By far the best car buying experience I've had thus far. Jordan and Amy were so helpful! I appreciated how neither of them were pushy during the process. I had my two young children with me and they were super patient and helpful even with the extra added chaos of car shopping with kids (ha!). I'll be returning in the future.

Ruge's Subaru is second to none. I purchased a 2024 Forester Wilderness recently and I was beyond satisfied with how the dealership treated me. Christopher Peterson my sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Also as I purchased another Forester thee in 2015 their service department is off the charts with keeping customers happy with fair, honest pricing and a super quick turnaround time when your vehicle is being serviced there. The sales department and the service department combined for me is a winning combination. Totally satisfied!

Ruge's is reliable, friendly, and helpful. Christian Wood helped us find the best car for us, offering the various sales options without feeling like he was pushing or pressuring us. It just seemed like he wanted us to be happy with our choice, and we are. A very positive experience!

I just leased a new car from Ruge's, and I wanted to sing praises for my Sales Rep, Jordan Palimtier. I changed my mind twice (really put him through his paces), but he continued to show me every courtesy. Three days later, I made up my mind. Jordan taught me how to use the car's major features, and took care to make me comfortable with the dashboard bells and whistles - so many were new to me. Bravo, Jordan!I also recommend the Finance Manager, Paul Arena. He answered my questions (I had many) thoroughly and with a smile. It was an excellent transaction.

Highly recommend this dealership. They were helpful, professional and Jennifer went above and beyond in helping us decide on a vehicle. She was always available to answer questions, explain everything about the car and even picked us up at the rental place about 20 minutes away from the dealership. That's excellent service.

Sales and customer service/support are outstandingThey have followed up to ask if I have any questions and offered that I could contact them anytime if I have questions or need any help with all the electronic features that the 2024 Forester offers.My wife and I are realtors and know a lot of people who we will share our positive experience with.Just for the record we drove 45 minutes to go to Rugies.

Just completed a purchase of an Impreza from Ruge s Subaru in Rhinebeck NY. Can t say enough positives about my experience with everyone there from Christian and Paul on to the service department such a stellar crew they ve got there. It s why we travel over 45 minutes to an hour to do business with them. So very respectful and welcoming and of course customer centered! Our 3rd Subaru from these guys!

I got my WRX here. Dealing with the sales Chris was fantastic he was a great dude. There service department is the worst I've ever seen. The motor blew in the car a month after me having it. What ever it's used things happen. The service manager who I hope is no longer there came out and did everything in his power to make it my fault in some way. Weather I was doing 100 mph or 5 cylinders three shouldn't of popped out and said hello. They have car blah blah blah I get it back they handled it all and gave me a rental no complaints there .I have out maybe 8k on it since the repair and as a tech myself I'm very upset so when I got the car back first thing I had to do was tighten all the clamps for everything because I was leaking antifreeze from everywhere . Second think I had to do was tight three outta four spark plugs that almost fell out third thing was when my exhaust manifold fell off destroying the gasteks not trusting there work I fixed it my self and now I have to replace the valve cover gaskets because they reused the old ones and 8k on a short block and I have to change everything over because they wanted to save 32 bucks and use old gasteks. The work was just sloppy and horrible and I paid 2.5k for a warranty I'll never use because I don't trust the shopml. Because careful dealing with them and make sure you have a trusted stand by mechanic to double check the work.EDIT: adding this just to clarify the blots for the manifold where all loose and falling out. The spark plugs after noticing a miss fire weren't even hand tight I checked the threads they where fine. Also every plastic clip under the hood for covers was where broken.

Overall positive experience. Service people are really great and were helpful with a loaner car. Sales people are also nice and knowledgeable. Cars themselves are excellent. Corporate rules are a little uptight. No free first oil change. Don t try and get a baseball cap out of them after buying a new vehicle. It won t happen, which is not the dealership s fault. To corporate send these guys some SWAG to give out. Stickers, hats tote bags, would be a small cost to make customers feel a little special, or to smooth over any minor mistakes or inconveniences.

Christian (Chris) Wood and Paul Arena are the dream team at Ruge's Subaru! I scored an excellent lease deal on my 2024 Subaru Impreza RS a few weeks ago, which replaced my 2018 Base Impreza I purchased years ago with Chris. I would go nowhere else but Ruge's Subaru. Everyone is friendly and personable, and I feel like part of the "family." Chris is a consummate sales rep and a true GEM! Looking forward to doing business with Paul and him for my Subarus in the future.

I no longer have a Subaru, so don't typically get my car serviced at Ruge's. I needed an inspection, tho, and the equipment at my usual garage was on the fritz and Ruge's is within walking distance of my house.I was pleasantly surprised that although I'm not a regular, I received *excellent* service - from booking the appointment through pick-up. I had to leave my car, since it's not a Subaru, but the inspection was complete and I was called to come pick up my car before the promised time.An unusually positive experience from start to finish!

The Ruge's sales team is very professional and pleasant to deal with. We got a reasonable discount on a leftover new 2023 Forester and our sales person, Sam, walked us through the entire process so there were no surprises. This was our 5th Subaru purchase from Ruge's over the years and our second with Sam as our sales rep. We will continue to deal with Ruge's for our sales and service needs. Special thanks to Sam and Austin.

I literally can NOT express my appreciation for these guys. Someone clipped my mirror yesterday! It's 5 days before Christmas and I'm about to take a 14hr drive to SC. I was freaking out, yet, within one hour of it happening they had made space for me, ordered my parts and in less then 24hrs have completely repaired it, keeping me on schedule for my trip!!! They are my hero's!I've owned my Subaru for 4yrs and I regret not buying directly from. But, since then I have used them for just about everything. They're always on top of it, polite, professional and truly get that a car is someone's life line. Thank you guys so much! May your holiday seasons be bright and your 2024 be AMAZING!!! I can't use enough exclamations =)

The smoothest possible experience I could have asked for in buying my first car on my own. As a younger person in the car market, I was treated with respect and was given ample information to make a good choice. After visiting several dealerships and sitting down with different salespeople, I found that my time with Chris Petersen at RUGE s was the most helpful by far. I was encouraged to look into all the options and contact him whenever I had a question. Austin, the sales manager, was equally candid and clear and made signing for one of my first major loans a breeze. The whole buying process took a lot of weight off my chest and ended with a beautiful car I m happy to drive to its end many years from now.

I had the best experience here! Everyone was so accommodating and kind, but Jen was especially wonderful. It was so refreshing to have an honest, nice salesperson after having horrible experiences everywhere else I went. I cannot recommend Ruge's Subaru and Jen enough!

I was so impressed at this dealership. Everyone was so friendly and not pushy at all. The salesperson I had was Jordan, and he was remarkable! We met his boss Paul and he was a pleasure to deal with too.Jordan went over everything and was so patient. Answered any questions and concerns, explained each feature in detail. He reassured me that I will learn it all. Jordan said he will be available even afterwards, any time to call him, text, email or stop in with any questions. This was very reassuring to me. He was so helpful and honest, and made this experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Ruge s and Jordan!
