Woke up at the Abbey, went to the car and was greeted by a 'low pressure, back left tire' alarm. 300 miles from home. One isn't supposed to swear on retreat, I guess, but I'm ex Navy :) checked reviews and distances and went here. WOW! Got an appointment early that afternoon, went in at the appropriate time, car was on the rack in 5 minutes and tire repaired and I was on the way back to the Abbey in 35 minutes. Fair price, immaculate facility, friendly and trustworthy people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike Sr. and Chris really took excellent care of me and my ride! Chris was super responsive, answered all of my questions, was completely transparent on pricing and was more than fair with the work and what they charged. Fantastic guys, my car was done in the time quoted and Chris even took the time to go over everything they did for me. My 2014 Silverado was starting hard. Dropped it off for a diagnosis. Found the problem to be a bad fuel pump. After giving the ok to replace it, I got a call saying there was a bad universal joint and wanted to know if they should fix it. There were a couple of other minor issues I had theme fix. They did excellent work and kept me informed of everything. No work was done without my permission. ( I've had issues with this in the past.) The bill was more than I anticipated but the quality of the parts justified the price. Truck was done on time as promised. ( I've had issues with this too.) The end result was very good. My truck drives better than it has in a long time. As a first time customer I was happy with the the whole experience. I'll be back again

Mike, the owner was so helpful and kind. My twin siter needed a side mirror put on her car. He did a great job at a fair price. Definitely would go back to have service done there again.

As always great service and reliable repairs. Mike, Chris and JR have kept our Subarus rolling along mile after mile. They have had our Subaru service since 2006 and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for good local service on their vehicles.

A no-hassle yearly inspection. Appointments are easy to make with their online service, they are always on time and efficient, and even provide suggested maintenance before the next appt. Very helpful! Awesome crew to work with.

This is the type of auto service a person is looking for. Honest, professional, fair prices and JR, Chris and Mike make you feel like a member of the family, people you can trust. After spending many years in the parts and auto repair field I feel the staff are very professional and work closely with the consumer to solve their issues. The business has the latest in equipment and repair data to solve the many problems that arise with today's complicated computer controlled systems. Would certainly suggest that you give them a try and don't hesitate to ask questions about your issues. I'm sure the staff will go above and beyond to answer your concerns about the repairs needed.

Well, I did not expect to be totally disrespected and my new vehicle violated. I do not smoke. As a matter of fact I have severe allergy. Yet they took the opportunity of a simple repair to smoke in my vehicle. I had to drive home in 26� weather with all my windows down 10 miles only to have it still wreak of cigarette smoke. Was told I had nothing to complain about. Really, I am the one paying for this car. All I had to do was air it out a little and the smell would goi away. They are wrong. I can still smell it after paying professionals almost $500 to get rid of it, as I can not drive in it without getting a headache.So if you want $40 job to end up costing you $540, then this place is for you. Also they depreciated yhe value of my car by about $1,700 for the smell of cigarette smoke. People actually can and do pay less for any car that has been smoked in. All cause they couldn't treat my car as if it were my car, not theirs and not freaking light up til after they were done with my car.Piss poor service, no respect, and no compensation not even acknowledgement of wrong doing on their part. Everyone considering going there for any reason needs to know this!
