I highly recommend this place to service your vehicle. I ve been a customer for several years. On a few occasions I came in because of different sounds and lights in the dashboard. I was always charged reasonable rates. On many occasions as being an overly cautious person of safety there were times that there was nothing wrong with the car. Each time the car was examined and I was charged nothing. You know as a woman, other places would finds hundreds of dollars of things wrong.They have integrity. That is what keeps me coming back, other than a job well done!

I was helped by Marc at Pep Boys, and I must say, his dedication and professionalism is truly commendable. Marc consistently went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. His knowledge of automotive products and services is exceptional, making him a valuable asset to the company. Not only is Marc skilled in his work, but he also has a great attitude and is always willing to help both customers and colleagues. His strong work ethic and positive demeanor shows each time.

I love it here! I always only bring my car here. Teddy alwayssss makes sure my car is taken care of and service is top notch with him! I m thankful I could my car here and I get everything done in one shot. Thanks again teddy for all you do and the staff!

I brought in my car for new tires and an inspection. I was told that my car would be completed in an hour and 15 minutes. 2 hours later my car was still not done. I logged in to the tracking text which said my car wasn t assigned a technician. When I asked I was told that the app didn t work. I looked at the work area and saw that my car was sitting against the wall. When I asked why it was against the wall, the clerk told me, That s because I have your papers. Sit down and I ll call you when I m ready. She was beyond rude. The customer service was beyond lacking. They NEVER did the inspection! Do not use this location!

My experience at Pepboys was surprisingly seamless. My service advisor, Marc, was the main reason for this. He was very transparent with the issues on my car, as well as the estimated wait time. He also was able to show me the worn tread on my tires, as well as recommend a brand that would give me the best bang for my buck. His stellar customer service should be the standard. Pepboys has certainly earned a repeat customer!

Their service is very bad. Every time I went, they charged for something they didn't do. They charge for Labor extended warranty and materials, when I found their faulty workmanship and went back to fix the issues they charged for the labor and the material. I also bought 4 tires and had a warranty and it was clearly written under limited warranty for a passenger car, "defects in material and workmanship: should the tire prove to be defective in material or workmanship, we will at our option and subject to prorate adjustment, either replace tire or give you a refund. My tires got bumped. I only drove 7000 miles on these tires and the warranty was for 50000 miles. When I took the tire to them they ignored me and finally when they told me to call the manufacturer. Very disappointed. I would never go to pep boys again. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either.

My first experience wasn t on good one. Went to get my car bulb changed both front and Back indicator was out. The service for adviser was good but the technician was horrible. He did a terrible job. Didn t even fix my car properly two hours later my front Bulb was out again. This place I will never go back.

What the hell happened here You can no longer buy any type of auto supplies here, and when we walked in casually just to pick up some motor oil, I didn t know that they no longer did this. The guy behind the counter had such an attitude and just snapped no we don t sell that no more I mean if you really don t like your job then just leave, don t share your cruddy attitude with other people. Maybe they re going to make some changes and go back to being more of a full service auto store but right now it s just Pep Boys tire repair center/whatever other under the hood service they can give you but don t look for anything else soap, wax, windshield wipers, nothing else. We ll wait and see what happens. Perhaps this is going to be a lucrative venture for Pep Boys but I m going to venture towards how long will it be before this becomes a vacant store and then be bought out and turned into a 99 Cents store because I cannot see how they could possibly be turning a profit in this location in its current state.

Phenomenal experience from the second I walked in the door. Associate Marc was extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable with everything I needed. Will definetly be returning with any further needs and recommending this location because of the help from your associate Marc.

Happy with their service and workmanship but people at the front desk are not courteous. And, with people with bad temper, who cares to go to get their services done! I had a very unsatisfactory experience with such front desk people, who have no sense of courtesy or greetings and were very rude and hot tempered.

This is the place I trust whenever I need any car work done, specifically Suresh. He s the most honest and experienced technician I know. As long as Suresh is here, I will continue to be a customer of this establishment. Recommend this place to my friends all the time!

Very bad service and unprofessional mechanics! They do not do any of the inspection properly they purposely broke my car intake hose and wants to charge me more! Before I took my car from my cousin who is a mechanic I checked everything and everything was fine but now they telling me the intake hose is broken. They broke it on purpose to charge me more. I WARN EVERY OF YA LL DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS THEY WILL ROB YOU LIKE THAT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

I just had to tires replaced. They put the wrong tires on but when I made them aware of the mistake they Replaced them with the correct size. It cost me another hour of waiting. Overall, the staff were ok. I stood at the sevice counter while the staff walked by me a few times without acknowledging my presence when I first got there. They did get the job done.

Most quickest process I ve been through no hassle they took care of me as soon as they could, environment is incredibly friendly and even has a lounge for guests who are waiting for there cars to get done! Highly recommend coming here for your vehicle needs!

Made an appointment to get 4 tires changed. Waited for 1 hr and they haven't even touch the car yet. What's the point of having your customers make appointments if you aren't going to honor your customer's time. Then I was told that I needed to wait another 1.5 hours. 4 tires change takes 2.5hrs? See their mech walking around doing nothing....such a waste of time. The mechanic is roaming around doing nothing like zombies and tires are installed and placed on the floor for like 30mins... Definitely gonna get future new tires installed at local tire shop instead from now on.Ridiculous service time.....

Place was great , match online price with no problem, did my wheel alignment , see Teddy, Marc and Vish , they will take care of you. Highly recommended!!! Ask for these guys!!

Not happy with the service over there. Please be careful. One of the cashiers will add a service you never requested for. I only came for a synthetic oil change which is about $76 after taxes and coupon and I was charged for another service I didn t ask for.

I am really disappointed and repented to have trusted Pep Boys to install/replace my tires. I've been using BJ's my entire life and never had a problem. But since Pep Boys is closer to my home, I decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE!!!.They did not install new valve stems on my new tires even thought the website clearly states that Valve Stem/Tire Pressure Monitoring System is part of the installation.How low is that and how much money do you guys save for doing that?I had two cars service that day, but if I can't trust you with small things, how can I trust you with bigger ones such as alignment and balancing.Totally unbelievable.

Although very pricey, Pep boys immediately identified all my mechanical issues, while educating me on exactly what may have caused the damage and how I can prevent it in the future. AJ had excellent customer service as he not only expressed his concerns but also provided every solution possible. Thanks again!

This place is a bad place! Do not visit this place, and do not trust this place. Ever since they had new management, this place has went downhill drastically! The customer service is a joke.! And don t even make an appointment because appointment does not matter in the store. there s no sense of urgency to take care of their customers. The bad thing is, I have been going to the store for a little bit over two years now and it s just gotten worse. So if you can, please go somewhere else because the workers that work here don t care about you or your car. I miss work hours Because I made an appointment and still did not get my service done. And the bad part is I made my appointment at least three days in advance.. They did not have the decency to call me to let me know that they could not meet the requirements for my appointment.
