Great service and they give you a coupon for a free car wash. The staff in the garage were very friendly and pointed out additional things besides the oil change that they recommended - but I didn t feel pressured. Just that they were making suggestions based on noticing that my filter was very dirty and some other important maintence items. Highly recommend using them and will certainly do so myself next time. Believe it or not, I accidentally forgot to leave the car key and went for a walk. The mechanic, Pascual, called and even offered to come find me to get the key. That s great service. I ended up just walking back with it - but the offer was gracious and very much appreciated. Well above and beyond what I expected.

Visited this place twice for oil change, they did the job fairly quickly, which was a plus. However, they always called you after for additional charges like filters. Tricky businessvisit 2 times1st time for an oil change Honda CRV 2 years old.cost $60 that was fine. until the guy bring out air cabin filter.He asked me if I wanted to replace or not.I said no, He just install that thing back without doing anything with it. I mean it takes 2 seconds to blow that filter clean.BTW, that filter has a lot longer life. not in 2 years.2nd time, visit for NYS inspection. the guy just told me that my wiper blade is bad, need to be replaced.I just replace that blade 2 months before and it's definitely work flawlessly.Be careful, everyone. there always be something wrong with your car here!!!

Second time here. Both times in and out in under half hour. They do a free check up on the car. Some filters in my car needed to be changed the tech brought me back to my car showed me the filters that needed to be changed and showed me what new ones should look like. He also explained what the filters do and in what importance I should change them. There was no pressure and it was very clear this was not an attempt to up charge. He also topped off all of the fluids in my car free of charge. As if this wasnt all you get a free car wash. Customer service was great. Quick service. And best if all affordable! I'm never going anywhere else and neither should you.

Short wait times for an oil change. Oil change was done quickly. They try to bump up your bill with things like cabin Filters for $55. A quick google search revealed that you can buy a cabin filter for as low as $8.00. It takes on my car about 5 minutes to replace it. Overall service was quick . You supposedly get a free car wash but it is clearly added to the bill as Car Wash $14.99 so I don t know where the free part lies.

Horrible customer service. Went not once but twice just to make sure. Overfilled my oil Bc they did not drain oil cooler, resulted in my valve cover gasket needing replacement. Then when I told them of the incident they underfilled my oil resulting in an oil change 300 miles after they changed it, yes oil refill light came on 2 weeks and I heard instant rattle starting up the car after they changed oil every time after startup until changing oil at another shop. Save yourself the trouble and the extra charge for a 30 dollar car wash they make you purchase.

Just did my oil change here. The guys who do the oil change are professional and they really do a great job. The place charges double and triple the money for everything. An Air cabin filter that's supposed to be $20, they charge $50, oil change is $56 and this is for a 2017 honda accord. They give you a basic free car wash, I asked for tire shine they told me I've to pay extra $4, really? I paid $130 for oil change and they are gonna ask me for $4, what a cheap business. Thank you, never coming back.

This is a very efficient place for an oil change and car wash. I pulled right up for my oil change. There was no wait. It came with a free full service car wash too. They did a great job with both services. I would recommend this place and will be back

If you want your car lost camera or get scratches, please come here. It s best place for you hurt your car. They will offer you best experience to make your car become trash. Their employee didn t know how to wash you car gentle. All they know is they need finish quick and they will use all their power for wash your car even it may hurt your paint or drug your camera down. After all the damage they caused, their manager will just let you wait one hour and tell you they can t do anything for the damage caused by their employees because their employees don t know the details of policy.

Always quick in and out. However they added a 30$ fee if you do anything but oil, something called recovery fee. Basically excuse to charge extra. Also like others said they will try to get you with things like filters, you can buy those for cheap on Amazon or Walmart.Regardless the service is good but just expensive.

We went for a oil change and car wash, the total for a basic oil change was $41.99. The service was great, the attendants were polite and quick. The car wash was indeed a hand car wash with several guys wiping down the outside and inside afterwards.

The did the oil change well done. I had requested a full carwash too; they said they vacuumed inside the car, but I see dust and pieces of dirt in every corner of the car, in the cup-holders, at the bottom, and corners of the front seats. Also, they did not vacuum the kids' car-seats in the back at all! They said it's unsafe to touch the car-seats! Why would you have to "touch" the car-seats if you are just vacuuming the dust? How about the dust underneath and in between all of the seats of the car?! In addition, the manager was very rude and had a nasty attitude responding to me.

In and out oil change service, great employees attitude plus complementary car wash service . What else can go wrong? Well make sure you want you car to be wash same day or before they put the order in let them know maybe another day.

Took my car in for oil change on 10/11, car stalled and wouldn't start on the way home. I had to get it tolled to my dealership where they noted that the air intake was disconnected. I am not sure if this is just carelessness or done on purpose but i will now need to find a new establishment to get my car service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I paid $97 to have premium oil and filter changed only to find out later that my oil wasn't changed at all. The customers are not trustworthy and rude. Only come here if you want to get scammed.

Very upscale and polished interior, service was good but I found the food average. I had a steak and chili but I did not get the chili but instead salsa. The food was average. The deserts were good except for the cheesecake.
