I highly recommend Dry Harbor Service Station. Joe was wonderful and handled my issue professionally, on time and for a reasonable price. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step in the process. Joe explained all the possible issues and made an expert assessment of the situation. I could not have asked for anything more. It is worth waking up early and bringing your car into Joe! You won t be disappointed!

Years ago I give this place 4 stars, now 1 at best. Taking my car in at 9:15am for oil change, then almost 5pm, it's still not being serviced? I saw about 4,5 cars ahead of me when I got in, there are 2-3 service bays working, so I guess it's not FIFO. This is the second time this has happened. Also, the attitude of the place is not the same, indifference is what you get.

Have been getting my car serviced here for many years. I consider it a lucky encounter when I was referred here by my car insurance co. to get my photo inspection done here when I came back to NY. Always felt that I was dealing with honest, hard working folks. Joe, who s usually there, explains things in such a way that you can make informed decisions about the services for your vehicle. Highly recommended.

This Gas station is AAA Certified, but I did not get my AAA discount?. UPDATE ; I returned to this service station and had a great experience. Thanks Joe.

disgusting and dirty service, where they did not invest money in updating for half a century. I have cars standing on top of each other. Just to suck money out of people. this service is not worth the money. And I haven't done any apointment yet, you just need to come and get in line

First time coming here since moving out from Long Island and I can easily say this has to be the best guy around by far for all your tire and service needs. Got my inspection done after having trouble finding people to do my inspection for a week. Took a little while, but after conversing with joe, it seems as though there is a lack of staff, which is understandable if you know the car business (people don t know how to change a tire and tighten the lug nuts let alone know how to work on a car anymore). Joe, the manager inside the shop, was extremely apologetic and even called me a few times over the span of a few hours (I live close by and left my car with him) just to let me know he s deeply apologetic about the wait. Overall, GREAT service and will definitely be coming back for any service needs/inspections because I know they will be done honestly and correctly. Fantastic and totally honest. When I had the car there for an inspection, I asked them to check the springs and shocks because I really thought I needed replacements and they told me they were fine. I just brought my car in for the 100,000 mile checkup/tuneup and asked them do everything on the manufacturer's list for tuneup at any mileage since I have never had a tuneup. I expected a huge bill (since I believe the dealer would have charged at least $300) and the bill was $39 and that included the oil change. They told me everything was fine. How many service stations wouldn't have rationalized some other repairs? And when I have brought in the car for service (like brakes), the repairs were perfect.

Long overdue! These guys are OUTSTANDING. Have been to this mechanic a few times. Joe (the owner) and his crew are great. Not the cheapest place BUT (and this is important folks), certain things in life should not be based on price (doctor, dentist, mechanic). This will be my go-to spot!

Found them due to their AAA roadside services. Started using them after warranty expired on one car. They have proven their honesty on a number of service needs. Do good reliable work. Fair pricing, no games. Jeff or Joe are both great to deal with. Moderate gas price as well.

The service manager Joe has always been helpful and explains thing clearly. Ive been going there for over a decade. The service techs Ramone,Bobby and Eric are very good and excellent to deal with. The gas personnel are also nice with AAA Towing out of location.

Best place to get your car inspected. I got my car inspected here because the guys on other services could not inspect my Honda Accord because it was a '1999. Great service! Very honest and reliable I was able to watch them do the inspection from start to finish. My experiences with other stations in Queens were horrible they try to rip you off by saying something all of a sudden doesn't work or making you replace parts that don't need replacing. I highly recommend these guy Joe I think he's a manager there. Like I mentioned earlier, honest and dependable service.

Great service! I got there at 7:30 AM on. saturday to make the line. They open at 7:55 AM and the person taking care of customers, Joe, had a great attitude. He gave me a fair estimate for how long I would wait and he didn t disappoint. I was out of there by 9AM which in my opinion sounds very fast.

Very rude, nervous stuff. I was need to fix flat tire. They tell mi it s not possible to fix.After asking again- fixing under my responsibility, they re going to plug tire without a glue. After asking them use special glue which must go with the plug - they decided not helping me at all.I ve buy repair kit with the glue and did repair by myself. Everything fine till then.

This place is Amazing. I had a flat tire. Try to contact through AAA other towing companies it was a disaster they made me wait for 4 Hours and never showed up.I contacted dry harbor directly I was picked up in 15 minutes. The driver was so nice I would highly recommend them for all your services.THE BEST !!!!!Thank you so much !!!

Joe and his crew at Dry Harbor are some of the best in NY. I have been having my car taken care of by Dry Harbor Service Station for 5 years and each time, the job is done efficiently, quickly, honestly, and for the best price. Although I moved out of Queens to a different borough, I still go out of my way to have Joe handle all of my needs- whether it's an oil change or replacing broken parts on my 20 year old relic. No need to look further- this place is your destination for a quality mechanic.

Huge line for inspection without the ability to reserve a spot on the phone. Guy didn't even want to work with me when I had tinted windows to get them removed. Go to east coast body plaza instead. You'll get faster inspection and they will work on anything that's stopping you from getting that sticker.

Joe, who I Interfaced with spoke clear clean English. Rare in these parts. I'm a car guy and came in asking for brake pads all around an oil change and to check/clear a check engine light. I dropped the car off in the morning, got a call around 1PM and car was done by 3:30 the same day. Severe lack of BS on my BS radar. Pricing wasn't inflated either. Oil change, rear brake pads and rotors came to $265. I opted out of front brake work, and the CEL was just a fluke. I'd call that reasonable. Will be back for other things i don't feel like doing myself.

Good fast service at reasonable prices attached to a Mobile fuel station. I recommend Joe and company for any car repair. They also tow cars.There is no handicap parking and only 5 parking spots in total.

There are very good mechanics here. I feel they really care about my safety when it comes to maintaining my car. They are very courteous and friendly and try to accommodate my time schedule.
