Just got 4 tires installed took a bit bs with customer service but the installation went great. Found out Mavis damaged my car installing winter tires never weighted or balanced them. Never did my alignment,now my car is safer+smoother. They did an excellent job installing them but customer service needs to be more upfront/honest with guest that part was beyond annoying

I'm give them 4 instead of 5 stars because I've been here twice, and the first experience was less than great and the second was better. During the first visit, I went to change tires. Everything went smoothly until they wouldn't/couldn't take one of my old tires off because of a stripped lug that might damage some component to the wheel if they pressed it further. So they gave my car back without the tires changed. It was a protocol rule that they had to follow, which I understand. However, it still exposed their slightly less than professional level of skill that you can find other places. My second experience was better because I just got an oil change there. It was simple, and they accomplished it for a cheap price (20$ is their cheapest option). However, be aware that they don't do call ahead appointments. First come first serve.

I went in there to see if they could assist me in a power steering leak and as a bonus would choose to also get a high mileage oil change. The young man that attempted to assist me selectively listen to only the high mileage oil change went to get my keys & get the car checked in when the mechanic said they don't do anything with power steering but they top off the fluid, I said well I want to address the leak. I understand they are not full service but my priority was the power steering so slightly frustrated from the young man that didn't listen. I went on. Came back the following day after calling ahead. 3 in the auto center standing around deciding who was gonna stay it was only 430 they closed at 5 and they weren't taking any more people though the entire place was empty of customers. Half an hour's plenty of time to do an oil change with a full staff sitting around doing nothing. I walked out frustrated again.

Do not go to Walmart during a tire sale event. I had a small hole in my tire that had to be fixed. I ended up there for 5 hours. When they finally got my car in it only took them 30 minutes to fix my tire. The only good part about this experience was the guy who fixed my tire came out and told me what happen.

Told three different employees at Wal-Mart auto center I wanted my old tires. Got home no tires in back of my truck. My truck has cap with dark windows. What they did with them is a mystery. Didn't charge me a disposal fee. Glad I didn't like them as to reason I bought new I ones. Still they should of done as I asked.

I can't say enough about Kelly, Mary and Cheryl as well as the excellent technicians here. They all were very efficient and gave me advice about the services in order to save me money. When they didn't have the valve stem that I needed, they recommended where to get them and to return to have them installed.The only thing that I can say that could be improved is their work space both in the garage as well as the register and customer waiting area in order to accommodate everyone who needs tire and auto services.Thanks very much

Very unpleasant experience. They state that close at 8pm and we try to call them twice before 7pm and no one pick up phone, we arrive there like 7:10pm. Then still no one on the position and we looking for someone in charge of auto repair around 10 minutes then that person came out said we don t take any more cars today. It is just one nail hit into our car and it may just take ten minutes to fix it. We need drive 4 hours back to city and they said there is no more they can do so please DO NOT leave your position and pick up the phone. The customer not necessary to waste time and drive there and you can t do anything. THANK YOU!

Unethical shop - tried to push unnecessary repairs.Went in for an oil change. At check out the mechanic informed me I needed to purchase four new tires and all new brakes. I also need a new battery. Wouldn't give me any information about what was actually wrong with any of the parts other than my tires are "totally bald" and my brakes just don't "stop good."My tires are less than a year old, tread is good, my brakes are in good working order -- I had those replaced last year. When I brought this up, the response was "oh....weird."I don't know what's going on with this shop, or if the mechanic was just having an off day, but I wouldn't recommend it. Especially not when a $30 oil change reveals $1200 in emergency repairs diagnosed after a 10ft drive and a total of 15 minutes with the car.

Very friendly fast and the woman that replaced the headlight in my car was wonderful along with the one running the counter very personable. Definitely would recommend them and also be sure to check into other services that are available because everyone told me that Walmart did not do replacement bulbs for headlights and they absolutely do an extremely low cost of $7

We brought our car in to have the oil changed on August 27, 2018 because our regular service location could not get us in right away. On September 4, 2018, we noticed numerous oil leaks on our driveway, returned immediately to the store and the problem was corrected.I m very concerned that on August 27th the mechanic did not do this job correctly. A level of competency is assumed when a licensed mechanic is working on a vehicle. Whoever worked on our vehicle was supposed to be ensuring that all steps in the oil change are completed correctly. I have contacted Walmart and communication in my direction is very slow.

They guys in the shop where great. However whoever their manager was was horrible and refused to perform the service. I went elsewhere to have my tires replaced.

Good news they had mobil one that's why 2 stars. The 3 that are not there went on service. I called walmart and asked if they did oil changes only because I had no ideaI know duh. I asked if they used mobil oil they said yes. So far so good 5 stars. Turned up asked for full synthetic mobil 1 oil for my car, so far so good. Finished shopping went to get car after 1 hr to see them putting a container labeled pennzoil. I personally only use mobil oil. So.i asked how do I know they put mobil oil in my car, they informed me the containers are filled with the oil thats above.mmm confused. I then asked, well she filled my car with a container with pennzoil sticker on the side, they didn't care much so I asked to be let through the door. I asked the lovely lady what oil did you put in my car she replied pennzoil, I then informed her that I asked for mobil 1 oil and it needs to be drained and refilled which they did and I had to wait another 20 mins. So when you ask for a particular brand of oil for your car make.sure you ask and ask and ask again. First and last time going to walmart for an oil change.

Walmart Ordered wrong tires left message tires tires in, discussed tires desired, told they would be in thursday, wrong tires arrive, left me another voice mail, drive back to store, not the tires I ordered, took my locking lugnuts off dont want them damaged by improper use of impact wrench, they would not drive the car nor allow me 10 feet into the bay. And why is it everyone wants to open your hood, this is not a requirement to install tires and i will not accept any negligence performed on my high performance vehicle.

Terrible customer service they couldn't even replace a wiper blade ...asked me 2x at check in what side 1.5hrs later after shopping when we wanted to leave (with 2 kids under 21mths old).then they asked me again what side ???...took another 15 min of fiddling around with it they couldn't figure out how to install the new one idiots!

I discovered a leaking tire while on vacation and at 6pm on Labor Day I couldn't find anywhere to get it fixed. Luckily I called the Walmart tire center and they fixed it right away, mounted it, and got me back on the road. Not only that but it was cheap. Thanks to the crew there.

Lazy employees can't call cause they don't answer when they finally answer you're put on hold again as if 20 mins hasn't been long enough you'd think they wouldn't want to hear it ring any longer another thing... they dont make sure the tire is on the rim all the way so make sure you check their work before you leave with your vehicle or it could end badly

ZERO STARS!!! Got to the Auto Center at 5:02pm for an oil change and they were already closed but the door was left unlocked. No hours posted anywhere. Checked the website and it said open til 6:00pm

They sell Goodyear tires for a cheap price have them on the truck now 2 years and they still in mint shape they had me in and out new tires on in less than 45minn

The prices are fair, however I was horrified when I saw a member of the staff rip a product out of another gentlemans hand and give it to another customer who already had at least a dozen gas cans. Who does that?

The 2 people at the desk continually did a wonderful job assisting customers with a very pleasant demeanor during the hour I waited in the waiting room for my car to be serviced.

I would not recommend using the auto care center here. The information I was given regarding my vehicle after getting an oil change seemed suspiciously lacking and greedy.

Good selection of wiper blades, oil, etc. No worker at the desk to assist customers. I will get my oil changed elsewhere.

What you'd expect from a Walmart auto center. Good prices, very nice people, and a very long wait as everything is just walk-in (no appointments).
