If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Red Mill Auto Collision is for you! Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to repair my vehicle. Our car was submitted on Nov 2023 and checked out Feb 2024. I know I can't believe it still! I mean, can you? Red Mill Auto took our car, not expecting it either. However, that did not stop them from doing an excellent job with our vehicle. They were patient, kept us as calm as we could be, they kept us abreast with every necessary communication. Most importantly, they were so kind and understanding of our situation. It's almost like we became family and bonded through this hard time. The parts needed from the company were on backorder, and they could not do much other than wait. But the moment the parts arrived, the team went straight to work to ensure we didn't wait much longer than we have already. They worked with excellence, scrutiny, and professionalism. I will always recommend Red Mill.

EJ and his team are amazing! I hit a deer the week before Christmas and they were able to complete the repair in record time despite the holiday week so we could still keep our travel plans. It came out fantastic!We can t thank you enough!!! We highly recommend Red Mill Auto Collision!!

I got into an accident and they were able to get my car in for repairs by the next day. I got my car back less than 2 weeks later and you can't even tell anything happened. Everyone there was very sweet and super helpful. I'd 100% recommend.

EJ and his team did an excellent job repairing my 2019 Honda Accord! We had several stratches all over the entire car due to snow removal and a dented bumper. What a nightmare! I would recommend Red Mill Auto with no hesitation. It was such a easy process, from start to finish. Friendly, professional staff, who seem to really care about the quality of work associated with their name. Again, BIG SHOUT TO EJ, nicest guy ever! #satisfiedcustomer

Just the best. So nice and helped me in a crazy situation where I got in an accident right before moving cross country to Albany and they helped me out when NO mechanics in Colorado could help me. Great locally owned business. My Jeep Grand Cherokee recently got hit and both driver side doors needed to be replaced as well as damage around the rear wheel. Red Mill called me when the parts were in so my car didn't unnecessarily sit there when I needed it. They originally said one and half to two weeks to do the repair but did it in just 5 to 6 days, My Car looks as good as new and the process was effortless and stress free from start to finish. As others have mentioned the office / waiting area is very nice and staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The folks at Red Mill do great work. My truck was returned relatively quickly after an accident, and they even deep cleaned the entire inside and outside. Communication was also great throughout the whole process. EJ Hart's Red Mill Auto was efficient, convenient, and handled the claim from start to finish. They took care of all paperwork, interactions with insurance company, and handled car rental drop off and pick ups. Shout out also to Lauren. Brought my husbands truck here to get one of the side view mirrors fixed. Lauren was very friendly, helpful and great with communicating. She called me as soon as the parts came in and once I brought the truck in Koty repaired the mirror fast and made it look like my husband never reversed into a pillar. Everyone there is great. I used this place to get my front bumper fixed on my BMW. It was very easy process from start to finish. They had my car ready in less than two weeks and were very friendly when I picked up/ dropped off the vehicle. The first thing I noticed when I went there was that their waiting area/ front desk area was very clean, smelled good , welcoming and even had a keureg. It was far from one of the typical dingy, small, and loud auto shop waiting areas.Service: Body & Trim

Hey All!I went to Red Mill Auto when I hit a mailbox and damaged my side view mirror and wrecked my window. They were super nice and easy to work with. They said the work would be done on Friday and it was done on Friday. The car was perfect, like it never happened. This place is awesome. I don't want to have my car hurt again but... My Denali got bumped into and needed a new front bumper and quarter. This is my main truck that I need to pull my gooseneck trailer so getting it back quickly was important! Unfortunately some of the trim was delayed. Red Mill Auto got my truck done and out the door as promised so I could get back to work. They called me a week later when the remaining parts came in, I stoped over they popped them on and I m back on the road.Nice people, beautiful office full of woodwork and they did a good job. When the need occurs I ll be using them again! Just hopefully not soon

I rarely take time to write reviews but this shop is incredible. It started with speaking with the Office Manager, Lauren, who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't seem bothered by my questions. Then the Shop Manager, EJ, greeted me in the parking lot when I arrived. He escorted my into their office. He also was super friendly & explained a lot as to what to be expected. I even got a few progress updates along the way from EJ which was totally unexpected. The repair work looked great & it was done a week sooner than originally stated. I hope you never need a body shop, but if you do, DO NOT HESITATE USING RED MILL AUTO! Great business!!!Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car here after a hit-and-run driver tore through the left side of my car and they did an excellent job at the repairs. My car looks brand new and even better than it did before it was even hit. EJ and the crew over at Red Mill Automotive did an amazing job on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee..you would never know it was ever even damaged.. I would without a doubt use them again.. ...edit..they did do an amazing job the only thing I noticed today when I went to change my passenger side headlight was that the inner bevel that holds the headlight bulb wasn't secured all the way..so I can't secure the headlight bulb properly..Service: Body & Trim

EJ and the team did a great job fixing my bumper! I was regularly updated on my car and my car was finished a day early! The shop is clean and inviting. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, not only did the repair work look perfect but my car had been vacuumed and washed! Thanks for the great service.

Installed CARBON FIBER front bumper and sideskirts on my M3 and painted a hardtop. Waited 2 years to have the work done until found a shop comfortable .. and this is the shop. I had a great experience here. I took my car here after a tree branch had fallen on it. The car looked brand-new when I arrived to pick it up today. I had a deer run into the side of my car a couple weeks ago and did some sizeable damage. I brought my car to Red Mill Auto and I have to say they did an amazing job! The owner was very professional and kept me well informed all throughout the process. I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do I sure as heck know where I am going!
