I love my new Jeep in the Bikini Pearl that I have wanted for over 4 years!! This one is even better than the original. I had to wait to buy because of Covid and breast cancer but I m glad I did. Thanks to the team for a smooth ride through all the paperwork and Marleen D for your . Steve is a fantastic, enthusiastic, helpful, fight to get you where you want to be for payments Guy ! Thanks for all your help walking me through all the bells and whistles that I have not had in any of my other vehicle s. I will probably call for more help and I know you will be willing to help ! And I got Ducked!!!! Thanks Steve!

I have bought 2 cars from Steven Ball at Nemer and I can't say enough about this dealership. Steve has always made me feel like I'm top priority when I am there and that makes the car buying process even better. Not to mention, the service department is amazing there and has always made sure my car is in tip-top condition for the road. I would recommend Steve and the rest of the team to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle.

I had an excellent experience here last week purchasing my new car! Nate made the WHOLE process so stress free and was so accommodating and patient with me. The whole team was amazing and worked hard all day to get me in the vehicle that I wanted without being pushy or making me feel unheard. Willy 4xE - I can not express my gratitude for the amazing service I received for an unplanned visit .... on a Saturday. 3 hours from home, my check engine light came on. I was on the highway and losing power. Hills were difficult. I called the Krystal dealership in Queensbury (where purchased just 3 months ago), and they said they can't help until Monday. End of story, end of call. When I called Nemer, Nicole understood the criticality and said get here, and we will hook it up and see if there are updates needed. Hopefully, that will set it straight. No lie, they took me in as soon as I arrived. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. I got back to Syracuse with no issues since. Nicole, a MILLION, THANKS. I would highly recommend Nemer to anyone. Amazing service team.

When I walked into this dealership I was a little unsure of what I was looking for. I saw a car by the road that I wanted to test drive, and Chelsea was there to help me out. I ended up not loving the car that initially brought me into the dealership, but Chelsea helped me find a car that was in my budget, fit my needs, and was a car that I thought I would never be able to afford. I highly recommend Nemer and Chelsea!

Chelsea Fields is seriously one of a kind. I cannot say enough good things about her. This is the second time that I have worked with Chelsea to get a new Jeep and I have not found a more informative, caring, and exceptional saleswoman. When I had her in 2020, she went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcome at Nemer. She made the purchasing of a car effortless. Now three years later, not only did she do just that, but she is so detail oriented but puts the customer first. She isn t in it for the sale, she is in it for customer satisfaction. Chelsea goes out of her way to find discounts and deals to assist her clients and to save us money. She has bent over backwards for my family on more than one occasion. I am so appreciative of the kind work that Chelsea does at Nemer. If you need a car, definitely go, see her. There is no one better in Upstate, NY!

I traveled from cohoes to queensbury for my new vehicle. I heard wonderful things as well as read positive reviews.The problem was not getting the car as Steve was very helpful. Within 3 weeks of purchasing my 2021 renegade all kinds Of Lights lit up the dashboard. Service air bag , braking system and start stop not available. Got a service appt and drove an hr to have it serviced. The mechanic did his thing and i was omw. Within a week they came back on. Clearly he didnt do squat. 21k miles and besides all that it needs brakes. Laughable at best!

Taylor went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience buying the very first Jeep for our family! There service department sucks. The couple of times I have had to leave my vehicle there to get fixed something gets broken. The recent warranty fix for my differential resulted in them breaking my exhaust pipes and a neutral wire that mysterious went bad after 5 stops after picking up my jeep. They won't fix the exhaust they broke and didn't bother calling me to tell me the wire had been fixed. I will never use there service again.

Our Ram will be the second truck that we got through Nemer , Chelsea Fields is our go to girl when purchasing a new vehicle. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she won t try to push you into anything. Chelsea and her crew did their best job in finding the best price for us. We had an excellent experience at Nemer Dodge Of Queensbury. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey and love it. Mike Hermance was the salesman and it was a pleasure working with him. He was very professional and everyone we worked with made our experience a great one. The whole process was stressful for us but everyone made us feel like one of the family.
