Locked out ! BG Dispatched Quinn Granger , ahead of schedule! Professional, trained , informed and took my Setback seriously . Had a Blank Key for my Car in his impressive Mobil Van. Cut it Programed it and Did the Lock out.Less then You would ThinkQuality Value and Convenience

Be careful when going to pick up your vehicle.I will also reach out to the better business bureau. I wanted to wait until I had my undercarriage looked at to make sure there s no damage.I was extremely grateful at first for BG lenders allowing me to pick up my vehicle without an appointment time. I called and mentioned I m about two hours away If they could please see me before they close at 2:30 and they said OK as long as I m there at 230.I get there right at 2:30. I approached a window outside and had to make a $450 payment for storage fees. Which is fine and I agreed. They met me around the side of the building to give me two forms to fill out.I was to examine my car to make sure there s no damages and everything is working properly and they required me to sign the form.Here s when things started to get sketchy.I noticed a dent on my tailgate. I do not remember having a dent in that particular spot when they took my vehicle. I had mentioned that on the form. I signed it and asked for a copy. They refuse to give me a copy and took the paperwork into their building that was completely locked down. They refused to give me a copy and stated that it was their policy.I mentioned that I had sign that form and I have a right to have a copy. If I knew they were going to do that I would ve taken a picture of the forms before giving it to the gentleman. They never mentioned that was their policy when they handed me the paperwork.They stated that they send the form over to my bank and then they shred the form.They also denied the dent on my car and stated it was from me. I mentioned I would fix the dent myself that wasn t the issue. I did not get a receipt for the $450 I gave them for storage fee and a copy of the form I filled out and signed.Here s where it gets even worse.I called my bank for a copy of those two forms since they said they sent it over to them.They only sent them page 2 that I signed they never sent them the first page.They never sent a form that had the rating scale of my car. All I had was that small dent that I had mentioned I would fix myself.Now I m being harassed and threatened by the owner for making this post.They re extremely sketchy, rude and unprofessional towards the customer.We all make mistakes and deserve to be treated fairly if we re honest and kind.Be very careful when you go in there to pick up your car take pictures of the forms before given them back to the employee.

Today my fiance went in to pick up her vehicle after it was repossessed. Before coming in we read a handful of reviews that would be concerning to most, but we learned through time that it is best to make your own opinion when it comes to these things. I'm glad we did, as all anxiety was dimmed upon our first call to schedule the pickup. The woman that spoke with us on the phone was kind and instructive and when my fiance made it to the location, she was met with the same (if not better) service. I believe these negative reviews to be misplaced and want to ensure anyone going through the same process, your vehicles are in safe hands. I would say I look forward to returning in the future, but I think we all know why I won't. Repo's suck, but I'm thankful to BG Lenders for making it suck less.

I highly recommend this business! A young man by the name of Quinn was a such a pleasure and very helpful! I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service!

this repossession company is a very well respected company in the industry i have been working with the agents here for decades and they are nothing but professional,educated and responsible when it comes to repossessing my equipment i work for one of the biggest commercial forwarders in the country and there is no one else i would use in that area other than BG Lenders

These guys have the worst employees, legit ruined a friend's vehicle and won't pay for damages, just hangs up the phone after using profanity. I wouldn't use these guys if they were 1 dollar.

EDIT: now receiving phone calls threatening a lawsuit because they claim to have not stolen anything out of my car. Ridiculous. Stating they will take us to court if this review is not removed. Then calls back after hanging up saying don t think we can t find you screw this company and everyone who works there. All trash.Tore up our driveway towing our car, filed a claim for this already, left very deep grooves in the asphalt from dragging the car onto the tow truck. While the car was in their possession I had a pair of $250 sunglasses go missing that were in the glove box. Very confident they went through the glove box as stuff that was in there was left on the passenger floor board but the sunglasses are missing and was told nothing was taken/stolen and the glove box was never touched. My golf bag that was in there also had numerous pockets that were open that I am quite sure were closed previously. Nothing was missing out of the golf bag but still. Horrible company and the female running the window/answering phones has a serious attitude problem. Wish I could give this negative stars.

This business is a scam and are frauding the public. Charging convenience fees that they have no right to. They are holding my belongings currently hostage to try to get me to surrender the keys which is illegal. Their family members have to make up reviews in order to keep a semi good rating if that's what you wanna call it. Rude staff.

Staff here are very professional, helpful, pleasant and most of all very understanding.They have a sign hanging up that says they understand that this can be a overwhelming experience as well as an embarrassing situation that can be very stressful.They assure you that they are there to help you through this process and will help you to the best of their ability.They live up to that and then some.Complete professionalism from start to finish they make a very uncomfortable situation into a pleasant surprise.This company definitely needs to be recognized for being the model for outstanding customer service in this particular industry.

Worked for Brian for many years and has always treated me beyond fair and has put our safety first this is not an easy job as we deal with unhappy people it all comes down to if your payments are paid we will not be looking for you and your car

Worst company ever to communicate with & work with. While trying to set up pick up for transport to the Broker, they did not note any conversation between us & very rudely hung up the phone. Then required proof of workers comp after having full coverage insurance on said transporter/s. This business is VERY sketchy & I would NOT trust them.

Extremely rude!!! made my payments flatbed shows up telling me what i did and did not do. Sat in his truck well i froze no shoes no coat its 30 degrees out. My breakfast for the family was burning. Then they just drive off. Obviously they did not read there work order and do there job. I spent 30 min or so dealing with all this. My lender said they should not be there. Not even a apology from the workers thy just drove off with out saying a word. I would never recommend them i would hope my lender would seek a better repo company. They need to read all there paperpape before they tell me off.

I understand it s never a pleasant experience to have your vehicle repossessed. When people are respectful the staff at BG Lenders are very accommodating. They are professional & helpful. Many of the angry reviewers don t understand that when you call up yelling, swearing & demanding you aren t going to be anyone s top priority. Look around, this is a nice facility & your vehicle & possessions are safe until you come to claim them.

Came to my house looking for the old owner. I informed them that he no longer lived here. They immediately gave me attitude and told me i was lying and i told them that now they are trespassing and need to leave. I was then cussed at and told that they werent going anywhere. I called the sherriff's and had them come out and filed a complaint. I don't care what the job is, you don't respond that way. Now if they even park near my house some one will be arrested per the sheriff's department.

Excellent service , sorry you had me waiting so long but that was banks fault, but I was happy with the service, how I was treated and glad you ladies in the office were positive on getting my car out before you closed

Repossessions are unseemly for everyone involved, but this team went above and beyond. I am so very thankful that there can be had kindness and generosity...... Even in such a terrible event. I am so extremely grateful for these people.

Very pleasant helpful people... met only through cust service window.. but service good.... stil not thrilled with the people ( capital one) that felt they had to reposess my car three days before christmas... as i live in a town with NO grocery store..NO anything.. only have o ne car and no family to help...my kids missed school x3 d as i couldnt bring them.... ended up.paying someone 200$ to pick up my car 1h 20 min away..people nice at tow place but repossession evil

Staff were nice. But very unorganized. They said my car was ready for pickup at 9 am got there at 11 and had to wait til 130 for it to be ready for me.
