Incredibly friendly staff. We had a flat that couldn't be patched and they didn't have our tires in stock. They were super helpful calling around nearby to find a place that had them. They didn't even charge us, would recommend.

The owners were generous, kind, and expert from the moment I arrived in a tow truck on a summer Friday afternoon with my car that died on the Thruway. It was going to take a few days for the repair and I live out of town so they gave me car rental suggestions that were cheaper than AAA could find, helped me figure out a car service to get me to the rental place, gave me and my daughter treats and seltzer, assessed the car before I left and... when it turned out to be relatively quick, *fixed it* there and then, saving me over $600 in car rental expenses plus days of time and energy and hours and hours of driving. This was so above and beyond the call. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been customers of Mueller's longer than I can remember, and always trusted their work. But today, they went above expectations and became a truly special business to me! I'm moving out of state in 2 days, and yesterday afternoon realized an urgent repair was needed that possibly made driving my long distance unsafe. I called them 2 hours before close on a Wednesday, frantic, thinking there's no chance they could get me in before my move, let alone get ahold of whatever part/s would be needed (especially with current events). I was wrong! They had me drop off my car after hours that same night, and by 9am the next morning they called me with a diagnosis and quote! Even better, they had the car fixed before lunch time, and even changed my oil!! Now my mind is at ease for my move, and all is right. Thank you SO much to all the amazing people at Mueller's!

If I could give them zero stars I would as they did zero service. The worst experience ever at Mueller's Automotive in Ravena for a simple inspection and new brakes. My husband took today off for the appointment. Had an appointment scheduled and was told to bring the car in at 8am. When we arrived at 3pm they still had not brought it in the shop. They went on to tell us that it should be done by 5pm tomorrow. We left and came home to see if we could get someone to pick the car up there tomorrow. After thinking about it, my husband called them to ask why it wouldn't be done until 5pm tomorrow when he had taken today off. They proceeded to hang up. He called back and we were told to come get the truck. I have never seen such poor business! Three issues:1. We had a scheduled appointment and were told to have the truck in by 8 o'clock and the car was still not in at 3pm.2. They never called to communicate anything with us and we had to drive over to check the status of the car.3. They hung up on a customer telling them to come pick up their keys.Many people have recommended them. I guess they do not care about new business. A simple apology would have sufficed, not being hung up on. Will never use them again or recommend them.

Travelling 4 hours I found myself with a slightly flat back tire. I stopped at 2 auto parts facilities in the area and they both tuned me down because they were fully booked - a local resident recommended Muellers and I headed straight there. Although the receptionist told me they were fully booked, they STILL took a look at my vehicle. Immediately auto mechanic Ken found a nail in my tire and it was patched and filled within 20 mins. Ken understood it was not safe for me to travel and even though he was fully booked, took the time to make sure I was safe on the road. I would highly recommend Ken and his services because I felt cared for and even though the fix was small, he took the time to care for his customers, something that I have NEVER found at an autobody shop. I highly recommend this shop!! Thanks for saving my business trip!

Such an amazing place. Very professional, yet so nice! My boyfriend and I were an hour in to our 12hr drive to North Carolina when I had an oil leak (Jiffy Lube's mistake from 2 days prior). Mueller's got us in immediately on a busy Friday morning and fixed the issue so we could continue on our drive. If they weren't over an hour away, I'd bring my vehicle to them regularly. Great experience!

Good, honest mechanic with very fair pricing. Was actually referred by another mechanic, in need of a wheel alignment. Josh was able to get me into a tight schedule, and Ken called to go over all the details throughly.

Our car engine had a sudden problem as we were driving down from Canada, and I was forced to pull in to the closest mechanic. We were very happy to have come here, as the owner was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help as quickly as possible, and with a smile! Thank you greatly!

Kind, quick, thorough, and reasonable... I have been going to Muellers for the past four years for everything from oil changes to engine tune ups on my 1999, 2006 and 2011. This is a very nice up to date garage, ken always takes time to review the situation and propose the most cost effective solution available, without sacrificing quality or safety. Highly recommend.

In June 2017, on the NYS Truway had tire shredded by construction debris. AAA tow truck changed out the bad tire for our spare but it was a limited use tire. We got off NYS Truway at Ravena,NY, that is were we found Mueller's Auto. Can not say enough about them helping us in an emergency situation. They were extremely busy. We explained to them we had our 91 year old mother in the car and on our to a family reunion up at Lake George. They fit us and we were sure it was their lunch time.

I moved to Ravena in 2005 from Bronx N.Y. and I love this little place ! My 3rd day here i was pulled over ,welcomed here by the local police i was told i had a break light out and i went straight to the first place i saw not knowing the area at all. I walked in and was greeted by this beautiful kind woman Mrs.Meuller, (she started it all and is truly missed) she must have felt that I was nervous or worriedand not from the area she smiled at me with this warm welcoming smile and said we'll get you all fixed up. She went to get her son (Ken) he came right out fixed my light and said have a good day. I went in to pay and Mrs.Meuller said welcom to Ravena! Its not just me , MUELLERS AUTOMOTIVE is 1 of 2 trusted mechanics with a AAA seal so if you have AAA you get a discount as if that's not enough they had to move from the original facility to a larger one they were so busy I mean I can't be making this up its facts! Here is another fact the staff has been there for years that in itself is proof that this is a great place! Keep up the good work MUELLERS AUTOMOTIVE! My family and friends will be going to you as long as you will have us! Your all so kind,generous, knowledgeable, honest, professional again I can go on and on but it has to end somewhere! We love this place!something but it was like instant comfort she went in and got her son (Ken) he came right out ,put a new bulb it and said I was all set. I went in to pay and Mrs Mueller said welcom to Ravena! From that day on I have been going and recommending MUELLERS AUTOMOTIVE. The most honest, trust worthy, kind,fair. I can go on and on and its not just me look at all ov their accomplishments

Scam artists. I was out of town and broke down in Ravena. They told me I needed a new alternator. Two days later car breaks down with the same exact issue. I called and they tell me they think I m trying to scam THEM. What a joke - if you care about your car take it elsewhere.

I have a fleet vehicle that I take in on a regular basis.Mueller's has great service without the up sale. Honest hardworking shop that will fix it right the first time.

KEN GOES OUT OF HIS WZY HELP HIS CUSTOMERS EVEN WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE A APPOINTMENT. Reasonable prices also.

Been bringing our cars to Mueller's for every oil change, check engine light and inspection for over a decade, they are honest and timely. I highly recommend this local business.

I take my 2002 Volvo V70 there on the regular and haven't had a single issue with them. Relatively cheap prices and kind staff.

Nicest people in New York State. Was on the Thruway needed help with tire and they very helped in a pinch. Would be a regular customer if I lived in the town. Thank you.
