Do not believe that these cars are thoroughly inspected, and they definitely are NOT serviced. Impreza purchased in February...-Pictures of engine and cabin air filters I checked after 2 weeks, this is serviced?-Oil was dirty black and past the sticker mileage service.-Had to replace brakes, rotors, AND caliper brackets because slide pins were rust seized causing brakes to stick to rotors. Now getting better MPG's.-Had to fix exhaust and muffler heat shields, literally just laying on top of muffler.-Spark plugs were in desperate need of replacing.-Idle's really badly, car stalls 20% of the time after starting unless you tap the gas.-Easily burns through a quart of oil every 1,000 milesUnless you can work on the car yourself, DO NOT BUY. I've put over $800 in parts into this car in 3 months. Easily $2k if I had to have a shop do the work.Buyer Beware...

Paul indefinitely ruined my first car buying experience. While driving the car home for the first time, the horn did not work. Confused as to why and how it would even have been able to receive an inspection sticker, we called and messaged him. Absolutely no response. Recently we tried to get the horn fixed using the warranty that the car came with, and sure enough, the warranty company won t cover the issue. If you are considering doing business with Paul, please listen to the countless reviews telling you not to do so.

Overall a good experience working with Paul, he was honest, and when an issue arose within 24 hours of taking the vehicle off the lot he took full responsibility, and made it right. I am very happy with my vehicle, and this man's business is definitely respectable.

Ended up not having the car through my entire finance. Parts just kept going bad over and once I fixed one another came up. This place sells lemons I wouldn't recommend buying unless you're looking for unreliable transportation

SCAM ARTIST OF THE YEAR TAKES ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED ELDERLY:Paul Smith, knowing that my disabled mother needed neck and CANCER surgery, sold her a "pre-certified vehicle" withan almost $500 "bumper to bumper" warranty.It came without a functioning radio and a crack in the windshield.... not really sure how it was inspected like that. He fixed the radio and said he'd reimburse for the windshield. Next month, the vehicle overheats. Long behold severely rusted pipes were blowing radiator coolant all over.That's not the worst of it, the vehicle now needs an engine. None of this is covered by the warranty Paul Smith sold.It's sad there are such horrible people in the world that take advantage of cancer patients. What has this place come to?!?!?

I would never buy from Paul again. We have had non stop issues and have poured thousands into the car from about two weeks after we bought it. Check out Mill Streets FB page before you decide to buy - nothing but negative reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM MILL STREET.. you will regret it! Now we are left with a car that we have put more into than it is worth.

SCAM AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! I am very upset with my purchase from Paul. I have had this car around 9 months and have had thousands in repairs. I ve probably paid 4k-5k in repairs on a 7k car. Had to replace starter, alternator, full brakes, fuel pump and lines, exhaust pipes, rear hatch supports, the battery and countless other small things. Car would ve failed any tests if he had not used his family s shop to put an inspection sticker on it

Top notch guy to buy a vehicle from, start to finish it was a pleasant buying experiance. Even after my warranty expired he helped me with any issues! I would highly recommend mill street to anybody looking for a quality subaru. Thank you paul!

I bought a vehicle here a few months ago, I am very very happy with the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle is very clean and in great shape. All vehicles that Mill Street Auto has are clean vehicles that are in great shape. The process of buying a vehicle here was very easy and simple. I would recommend this place to anyone. Paul is a nice guy, good business person, and is honest person.

Great place to buy a used vehicle. Recently purchased a Subaru from Paul, have taken it on a couple road trips and have no issues with it. would definitely refer and purchase from him again.

Paul doesn't even deserve 1 star, sold me a vehicle claiming its "serviced and certified" and the headgasket is verified "good". Well less than a month later I need a new transmission and headgasket. He will not answer your messages after your purchase, Guys a certified scam artist. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

The Subaru is pristine, literally like brand new. To anyone in the market looking for an affordable used Subaru, please do yourself a favor and look no further! Mill Street is where it's at. I was blown away by the selection and condition of these vehicles. Truly unbelievable for a NY dealership. Paul is a good man, very fair and honest, makes it a good experience without any pressure at all. Check them out, the place is a gem

Haven t even had the car a year and I m having SO many issues. I was definitely scammed and taken advantage of. Transmission went, it s overheating, and many other problems .

If you purchase a vehicle from this place and have multiple problems with the vehicle. They will not return your calls. And the warranty is garbage so don t waist your money on that either. I just had to put over $1000 dollars in the vehicle I had purchased at the beginning of 2019. I recommend just buy a brand new vehicle!!! And save the headaches!!!!

This guy sold me an absolute piece of junk. Do not buy a car here. Completely took advantage of the fact that I was inexperienced buying cars and had little knowledge. He knew exactly what he was doing. I've had the car a little over a year now and have already dumped about 2500 into it already, on top of the fact that I probably over payed for the car in the first place. Thing was all rusted out underneath, both front control arms were about to snap in half (and did) before I even owned the car for 6 months. You name it, it's gone wrong with my car this year. Stay away from this snake of a car salesman.

I guess anybody can get a 4 star rating,if you took a pill from all who has purchased a vehicle from him you'll find more horror stories than good stories. I'll NEVER buy another vehicle from there.
