My car got hit and the team here at North Side Auto Body did an incredible job! Anna, Jon, and Dennis were amazing! I would recommend northside auto body to anybody that needs work done on their car due to an accident.

Glad I went with Northside Auto Body in Rhinebeck to repair front end damage to my Honda Odyssey, caused by a run-in with a Huge Bobcat.My first thought was to just get an estimate for my Ins.Co. and then use a more local (to me) shop. Happily, with that first visit & discussion with their representative Anna, I was confident there was no need to go anywhere else.From that point on, All went smoothly --Their service was completed in the estimated time, the Honda looks great, and with no glitches with my Ins.Co.Although not necessary, the extra perk of "sprucing up" my drivers interior area and their complementary "goodies" was appreciated. 100% satisfied.

This is the second time we have had to bring our van to Northside. Both times we have had a great experience. From the minute you walk in the door until the work is complete, the friendliness, communication and attention to details is fabulous. We got our car back spotless inside and out which means a lot to a working mom to have a clean car.

Northside is a highly professional operation! I had hit n run to my brand-new Nissan and I brought my car to the Rhinebeck location.They were nothing but helpful and patient with me and my situation. They went out of their way to deal with the insurance company so I would have the best parts and service.When I picked up my car, I was speechless at how beautiful the car looked!

I just had my car fixed here due to a hit and run and they were amazing from start to finish. My car looks like nothing ever happened. Their work is outstanding, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Plus they left some goodies in my car as well. Truly appreciate all of them. If you ever need work done, I highly recommend Northside Auto Body!!

Dennis did the initial assessment of damage to my SUV when it was rear ended at a traffic light by a pickup truck. He took care of the insurance etc in a professional and courteous manner and I was able to get a good choice of appointments for drop off My one very small complaint was that it took a few days longer than the initial estimate but since I had the use of a loaner vehicle from Enterprise arranged thru Northside, I would not call it a problem. I also spoke to Anna on several occasions and she was always very helpful as to my inquiries.I hope never to have another accident but if ever I do I would definitely use Norhtside again, no question.

Disappointed... I've used Northside AB in Poughkeepsie for years and can highly recommend them(in Poughkeepsie). However I took my car to NSAB in Rhinebeck. The repair had issues and I had to bring it back. When I picked it up they had fixed the issues but I felt like they just wanted to get me out of there and the repair on their repair has issues regarding decal imperfections and dust blemishes in their paint. I will not be back to the Rhinebeck location. If you need bodywork I would recommend going to the Poughkeepsie location instead.

Stopped in today to schedule a carco inspection they were able to take care of us right away. Wanted to thank Anna for great customers service and she was extremely helpful would definitely recommend to any one in need of a good body shop very nice people and knowledgeable!

One of the cleanest automotive garages I have seen. Staff are professional and quick to assist. Made the appointment and finished job was what I had expected and the value of the service was the added bonus. Thanks for taking care of me and my Tiguan.

I had a photo inspection done. Same day. One of the most respectful and courteous automotive customer service experiences I ve ever had. They made a prompt appt the same day. Immediately performed the inspection when I anrtived, which is a free service, and they even gave me a swag bag with a new sleeve for my photo inspection and insurance card. Professional, clean office with a billion snack and beverage options, even espresso. They only do auto body, but you can bet that s where I m going if I need that service. I highly recommend this place.

I would give them 10 stars! Let me start off by saying how much I love my beautiful new Subaru and when I got into an accident my heart was broken! Not knowing where to turn and who I could trust getting my subie back, my husband said his family used to use Rikerts back in the day. He said that place was the best. He always remembered they had the cleanest shop you ever saw. So naturally i looked them up and realized it s now Northside Autobody. I called them up and they got my Subaru in right away. I anticipated the repairs would take longer but they got right on it and the turnaround time was very impressive. They gave me updates along the way and I never once questioned them. I stopped by the shop to drop off some parts I had at home I ve been meaning to put on and they said they would do it for me! I knew right when I pulled in and went inside, they take pride in their appearance and the place was cleaner than an hospital! I was warmly greeted and I knew right there I made the right decision. I got the call to go pick her up and I swear they made it look better than the day I picked it up from the dealership! Not only did they repair my car to perfection, it was so clean, they took the time to detail it for me! They loaded my car with awesome swag like an umbrella, ice scraper (which I needed one!), coffee mug, reusable bag and a great little flashlight on my keychain! All stuff I will use all the time! They were all so professional yet very friendly and communicated with me during the whole process. I can t recommend these guys and gals enough! Don t think twice, bring your car here. They truly care and it shows. Great job team! Above and beyond customer service!

My son hit a deer and did extensive damage to my RAV4. Northside Auto Body gave me an estimate the next day and started ordering parts. I drove by the next day and my car was on the lift. They did a wonderful job. The car looked brand knew when I picked it up. I highly recommend Northside Auto Body.

This is the best autobody place I ve ever been to. They are polite, courteous, and their professionalism is unparalleled. their work is top-notch and done in a timely fashion. I would never go anywhere else. They also give you really good snacks!!

Had to get a pre insurance inspection done. Worked with Anna, she got me an appt right away, even took me a few minutes early! Super quick, easy process. Very clean, professional friendly shop! Definitely will go to them for body work just based on this alone! They go the extra mile with a little bag of take home things as well! Thank you!

Northside Auto Body did a fantastic job on repairing damages my Lexus. They explained everything that needed to be done. They were efficient and the work was done sooner than expected! All the staff, including the manager were professional and very friendly. The price point was very reasonable. They returned my car back to me, sparkling, vacuumed and smelling great! I brought my car here after it was in a bad accident and when. I picked it up I was stunned. I got into an accident on September 7, 2022 and I got my car back on the 23rd. My car is brand new and since I ve had it I have never gotten it to be completely spotless. When I got into my car after this place fixed, my jaw dropped. I was literally stunned. I would highly recommend this place to fix anything on your car in a timely fashion while also cleaning it to the day you bought your car. I genuinely felt like I had just bought the car again from the dealership!! We had a great experience with Northside Auto Body in Rhinebeck, NY. They were courteous, professional and the communication was outstanding through the front end repair of our Audi S4. Big shoutout to Dustin (Poughkeepsie Branch) Dennis and his staff in Rhinebeck.Thank You! for a seamless repair. The shop was immaculate and organized. Had work done on my dodge here a few weeks ago and Dennis and his team did a great job repairing the damage on front of car. They took care of all details with my insurance company . The extra touches go a long way to show they care about what they do. The entire team were kind and accommodating. Every step of the way, they were informative and helpful. My car was repaired beautifully. The whole process was painless as they coordinated with the insurance agency. Amazing service!!! First time customer and I would definitely go back and recommend Northside. In February I needed a front driver's side repair (the snow was too much for my Subaru but thank goodness I was okay!). I called them, and they instantly welcomed me offering coffee, snacks, anything I needed. I used their overnight drop off service. Everyone was so helpful during the process, they called my insurance company and took care of everything on their end. When I picked up my car, the outside looked BRAND NEW! Even better than I when I picked it up at the dealership to BUY! I get in and there's AN UMBRELLA, TOTE BAG, TRAVEL MUG, AIR FRESHENER, a $100 gift card for a family/friend who might need their services in the future, and it looked like they even CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR!!! Loved working with Northside. They knew what they were doing with my front bumper after I hit a deer. Took care of all the billing and communication with the insurance. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car and left some sick merch for me in the car. Will obviously use them again.

This is the BEST auto repair shop I ve ever been to!! I highly recommend them for anything you need, they are truly amazing!! Everyone here is so nice & so helpful. Great experience working with Northside fixing my Highlander after an accident! Really appreciated the communication throughout repair process and thoroughness of the job.
