We had a horrible experience with them. Buyer beware, I believe they used deceitful tactics and defrauded us. They know the lemon law well and will seemingly do all they can to avoid paying to repair a legitimate issue. We will never refer them to anyone and hope to share our experience to ensure others aren't deliberately defrauded. We have a ~$2000.00 repair bill for an issue that was supposed to be fixed before my wife bought a ~$16,500.00 van from them in September of 2023. We had our shop inspect the vehicle before we purchased it, they found that the steering rack was leaking fluid and Adams Auto stated that they would have it fixed and the van would be ready for pickup in approximately one week. We purchased (under false pretenses that the van was sound) and picked it up in mid-September. The check engine light came on FOUR days later. We brought the van back to Adams, and again, they advised everything was fixed (purge valve in the evap. system) and the van was ready to go. Well, just two months later we went to Saratoga Honda to get the fluids changed, (no check engine light, just service) and guess what, the steering rack was not replaced or fixed and was leaking considerably. Adams was made aware of the issue yet again and their owner stated "Oh, we thought just the lines needed to be tightened, bring it back and we'll take care of it." So, we did just that and supposedly it was "fixed" yet again, after going without the van for over a week (they did give us a loaner). We went 1.5 months or so and now on 3.14.2024 the check engine light came on yet again, we brought it back to Saratoga Honda on 3.20.2024, and somehow, the culprit was a bad purge valve (cheap part- but still) and at the same time, the Saratoga Honda tech reported that the steering rack was leaking even worse now and was clearly not replaced/repaired. We feel we have been defrauded by this group and will be doing everything we can to ensure that they refund us our money, they did not sell us a car, they sold us junk. If they were defrauded by the "repair shop" they use for their repair work, that will be something they will have to figure out as they will not provide us with receipts for the service completed. Hopefully no one gets hurt by this vehicle while its on the road. (It seems obvious as these receipts likely don't exist and if they do I suspect they had to have been falsified.) They have since denied our third attempt at having the issue rectified, nor will they refund our money. The inconvenience of this back and forth is one thing but to deliberately defraud a consumer is something very different. Beware, and make sure you know the lemon law as well as they do. Or, don't, maybe look for a reputable seller.

Purchased a wrangler from these guys and couldn t be happier. The dealer was very friendly and understanding as I worked through getting a loan. The car had some minor maintenance due and they brought it to a shop and sorted it all out for me. They also did a great job detailing the interior and exterior as well as under the hood.

We just purchased a 2018 Ridgeline from this wonderful agency. All of their cars are beautifully kept, clean, no rust etc. They were so helpful and informative and liberally allowed us to test drive several vehicles before deciding on this one. Imran was great! This is a no pressure agency that provides all of the information you need to make your decision. Also, and this surprised us, they provided a 3 month or 4500 mile warranty on the car when usually it's a 30 day warranty. This was actually a selling point for us. The paperwork was seamless and this was the easiest car purchase we have ever had. After we drove off with our Ridgeline two days later Imran followed up with a call to see how everything was going. Fabulous! I highly recommend this car dealership!

Excellent customer service. Very kinda and trusting people. I am very pleased with my vehicle and I would totally recommend buying through them.You may pay slightly higher than you would off a private sale, but that is part of buying at a used car dealer (they need money too!).You will have a high confidence that the vehicle has been inspected by an independent mechanic and they will tell you everything they know about it. I found a slight problem with my vehicle, and they were happy to get it fixed before completing the sale. Great people, great service.

I bought a car with these people which was my first auto loan! Thinking I got a great car then 1 week later I had to get both mufflers fixed, said they fixed it then when I got the car it was making the same noise to I took it back and it was fixed. 2 months later I had to fixed the wheel baring which was completely rotted and broke off. 3 months later my transmission blew so I went back to see if I can get a new car for trade in and they were over pricing me, now I am in debt 18,000 and paying for a car that I cannot use. I went to a mechanic and was told that this car had a transmission leak for so long because how it looked under the hood! I told the car dealer and they blocked my phone number from calling the shop and personal phone! These people are unprofessional and I will now be taking legal action! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! I also made a complaint with the BBB.

I wanted to buy my first car with dealers I can trust and will also give me a great warranty. They made everything easy for me, I was able to choose the car I want without being forced to choose other cars. They have a great selection and I can always call them if I want to upgrade and trade in my car. Thanks Adam Auto For Your Great Service and Showing You Care!!!

I bought a 2008 Acura with low miles, within 3 months I was in the shop getting it fixed. When i bought it, it said it just had an oil change which was not true I needed an oil change a week later. After 7 months of having the truck and months of fixing things trying to find the problem the engine is no good. Definitely do not recommend.

In March I was looking for a SUV with a long list of must haves. I initially corresponded with Ron by text and scheduled an appt. Ron listened to my every request and exceeded my expectations. Circumstances forced us to make the difficult decision to trade in our much loved convertible Mazda MX5 for a 2009 Honda Pilot. After witnessing my tears, the brothers helped me come to terms with the value of our car and we walked out with a bill of sale. A difficult situation was made better with great customer service! Thank you for your patience, compassion, and professionalism,. It will never be a question where we go if we need a used vehicle in the future!

The guys at Adam Auto Agency helped us find our car during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They were really helpful in getting us as much information as they could. They coordinated the showing and purchase of the car with ease and continued to assist in the service of the vehicle if needed after purchase. They had consistent communication throughout the buying process. We would highly recommend!

I bought the car and insisted on leaving with the transfer or title paperwork but was told I have to get the plates and everything before I could leave with it even thought it was paid in full. After the next day at the DMV I came with plates and got the keys. Before I left I noticed the car had two scratches on the hood where it seemed the dealer plates slid down and scratched the paint. This happened after I paid for the car but it was in their possession. I told the owner and he just brushed it off and said they had already ordered paint for that set of scratches. I am still waiting on a contact back from them after we have already made and additional contact after date of purchase. At this time I would not recommend doing business with this organization.***Update no paint 6 months later no resolve to the scratches I will never buy a car from them again $15,000 spent and I wish I could have been reimbursed for the rusted out exhaust that cost $1500. Get your own inspection if you do business with them.

Great customer service. The owner held a truck for me even though he had a cash offer from someone else. Made a long distance purchase. The owner stayed in touch well after the purchase to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

The entire Bhatti family where very professional and knowledgeable on my purchase of a Cadillac Escalade. I traded in my Dodge Ram and they handled everything. I highly recommend them . I will be going back in the future.

This Place Is A Joke Went Too See About Getting A Car Finance Thru Them Took My Name And Number And Told Me They Would Call Me In 30 Mins & Never Heard Back From Them So I Called The Next The Finance Guys Had The Day Off And They Would Call Me The Next Morning And Never Back From Them Don t Waste Your Time Going Here
