informed almost minute to minute. I am beyond pleased with him and the mechanics who worked on my car. In today's work it's nice to totally trust your service garage. I certainly do Griffith

I ve had issue with my transmission recently and Griffith Automotive met with me to go over my options. Both managers, Scott and Dan were very transparent and honest with my options and we came up with a fair resolution. Thank you both for turning this very stressful situation into a positive outcome

I purchased a truck from Griffin last year .On Friday afternoon the weekend of New Year's Eve my starter went. I called them that Friday afternoon and they said they would try and fix it. I didn't think they could do it. They call me back for my VIN number and got me a starter... Finished it that day. Picked it up the next Day repaired. That might be the best service I ever received.Give him a try.

Pleasant staff . I do question the length of visits. I ll often schedule an appointment, deliver my vehicle before they open and then more often than not I m calling at the end of the day to see what is going on. I guess communication when scheduling the appt should be slightly better. I ve learned and now ask them when I should anticipate my vehicle back.

I had the driveshaft on my Jeep Cherokee replaced. It was diagnosed months ago by the previous dealership. The driveshaft was on back order for three months!!It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.I do a lot of work myself and saw what they did and everything looked greatIt was warranty work so I can t comment on the price.The only negative was the waiting room was sparse, not that it bothered me as long as I have something comfortable to sit on. That was the only complaint the chairs could use replacing. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and the friendly staff was great.They do have good Wi-Fi for those that use it.

I will NEVER bring my vehicle to Griffith CDJR in Richfield Springs ever again!! I would discourage anyone from bringing their vehicle there! My vehicle was brought to Griffith Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram on US-20 in Richfield Springs in January 2024 after the water pump and belt went. When I picked up my Jeep, I realized I was missing things... I found out they left my car unlocked on their lot and someone broke in and stole EVERYTHING! When I called Roger, the owner, he basically said that he has over 150 cars on his lot, how weird that my car was the only car broken into! He didn't seem to believe me at all! He was condescending and rude. But when I told the service manager about the break in the day prior, he immediately said my car was broken into because he heard of other break-ins in the area!! The robber emptied my glove box, the whole Jeep, and everything in the back including both of my kids things!!....literally everything.....totaling well over $500!!! The owner, Roger, won't even talk to me about it now!! I would think they would have cameras! They DO NOT, according to state police who I filed a report with. I would also assume they have insurance for something like this! They said oh well, it's my loss. My vehicle was on their lot, it was in their possession, it was their responsibility! Who knows, maybe it was an inside job?? I would also think a long time, returning customer who has referred a dozen people to them (all purchasing vehicles) would be treated better than this!*Update: Griffith CDJR has since blocked me from their facebook page after leaving this review. Guilty??

Been over 30 days since we have seen my boyfriends truck that s under a warranty claim. I understand times are tough and under staffed, I work in healthcare but this is absolutely not okay and putting my family and I in financial hardships. We keep hearing this week and nothing. If your vehicle is under warranty I would not take it here to be serviced.I give 2 stars because I understand hard to get workers, but this getting out of control and should not be taking over a month to fix this vehicle/get answers.
