I am so happy I found McKinney s. Great customer service all around. Their communication with me from Chris the owner and staff made me feel so confident. Very professional, efficient and I m so happy I have a place to service my car.Highly recommend. Easy parking, and heated/ac very clean waiting room

Work is done professionally and atmosphere is friendly. Prices are reasonable. If anything unexpected pops up, they discuss with me and get approval before starting work.Only place I go to for vehicle work.

I was given the name of this garage as a great place to have work done from a family member, and they did not disappoint! Although Chris was on vacation, Bill took great care of my car. I dropped it off at 8:00 am. for a new set of tires on my CR-V, and they called me at noon saying it was done. No issues whatsoever, Bill even called prior to the start to confirm the tire change. Prices can not be beat! They did a great job, definitely recommend!

Drove our 14' Nissan Pathfinder there and waited two weeks for Chris to look at it.He gave up after an hour.Called me to say he was leaving to go fishing and he thought it might need new catalytic converters but wasn't sure and we owed him $92 for diagnostics. Still awaiting my receipt.Had it towed out of there on Friday and Pottersville garage had it fixed on Saturday.It turned out to be the mass air flow sensor.Going to claim it on my taxes as "Everyone gets a Trophy"

We were towed almost 100 miles to this automotive repair shop after the serpentine belt turned into spaghetti late last night. This place was recommended to me through the climbing community at shelving rock in the Adirondacks. I am not from this community and they did not know me yet treated us with complete professionalism and got the car back to us in a few hours. considering he had to repair this on Friday before Fourth of July Saturday I was really impressed. The fact that this repair shop prioritized us because we were in a uniquely difficult situation showed compassion on top of the pricing being really straightforward and totally fair. I would highly recommend this repair shop!!! the owner Chris deals with the customers directly for the most part it seems like and is very involved with all of the customers. grateful that I found this place.

I was recommended to McKinney's from the "big shops" because they wouldn't inspect my specific bike, and the "other guys" make it nearly impossible to get an appointment in on my schedule. Well... I'll be taking my business here from now on, they've got the right business model, and they were extremely fast and professional! It was a pleasant experience, and they gave me a free koozie! Thanks guys!

I love how honest these guys are. Every time I've brought it in, I expected it to be some big expensive fix and they are honest about what really needs to be done and what the costs are, and they save me money. For example, I took my car in because I was sure the rear brakes needed replacing. Chris called me up and told me that they really didn't need replacing and just needed a good cleaning. I know some garages would have taken advantage of me thinking I needed the replacement and they would have just done it and taken the money. Ive had other work done here and they're always quick, cost efficient, and accommodating of my schedule.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

While looking for a local repair shop, I was referred to McKinney's from a guy that loves automobiles.Scheduled an appt on the phone, had some general maintenance performed, and very pleased with the service. The parking area is a bit tight but a busy garage is certainly a good sign in my opinion.Thanks McKinney! Looking forward to stopping by in the future!

Just left there - what a great experience! First, Chris McKinney gave me an appointment within a couple hours after I called with my grinding front end. Second, when I arrived, he brought me right in because it sounded so bad, quoted me a VERY reasonable price, and got to work. Finally, he told me 60-90 mins and was dead on. The two other mechanics working today were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The price I paid was the one I was quoted and I recommend this place to EVERYONE looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

This locally owned and operated shop was the best their customer service skills are right on point and the owner is really knowledgeable and helpful. They were quick to get my vehicle in and safe for the road more than just a day or two knowing that I had court for a equipment failure issue ticket and they made sure to get me in even though they were swamped. They did a really good job and the owner actually came out and double check the work of his employee just to make sure that everything was to his satisfaction and mine! That made me very happy and very comfortable I most certainly will be doing business there again very soon.

I can only say thank you to Chris and his fine mechanics there. They helped me get back on the road asap even though they were booked for 2 weeks out. Prices were fair and the workmanship couldn't be any better.

The guys were super easy to work with and their prices are more than fair. If I can ever get another free Saturday I'll be heading back to get my front brakes done as well. If you need anything done on a weekend, make an appointment. They close early on Saturdays but at least they are available. Hands down the best mechanics I've dealt with in a decade. Now that I know about McKinney's I will be taking any repairs I have to get done to them! Can't recommend them enough!

I trust going to McKinney's Garage. They tell you what should be done on your vehicle and it is taken care of. They are quick and efficient. Pleasant crew. Very fair on pricing. And the work is always satisfying when you leave. You feel comfortable leaving your vehicle there.

My husband was traveling for work and was several miles away from home when our vehicle had broke down. Chris arranged for our vehicle to get towed to the garage and was very diligent about getting to the bottom of our mechanical problems. He had constant communication with us the whole time as to what he felt needed to be done. He was always so polite and went above and beyond for us. It was great to be so far away from home but still get treated like we were regular customers. Such a great experience for us and we highly recommend Mckinneys Garage.

always fast always helpful. these guys know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. i had an oil change done by them and it was lightning quick. i also asked for an estimate on shocks and struts to be installed and after a few months went by, i went in to have them look at a blower motor that seems to have died and they still remembered that i needed my shocks and struts. these guys are amazing the best around in my book!

I showed up for the first time (ever) without calling not knowing what to expect. I was given the suggestion to go there for a window not working by a man I cowork with. Chris took the time to try to help me right away and was so helpful even though my window is still not working. He was so busy, he didn't have time to do more for two weeks. I would definitely go back for his help.

My son just bought his car to McKinney's, he was told that the part needed would cost over 2000 dollars. Chris called Subaru and found out the the part was still covered under warranty. He saved us 2000 bucks. I truly appreciate his honesty and now they have a customer for life.

McKinney is my go to mechanic for anything more than an oil change. Due his small shop, it's hard to get work done the day you call, however his pricing is fair, his recommendations are fair and honest. My whole family takes our cars to him and will recommend him to anyone

Have brought all 3 of my cars to this shop over the last 5 years and always loved this repair shop. Great service, fair service, wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend it.

Took our car to Warren Tire first they wanted to replace the whole unit for $600 plus labor. Mechanic at McKinney's found that only one part needed to be replaced ended up paying less than $300 parts and labor. What a shocker an honest mechanic!!! This is the place to take your car!! But be forewarned they are busy so you have to make an appointment first. It's no wonder why. Their reputation is well earned!!!

This place is amazing. I literally pulled up with NO appt to get my motorcycle inspected because my 10 day was up and I didn t even have my helmet off before they came and started it ON THE SPOT. Super nice guys, have def earned my business for anything with my vehicle going forward!

Having my car broke down 3 hours away from home, McKinney's Automotive repair was the first to show up on google. The owner Chris and co-worker Bill were able to figure out the problem within 20 min's of arrival. The replacement part was not available until next morning, however the car was ready the next afternoon. Both Chris and Bill do not release my car until the checked and re-checked for no further issues. Very reasonable prices, honest and accommodating to customer car problems. Chris was so kind that he dropped us off at Enterprise car rental because they couldn't pick us up. Not everyone would be so kind. I highly recommend McKinney's Automotive Repair.

Honest and lightening quick estimate. I dropped my car off and barely got back to work before there was a phone call telling me all was well. My brakes had been making some horrible noises and I had assumed I was hitting the brake wear indicator on the pads but this wasn't that case.Will definitely recommend and come back for future services, thank you Chris and Adam.

What a find! Most shops have long scheduling delays and charge a fortune. Many times they seem more interested in replacing parts than they are in fixing your problem.At Mckinney's they partner with you to get a real solution. The owner is always there, he listens to you, and works hard to make you happy. The place is not as fancy as some but their training and competence are as good as it gets.

I brought my car to McKinney's Automotive Repair to have a list of things taken care of. The price was very fair and Chris is wonderful to speak with . I definitely have found a perfect place for any repairs i need done!
