I am a first time car owner now officially because of Mr. James Lynch. I was very nervous going into this because I ve never bought a car before but as soon as James and I connected he made the process so smooth! James is a very professional salesman at Garvey Kia and he really takes pride in making his customers comfortable and getting them in the car they want! I couldn t be happier with the experience that I had with James at Garvey Kia and I definitely will be a customer for life now! Thank you so much to James for helping me become a first time car owner!

I ve been trying to find the words the past couple of days. I had the BEST experience with buying my 2020 Kia Sportage! I worked with Nate and it was the smoothest experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Nate went through the entire vehicle with me in detail, which I appreciated immensely. Everyone there wasn t super pushy and were all super helpful. All around a very great experience! Highly recommend working with Nate!

What a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car! My salesman Jeremy Watkins was so helpful in making sure the transaction went smoothly. He was very responsive with every question I had and definitely went above and beyond as did the mechanics. They detailed my car and had it ready to go for me by the end of the day! Recommend highly! I had an amazing experience at Kia with my salesman John. Just 5 days after I got in an accident and waiting for my claim to be handled with the bank and insurance I started looking for another vehicle with low hopes of being able to even get one for at least a few weeks. John understood my situation and helped me get into a vehicle before I could even imagine.very nice guy and I m very glad I stopped in that day. UPDATE i upgraded to AWD 3 weeks later. No pressure or anything. They understood what I was going through, the process I was in the middle of, what I was looking for, and within a single day I left a happy customer. Ive already purchased 2 vehicles from them this month and I plan on doing it again! Just not too soon haha, amazing people at this dealership and the atmosphere is so light and happy. You feel like you belong there. I ll hands down work with John starling and Kevin baker again anyday, no question.

I had a great experience with this place! Staff was very helpful (Kyle in particular) by reaching out before my appointment and also helping me through the check in process. When I got the extremely sad news that my beloved 07 Optima needed more work than was worth putting into it, Tom was extremely helpful, polite, and honest and helped me find a great fit for my next car. Very grateful to the staff and will be back if needed in the future! Thanks especially to Kyle & Tom!

We happened upon salesman Nathan Byrnes after a VERY awful experience at a dealership up the road. (No affiliate to any Garvey locations) I am so grateful we came upon such an honest salesman and honest establishment. I cannot say enough good things about him or the dealership, including manager Adam. This was my daughter s first car buying experience and I m glad Nathan was able to assist her with that process. From the moment we walked in the front door until the moment she drove off the lot in the new (to her) Honda Civic she had a very positive experience. Nathan explained the process every step of the way and made sure she was getting everything she wanted in a car as it s a very big investment. Nate and Adam made the entire financing process so quick and easy that we decided to finance with the dealership instead of our credit union who had already given her pre-approval. Nate even stayed late to help us setup her apple car play and Bluetooth in the car, as well as give us a thorough rundown of every feature in her car prior to her driving off the lot. I m so thankful that what started as such a negative experience at the other dealership turned into such a great memory for my daughter at Garvey Kia thanks to Nate. #switchaplatewithnate I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go see him

I didn't buy a car from there (yet) but YOU should! Huge shout-out to salesperson John and manager Chris. Last night I had one of the best car-dealership experiences I have ever had in my life. I came to look at a car, but the financials weren't quite there yet on my end. There was no pressure to buy, go out of my comfort zone or the typical "What is it gonna take to get you into this car?" experiences. Both John and Chris we're on board, understood, and could easily appreciate my position. They both shook my hand, wished me well and for a transaction that didn't end with driving off the lot in a new vehicle, I know when I'm ready to, that will be the only dealership I would consider.

I recently leased a 2024 Sorento from Garvey. My wife and I have been Kia customers for many years and have always trusted Garvey Kia and their team. I feel compelled to leave of review because our sales process this time was such a pleasure. Our salesperson Allie Kennedy, finance personnel Adam Schroek, and manager Martin Kunath could not have been any more patient, kind, and professional with my wife and I. Negotiating a deal to purchase or lease of a vehicle can be daunting, but not at Garvey. If you are in the market for a Kia or Volkswagen you have to shop Garvey, they're excellent!

My fianc� and I worked with our salesman John. I had little hope of finding something that would work with our needs as I drive a lot for work, and my low credit. John was patient with all of our questions and assured that he would try his best to get us into a new vehicle before we knew it. Within that day I was driving home the newest car that I have ever owned! I can't thank John and Adam (Finance) enough for all their help, kindness, and knowledge! All across the team everyone is very friendly, and kind. We will be back to buy from them again in the future!

I ve been a Garvey customer for 5 years and have never had a bad experience with them. Traded in my Kia Rio with them and upgraded to the K5. Tom and the rest of the staff were so pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal and worked with my budget. 10/10 recommended buying from these guys. :)

Absolutely one of the easiest experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle.James was great to deal with and was extremely accommodating.We purchased a first time vehicle for our daughter and he took extra special care of us understanding that this was a very joyous occasion for the entire family.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Sportage from Garvey Kia in Queensbury. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom Beldon. He took is time with us and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision on the purchase. He answered every question and was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. Adam Schroeck was also outstanding. He took the time to understand our financial needs and worked with his available financial institutions to provide excellent financing. Neither gentlemen ever made me feel rushed and they wanted to ensure that I was comfortable with all terms of the purchase prior to finalizing the sale. I would highly recommend Garvey Kia and especially Tom Beldon to any of my family or friends in search of a vehicle.

Kevin Baker did an amazing job from start to finish. I ve been trying to give him a 10 star review for the last several days! He has followed through with everything and also has tried helping me communicate a great review(per my request). Next time, I will definitely be clear about what I want done. Other than that I cannot complain. Staff was friendly place was clean, right up to the point of the cashier where you pay your bills. Also sat in several new vehicles to consider what we might be interested in. The sales staff was also very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Definitely would consider buying a vehicle at this location. We bought ours elsewhere.

Kyle Depew a supposedly certified service advisor is the rudest man I have ever dealt with. He talks down to women & thinks because your a woman that you don't know anything about cars. He gets annoyed when you call him out about them telling you it needs a $1100 part when you take it someplace else and it does not need that part. If my Kia didn't have a recall I would never have went there and once they finish my car ( which is taking twice as long, because they keep breaking parts) I will never step foot on there property again Do Better Garvey I have bought 2 cars from you ,but your service Department has ruined it for everyone.

I had an amazing experience with Garvey Kia!I bought my used Volkswagen from Adam and he made what I thought was going to be a painfully difficult experience, actually easy and enjoyable!They even made sure the car was in the best shape possible and got us the best warranty possible.I would suggest Garvey Kia in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a car right now!Thank you Adam!

The best experience ever if anyone wants a new or used car go down to Garvey and talk to a salesman named John Sterling he cares about you not just selling the car he will do everything in his power to get you the car that you want and deserve. All I can say is AMAZING!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. No high pressure sales pitch. You felt as if they were there to assist. My assistant was Evan, low key, knowledgeable about the vehicle. Nothing in this experience felt dirty or cheap.They say it is all about how you are treated. This was exactly how any Customer should be treated when you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile .Go See Evan!!! and tell him the CBD Girl sent you.. :-)

I had a great experience during my recent car purchase of a 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid EX SX Prestige with John Starling at Garvey Volkswagen Kia, Queensbury, NY. I traveled from Plattsburgh, NY to look at this vehicle, when I arrived the car was ready for me to test drive and John Starling was waiting for me wearing a pink golf shirt and a huge smile, this meant something to me as I am a survivor of breast cancer, only going through my treatment 6 months ago. I have been interested in the fuel efficiency of hybrid vehicles and all the items I wanted in a vehicle. This car feels like luxury to me, and I am loving the fuel efficiency on my daily commutes to work.The dealership was able to have everything ready and I was able to drive it home that night. John called to check on me to make sure I made it home safe and wanted to know how well it drove. He helped me set up the Kia Connect App and answered all my questions. I met many staff this day at the dealership, they all were very helpful and if I had any questions to contact them. John called me a few days later to see how things were going and extended his assistance at any time if I had any issues or questions.I highly recommend this dealership and I will be a returning customer to them in the future. Go see John Starling at Garvey Volkswagen Kia, Queensbury, NY and tell him Amy sent you. I guarantee you will have a very pleasant visit and you never know; you might be driving down the highway in a new vehicle.

Worked with James while I was there was very helpful and quick to get me in my car. Recommend this dealership and James for anyone s future car buying experience. He knew a lot about the car I wanted and just made my experience better.
