LIA Nissan of Glens Falls is simply the best! Outstanding customer service every single time without exception. They are courteous, friendly, go above and beyond to be helpful. The work performed is always extremely well done. If there are any discounts or perks that can be applied, the service staff always makes me aware of any way that I can save money. Going to LIA Nissan for work or scheduled maintenance is a pleasure! Thank you Aaron for all of your help!

Pretty nice experience Joanne Chapleski called to check my service plan info and everything for me and when everything was done my car was good to go only after i walked two lots down to taco bell to eat me a late breakfast then walk back.

Brought my Altima in for a recall repair, comfortable waiting room with lots of phone chargers and coffee. They got it done in an hour and even cleaned out my engine air filter because there was a Mass Air Flow sensor code and they said the filter could actually be the problem. Didn't try to upsell me anything and were generally very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Lia!Service: Auto maintenance

I recently brought in my recently purchased Nissan vehicle for service because I had concerns about possible problems with tire balance and alignment. As usual, Aaron Boule rose to the occasion and made sure that everything was good and taken care of as needed. Aaron has continued to provide excellent and attentive service in the several years that I have been going to Lia Nissan. Highly recommend!!
