I own an Insurance agency and have done business with Queensbury Auto Mall for many years. I can honestly say they are some of the most trustworthy people we have ever done business with. I would not hesitate to send my friends/family to get a new vehicle knowing they will be well taken care of. Keep up the great work!

This is my second car purchased from Queensbury Auto Mall, and I couldn t recommend them enough! I will be back when I am ready to upgrade again! They are very professional, and always go above and beyond to make the transaction as seamless as possible!

Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle! Talk about a Home Town feel with people that care. Matt, Sr. and Matt Jr are very professional, and met all my needs, they worked with me and made it an easy seamless transition into a new vehicle, they went above and beyond for me, I can t say enough about this family, they really do care about their customer. Their Inventory is top notch, with all makes and models, trucks, SUVs, cars, vans etc..They made the buying experience very easy and smooth. 5 Stars all around . Above and beyond customer service , and Jody and the guys out back in the service department are good people that care about their customers and stand by the work they do. I suggest anyone looking for a newer vehicle to come to this dealership and be amazed about how easy it really is, they will do all the hard work for you. All you have to do is choose a vehicle that you want and they will handle the rest hands down the best dealership in the area. John is also very knowledgeable and helpful as well, what a great experience!! Thank u gentlemen

Not a terrible dealership but bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze from them a couple years ago. Has had check engine light on and off the whole time, constantly fixing sensors, the engine eats any oil I put in it and it s impossible to get inspected. They need to do a better job inspecting their chevys before selling them because this ones a lemon

Horrible place to do business with! Will not stand behind their cars or the so-called "warranty" that they offer. My daughter bought her 1st used car(2013 Ford Escape) from them and within 3 weeks the car was in the shop 2-3 times for different repairs. Was told the warranty company would not cover 2 of the 3 issues. Fine. I(dad), paid $1500. for needed repairs, thinking that's it. Nope! Engine seized up one year later. $10k to replace it! Warranty company only willing to pay $2300. You know what the service manager says? It's her fault, even though the Ford dealership where it got towed to says it was a "catastrophic breakdown" within the engine that could not have been detected. Thanks to this dealership, I will never allow any of my daughters to buy a used car from Queensbury Auto Mall. Buyer Beware!

STAY FAR AWAY. We drove 2 hours to see this Truck. The truck is misfiring. Has 3 codes stored. Guy told us they don't go through the vehicles until someone goes to buy it. Some other customer told us she regrets buying her vehicle from them. VEHICLES ARE JUNK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. DEFINITELY WON'T BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE. IF YOU DO LOOK AT A VEHICLE, MAKE SURE YOU BRING A SCANNER WITH YOU!

Had a GREAT experience with our kids & buying a car. The staff were helpful and went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. A muffler sound was a bit of an issue the week after and they took care of it right away. My only complaint....the kids have to share the car. Thanks Queensbury Auto Mall.

This place is a joke. I bought a 2013 chevy equinox last yr from them. It's had so many recalls that were never fixed and now the engine is shot. I think they just slapped an inspection sticker on it so they could get it on the road. Absolutely ridiculous.

Highly recommended! Queensbury Auto Mall supports our veterans and it was a pleasure doing business with them. The process of buying our vehicle here was made quick, smooth and painless by Matt (Chewy). We love our truck. We were also very pleased to be able to purchase a 3 year warranty on our used truck purchase. What a piece of mind that brought to our purchase. All the staff here were helpful, friendly and professional.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. recently bought a 2015 GMC from here and upon leaving I noticed the headlights were vexed and I had a big shimmy in the steering wheel. I brought the truck back and they fixed the lights and told me the shake was a common issue . 6000 miles later I got new tires put on and the mechanic told me ALL of my ball joints are worn. My best guess is my truck was fraudulently inspected before I received it due to the problems with the lights and the ball joints

So far, so good. I bought my first car here a couple months ago and it was a great experience. Matt Jr. was very nice and straightforward, and was willing to show me a car they just got in and hadn t cleaned yet. That ultimately ended up being the car I bought, partially thanks to him not listing it and saving it for me.The car is in great shape and has held up well. No complaints!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Matt. He was great! NO Pressure, no hassle, no bullS**t. He was honest, knowlegeable and genuinely wanted me to leave today in the vehicle I picked out. I did spend a few hours at the dealership, but that is expected when financing a vehicle. Matt treated me with respect throughout the entire process , and kept me informed during. There was no pressure, no stress. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I got there late in the afternoon and drove out the same day with my new (used) car. I am a happy customer.

Purchased our third vehicle through Matt and John and it most certainly won t be our last one bought through them. Not only do they offer LCS (Legendary Customer Service), but they are TRUSTWORTHY. Update: Do not buy a car here unless you know what you're buying. Nightmare of an experience, had my car for less than a year before it failed. I purchased my first vehicle from Matt at Queensbury Auto Mall. I am 19 years old and a full time college student so it was important to me that I find an affordable and reliable vehicle. With the help of Matt and the advice of my parents I was able to find the perfect car for me. However after I brought the car home, things started to turn sour (like a lemon). After driving the car for two days the radiator began leaking. Not even an hour after scheduling an appointment for the radiator to be looked at by QAM, my check engine light came on. This was justifiably unnerving. I put down my entire savings into this car and would be financing it for 4 years. At this point I just wanted to get my money back. John refused to give me my money back for the car but assured me the car was fixed and now 100% . I picked the car back up today and drove it maybe 20 miles before the check engine light came back on.Update (1/25/23): Matt texted me yesterday to ask me to take my review down. Below is my response Matt, to say that it was not the experience I may have hoped for is an understatement. I understand that used cars are bound to have problems. However, when this car was sold to me it was claimed to be in good working condition. Within the first few months of owning this car it's had a slew of problems. I've spent almost $2000 in repairs, which has been a huge setback for me as a college student. Now, I have been told by a local mechanic that there is likely a transmission issue as it's making noise in high gears. If this is the case I will not be able to afford to fix the car and continue to make payments. While I doubt it was your companies intention to screw me over on this purchase, you should have a better understanding of the cars you're selling before you sell them. I feel that the review I left was a fair assessment of my experience with the Queensbury Auto Mall. update (9/28/23): At the beginning of this summer the jeep QAM sold me failed inspection. Keep in mind its been lightly driven, really only to and from school but been in and out of the shop pretty much since I bought it last summer (2022). There was an issue with the cooling fan and wiring. I took the car to multiple mechanics who told me that the wiring looked like it had been sliced up and connected at wrong points, they weren't even able to fix it because they didn't know what went where. A week later the engine fails entirely. I took it to a jeep dealer where they told me the same but also that I needed a new engine. This entire experience has been deeply upsetting. Every step along the way I was told by QAM that "old cars have problems". I wanted to buy a pre-owned car from a dealership because I assumed they would inspect the car before selling it to me. I honestly could have bought a junker off of facebook marketplace and had a better experience. Don't shop here unless you want to ripped off and condescended. I would give zero stars if I could.

I brought my Jeep in for routine service and it was a great experience. They were professional, courteous, no pressure and had everything done when promised. They suggested replacing tires in a few thousand miles and I appreciated the heads up instead of pressuring me to buy asap. I'll definitely be going back when the time comes.

My husband and I just purchased a Ford Flex from Queensbury Auto Mall and we can not say enough good things about them. They were so helpful during the whole process and made sure the car was perfect before letting us drive it home. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound. I also appreciate that they put up with me calling to check for updates. Everyone there was so helpful and the next time we are in the market for another vehicle I will definitely go back to them.

Could not believe the service here. Not your usual dealership where they give you the run around. Straight to the point and get you where you want to be. Total time spent here was about 4 hours from walk-in until I was approved and driving. Thanks John for all your help and will be returning here without a doubt!

Purchased a used Nissan for my son's first car. Spoke to Matt the owner and was treated great. Car needed a couple extra things and Matt was already taking care of them before I even asked. He even took care of a couple extras that I didn't notice. If your looking for a vehicle I strongly recommend this place. Great prices, great service, and great extended warranties.

The drawback from this place is the parking. But that's because of the large inventory. I actually don't have any problems because of the parking, I was just stating a fact. They were very helpful and told me about my credit issues which I really didn't know about some of the outstanding things.I would definitely buy a vehicle here, I just have to take care of some of my stuff first.

I worked with Alex Meaney who without a doubt went the extra mile and took the time to explain everything in such great detail, so I knew exactly what I was getting or not getting. He was honest with his recommendations and I tested him to prove it. He seemed to truly care about helping me find the best car.

Purchased a new car today thanks to Matt for a pain free experience fast turn around.Looked at a car on Friday afternoon was driving it home on Tuesday. Bigger dealerships should take a page out of QAM quality and buying experience. Thanks to the QAM will recommend to anybody looking for quality used vehicles.

Matt the owner and his son chewy were great. They did not pressure me into purchasing the car and also took the time to answer all 900 questions I had. They shared personal experiences and were very personable. Great experience. The only thing I would have liked when picking up my car was to have the gas filled as it was on E when I drove it off the lot.Overall I would definitely recommend

I bought a car there a few years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. They helped me with financing at a time when I needed it. Matt Hall in service is an excellent mechanic. He is honest, respectful and has always gone out of his way to be helpful. I am in the process of buying another car. Queensbury Auto Mall is my choice in buying and servicing my next car.
