This place was awesome!! We were traveling on the interstate with a truck and trailer with a horse on a Saturday morning when we realized we had a caliper seized. We called they told us to bring it in. Got us in immediately! Did pads, rotors, and calipers on both rears and had us back on the road in about an hour.

Literal scammers. Took my dodge ram there for an inspection, which they failed because of brakes . took the truck home, decided to take things apart and look at the brakes myself, and there was technically enough padding on the brakes to pass inspection so essentially, they were trying to make more money by screwing me. Took my truck to a smaller shop the next day and passed. They are nothing but dishonest people at Warren Tire. I now stop so many people at my company from using them, so they are now losing tons of business, because they screwed over the wrong guy. Wish I can get my pathetic $20 It costed me for an inspection , but they must need it more than me. Pathetic.

I'm all for supporting local. I think the staff is friendly, and such. I am giving 2 stars simply for my husband's failed inspection.We knew my husband would need new tires eventually. Not only did they lie about dry rot/the type of wear but they wanted to charge over $300 more than shop down the street (for Goodyear which is their supplier.) Manager was willing to negotiate price, but stated she could not price match. Their mount and service price is 30 more than competitor. I would have said yes if it was a $100 difference, but we were able to save $400 total and get $100 mail in rebate for same tires down the street. Please do your research and don't get scammed.(sure we paid 22 for failed sticker, but the savings was worth it).I do also want to note while I understand needing to make a profit they really need to look into their supplier if they can't price match and are $400 difference in price.

Had battery go while vacationing in lake George. Called see if they can help me out without having to wait too long since I was only in town for a few days. They turned it around in under an hour and included testing alternators very happy with service. Didn t have have to squeeze me as bit did. Which was greatly appreciated.

They were fully booked, but had a few minutes to quickly change a headlight for me. (34 minutes from me walking in to me walking out.) Just me walking in, no appointment.Obviously this won't always be possible, but they saw a chance to help me out and took it. Top-notch staff.

We have been customers for decades. Very professional and fair pricing. They know their stuff and we trust our cars and RV to their care. You can tell area police, emergency and sherrifs departments do too and that says a lot!

Rae greeted me immediately with a smile as I walked in, even though the waiting room was quite busy. Nick helped out and filled my truck tires with air on the spot! No charge and very helpful. Thank you so much for your service and kindness.

Absolutely unbelievable place! We were in town for a classic boat show, I m 12 1/2 hours from home pulling a trailer and blew an axle seal as I rolled into town even shops where I live are DAYS out for Simple services, and I m here a stranger from out of town I called 10 minutes before they closed that day and told them what happened and that I m only in town for 2 days they brought my truck in First thing next morning, called me several times throughout the day keeping me statused on how it s going, got the whole job done and it was perfect. I ve never been so taken care of especially somewhere I ve never been in a town I m not from.

Took my car here for an inspection and was failed and told I needed almost $600 in repairs. They even took my inspection sticker. Decided to get a second opinion, took it to another place down the street, and passed inspection with not a.single.repair.needed.I know it s up the place to determine pass/fail but clearly we met state guidelines. I wasn t bringing my car in to find out what could make it function better, I was bringing it in because I m required to, and this place took complete advantage of that. They re unethical, dishonest, crooks.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. Personalized service when explaining what's wrong, how to fix it and the cost All in one conversion!! Thank you!Update: I saw they had a tire sale and wanted to buy new tires, thinking I needed them. The gentleman explained that I had plenty of tread on my tires. Honest people still exist and they are at Warren tire on Lafayette St.!

I was thoroughly please with my experience. I was up in Lake George on vacation with family and friends when my transmission blew towing my pontoon too the lake. I brought (rolled it in) my truck into them on Friday morning and by 12pm on Saturday I had a new transmission put in and programmed by Chevy. They dealt with my warranty company to make sure I wasn't held up on my vacation. The lady (forgot her name) at the front counter was awesome. Very much appreciated the hospitality. You all saved my weekend for my wife's 50'th birthday. Thank you.

Beware of expensive repairs that aren't needed. I was a loyal customer for over a decade at the Glens Falls location on Warren Street. My girlfriend took a car to the Queensbury location for an inspection. After looking at the car, they told me the car needed almost $2000 worth of repairs, including valve work. I then took the car to not Warren Tire, and it passed inspection with about $150 worth of repairs. Needless to say, I haven't been back. This happened about 8 years ago,but it still eats at me. Funny how the reviews are up and down for this place.

Always an awesome experience. Very friendly and accommodating. Nit your average greasy garage. The waiting area and restroom is immaculate! Randy, Rea, Cole and Doug up front are the cats! The boys in the back are always busy and busting their hump to get the job done quickly and correctly. They are well dressed and never seen them a greasy mess either. Very professional all the way around. Highly recommended!!

I've had my car in for brake problems 4 times, to 3 other places, no one seemed to be able to figure out what the issue was. Half an hour and they had it figured out and fixed shortly after. For the first time in 2 years I don't hate my car. Fair pricing, quality work. Thanks, guys!

This morning I had a NYS inspection at a separate location. I was told replace both rear wheels and the rear brakes. I went to this location immediately after my inspection and asked for two new rear tires and new rear brakes. That is ALL I ASKED for MULTIPLE TIMES and confirmed with the attendant multiple times. This is the only place I've ever gone to purchase tires for my vehicle. They told me I had one tire that didn't fit properly on the rear and both tires in the front would fail inspection. I told them the garage I JUST CAME FROM AND HAVE THE RECIPET AND INSPECTION SHEET FOR WITH ME, told me JUST the rear wheels, that's all I wanted. They replaced the front wheels and left the rear ones that failed inspection the first time (the only wheels I asked to be touched) and just....got rid? Of the one that didn't fit properly...that I bought from them prior....? When I return to the store to just have them put the back tires on the front and the front on the back, the desk attendant went into the back and got into a verbal argument with the tech who was working on the car, after listening to them argue about "who told who what", I had purchased tires I didn't need and STILL HAD TO GET NEW TIRES. Paid for two sets of tires today because this store has awful communication issues. The lady at the front desk whom I did not speak with was CLEARLY uncomfortable when I came back and knew why I was back and brought it up because she knows I got trashed by this business , poor service and then I had to purchase two more tires because their garage and front desk can't talk to each other. Really, really upset by this and it sucks.....the guy I spoke with at the desk said, "sorry" so I guess that's worth $500.Came back to edit this again because I still can't get over how bad of an experience I had today. AT THE LEAST GIVE ME STORE CREDIT FOR THE FIRST SET OF TIRES.

Been using them for years. Im told that my 4 year old ebrake cable is seized. 600 to replace it. Refused to tell me why. Don't work on your own brakes and later bring it to them, you'll be apparently penalized. Looking elsewhere.

Everytime I've gone here another issue came up. Plus they always suggest a hundred things to get done, that don't seem to be necessary in the end.The breaking point was one time I brought my car over for a basic oil change, insprection, and replacement air filter. I drive away and then halfway home the car shuts down. Conveniently right after dropping it off. Warren towed it for me...but I paid for the tow and all of the service. They refused any accountability for it.Front desk people are extremely nice and inviting though!

Called to get a car inspection and asked about making an appointment. The gentleman said come on in as if there wasn t a wait. Arrive to this place to wait 45 minutes alone just for the car to go back into the garage. Just some advice -if someone calls to make an appointment LET THEM MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. we do not want to wait 45 mins plus when we could have made an appointment for a later time. Unbelievable.

Went in without an appointment 3-7-19 at like 845am with a leak in my tire.. they got me right in no problem and also suggested I get an inspection cause it was up this month (which I forgot about)... after the patched tire and inspection I was out the door by 930am ... I have never been in and out of any car place that quick, ever..I went to firestone with an appointment for a tire leak once and sat there for 2 hours for them to just tell me it wasn't able to be patched(nightmare) ...Warren Tire guys were friendly, professional and quick and for that I will definitely be back! Thanks guys, you rock!

I drove my leaking van in on a Saturday one hour away from where I live with no other options. They were in the middle of their annual tire sale and completely swamped. I talked to the staff and they talked to the owner who came out and spoke with me. He told me that he was getting a bay open and would get my car fixed soon. I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. They didn't have to make time for me but they did without a problem. Next time I need tires I'm going there and you should too.

Had a wheel alignment done on an older, custom car. Required a lot of extra work. The team at Warren Tire did an unbelievably professional job, exacting detail, I simply couldn't be happier with the service, extraordinary. Definitely recommend!

Glen, the store manager that I worked with at the Queensbury location, was excellent. He and his team provided exceptional service, and were able to expertly diagnose and repair what ailed my vehicle in a timely manner, and explained what needed to be done in a way that anyone could understand. I would definitely recommend Warren Tire to anyone. Thanks guys!

I live 2 hours away. I brought my truck to a local guy for an alignment. After a half day I was told their machine was too old. They made my alignment worse. I called a friend in fort Edward and he told me the best alignment guy he's ever met works at Warren tore up here. So I drove the 2 hours with wobbly tires and a crooked steering wheel. 45 minutes later I got a printed report on before and after. Turns out the last guy had no idea what he was doing. Warren tires guy nailed it perfect. Very grateful they got me in. Truck drives straight as a pin now. Thank you!
