Everyone has expectations when they go to either the Dealer or Commercial shops when they need car repairs. Usually its a very big place, with a waiting area and/or lounge. We would wait and wait until we are called by number or name just to be told your vehicle is ready and please pay the bill at the cashier then you are on your way.I admit I was one of those people until I came here and met Joseph and his team. At first look I was guilty of judging a book by it s cover. It looked like every local mechanic shop, nothing too fancy or brag about.But what was a refreshing surprise was how personable and attentive the owner was. He took the time out to actually greet me, asked how he can help and was upfront about pricing.Once pricing was agreed upon he has you meet the team member that will be servicing your car. They are very professional and always willing to answer any question you do have.It s this quality of service that makes you want to return to them (should it be needed) over and over again. They don t over charge to maintain the look of a fancy garage. They charge fairly to make it affordable for their clients and in the same time making sure the staff and overhead are taken care of. So I guess at the end, its the care for the individual and their needs that makes me go back everytime.If you ever need repairs for your vehicle give this place a try, ask for Joseph. I had my car repaired by this shop twice already, and every time I go there it never failed me. Very affordable price compared to dealer shops. Joseph, the owner is very accommodating and very straight forward and honest. Will definitely come back to this shop if needed, but for sure will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you!

I've been looking for a car repair shop that's honest and with good performance. Am lucky to find D & L. . Joseph is one honest and compassionate owner of this shop. I have a 20 year old car with lots of problem and believe you me, they were able to fix all the problem( engine light , transmission and coolant problem). I thank God for finding them. I will never go anywhere else. The price and repairs is honestly very very reasonable.

Thank you Joseph the owner of D&L auto shop for returning my car in good condition like new after the accident. He helped me for the claim and process was very smooth. They did a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Joseph and Victor has done it again.I had to go to one of those commercial chain of mechanics because of location and the need to have my breaks fixed. After some inspection and a look at them I was quoted to have to replace break pads, rotors and calipers for the rear wheels. All in all in comes to $1200. I asked if these are the standard parts or OEM parts? Seeing my car is older, I don t need the top of the the line of OEM. To my surprise they stated these were standard parts.After hearing this I took the chance to drive to D&L Automotive Repair and talk to Joseph. After Joseph and Victor took a look at my breaks he said he can get me standard parts for 1/3 of the quote I received.I understand that every business needs to make money and labor has to be paid for but being over priced?To have somewhere to go to that you know will not be taken advantage of, have everything explained to you of what you need to be taken care of now and what can be done later is reassuring. I can go here everytime and know I will be treated and quoted fairly.This place is and will always be my go to.

This place is very amazing!! They helped me with my repair and my car looked brand new when the job was done! I highly recommend this autoshop. Mr joseph was the one who helped me and he is super amazing!

We took my daughter s car to D&L for auto body due to an accident . From the very start until the repair was completed , they took care of us , answered all our questions , worked with us and made the whole process a breeze . Joseph , the owner provided us with excellent service , went above and beyond to make us satisfied and happy .Even after the auto body was completed , we take our car there for routine inspection , oil change and repair.We are very satisfied with our experience and will definitely recommend D&L to our family and friends !!!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I had an accident and had my car repaired there. Not to make the story long my car is missing parts, put the wrong door my car is having short circuits and water is leaking inside the car. Never take your car there.

Love this spot. The guys are fast and efficient. We'll knowledgeable and diagnose your problems quickly. Price is excellent. Great place to get your muffler issue's fixed. Recommended a couple of people and they are happy too.

I got my car side swept and they took really good care of the car and fix it at a very affordable price with no delays. Take your car here and you will surely not be disappointed for their high quality service. They will also take care of negotiations with your insurance for you to get that quality repair for your car that you deserve. Highly recommend this auto shop. Will surely come back here for my auto servicing and maintenance in the future.

Had an accident with my BMW and Mr Joe took care of it trouble free. He arranged car rental, cost estimates with all original parts and paint and few days later I picked up my car and would not tell the difference from the day I just bought it. Thank you Mr Joe and team.

Mike is unprofessional. He had us wait an hour and a half to get the car looked at. We already knew what the issue was for the car, and when it was finally my turn, he took the car for a test drive. After the test drive, I came back to the shop and he was supposed to work on my car. Mike had another individual looked at before fixing my car and said the wait would be another 10 minutes. I waited the 10 minutes and he started to tell me how I had to wait on another car, and that if I couldn t wait I could leave. I explained how I ve been waiting my turn to get my car fixed and he proceeded to have a nasty attitude and told me that he didn t have to work on my car if he didn t want to. Very unprofessional!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly the work performed is honest a of top quality. The hourly rate is less than any other shop I have been to. They do need a larger space. They are my trusted mechanical shop.
