I bought a alternator from this autozone which was very expensive but i had no choice and had to pay what was asked. however, the alternator starting giving problems after 3 days and lights starting flicking and eventually my car shut down. I also replaced the battery before putting the alternator. So my mechanic told me that autozone sells refurbished alternators and they tell the customers that it is new . I had to tow the car to brooklyn to my mechanic all because of faulty alternator that are being sold. I went back to autozone and gave me another one and i put it today so lets hope it holds up. i spent almost $700-800 for battery and alternator plus labor costs because of keep going back and forth and missing my days at work. I hope autozone looks into this problem and takes action. People want quality if you are going to charge the amount.

Visited this location to perform AutoZone's battery/starter/alternator diagnostics on my euro and also needed to purchase a few other oddities also. I was warmly greeted by an employee outside as he was performing the same diag on someone else's vehicle. Very helpful, kind and attentive service here. Store was overall very well stocked despite not having an item I was looking for. One of the better AZ's in Queens for sure. - 5/5 's

Hello.I purchased oil and filters this past Saturday 10/7/23 the gentleman was extremely helpful then my nechanic told me that he had a filter for my Range Rover at which point i decided to return the filter except i didn't have the receipt.However Omar the manger was beyond helpful courteous i mean he is an example of customer service at its perfection.OMAR YOU ROCK keep it up and thank you. I look forward to my next visit.

Terrible parking situation here as it is always taken up by the gym right next door. The store also had me waiting over half a day to get my order ready. Parts that was supposed to be in stock in this location. I had to follow up twice to see if my order was ready since I never received an "order ready" email. This location is going downhill and I would not consider going to this location again.

The parking lot was way too crowded because it shares the lot with Blink. On top of that, there were only 2 cashiers and a line of about 10 people. One of the cashiers was busy with a customer who was only asking questions.

This is my second time I went(9/11)to this AutoZone. I needed coolant but didn't know which one to pick. I asked an employee, and he was super helpful. I also asked him if they have a mechanic available. He said, 'I can take a look,' and he helped me pour the coolant. His name is Shawn. Please give him thanks if any of the AutoZone employees are reading this.

I visited this location on 8/5/23. I was looking for some fender clips for my door trim that came loose. The sales associate was very kind and patient throughout the entire process, he even walked out to the lot to look at the door to ensure I bought the correct parts. He then went a step further and secured the quantity that I needed at 2 other locations. Needless to say I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. I believe the associate s name was Ray, he did a superb job!

This store has always been my go to place, close to home and the staff always friendly, they like to joke with clients and make them feel at home and comfortable. A lot of people feel shy asking for parts, the staff puts them at ease. Great location

Came in today to get a brand new battery. They installed it no problem. Quick and efficient. Johnathon installed it and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Give this guy a raise! Drove all the way from forest hills to get it done here. Best autozone in Queens!

Literally wish I could give this place a zero for customer service. The rudest, laziest group of individuals that I ve ever seen.Employees watching TV while trying to interact, manager doesn t honor their own oil deal or even helped with anything.Kiosks would ve been more helpful. Glad I went somewhere else.

Process time takes too long. The computer systems are not universal to others stores. No one smiles. Attendants should ask how is the customer paying, instead of assuming. Cashier argumentative, not trusting the customer

Went for wiper blades. They helped me pick out the best ones for my car and didnt try to upsale me. They offered and signed me up for the reward program. And to top it off when the young man finished ringing out his other customers, he came outside and changed them out for me. I can't remember his name, but that's what customers service is about! Great job. Will definitely go back for all my car needs

Don t usually leave reviews but this AutoZone has always been helpful. I needed a battery and Natasha & Sean were a huge help. This AutoZone went through a few management changes but their current management is the best. Will continue to do business with them.

Thank you kevin ! for installation and support, and replacement my car battery toyota highlander XLE. He is awesome knowledgeable guy in this store. After installetion i drove the car and one of my car feature start and stop function was not working and display unable to start and stop function appeard. unfortunately when i go back to the store kevin was left at that day and i talked to the other amployees i am very disappointed all other person not helping me out for this case and dont have knowledge about the newer platinum EFB battery they only blame kevin, why they change the battery in your car because we dont touch it 2019 cars and they said you need to go dealer and reprogram it. first thing when i visited to the store the store manager told kevin to check my old battery and after diagnose he told me to inform manager to replace the battery. I said why telling me to go dealer because there is no need to reprogram it.and the battery itself is very good and compatible it with the car. At the time of purchase kevin told me .but all the employees was exist at that time in the store try to only hide face behind the shelfs and blame kevin because he was left at that day they all try to contact him, i dont know why others are not cooperative and not touch my car to replace the older battery even manager have no knowledge of about the batteries. thanks one lady employee in the store they gave me my old battery and said that to go and replace it with your machinic i dont know her name othewise i mentioned it, she is also very helpful, she is true leadership qualities and try to resolve the issue hats of to you. than i went to the machinic and replace with old battery and return to the new battery to autozone back.And install new battery from other competitor and the same error comes after 25 miles the error remove and battery automatically compatible and no need to reprogram only keven told me this battery is good for this car thatsway they was installed it and they told me no need to reprogram i dont know why other employes falsely blame kevin. He is the only guy in store they know it.I am very disappoint with the manager they not even know anything they not take ownership and lack of leadership qualities.Because of manager and other lazy and less supportive team members which are suggesting me to go dealer for reprogram i was return the battery same day at night.Kevin ! plz plz educate your manager and team about the batteries to promote sale in your storeAs per dealerToyota highlander no need extra reprogram just drive with the battery.and automatically adjust with the computer. after couple of milesThe only person is kevin know it. I hope he was in the store at that time when i was back so i no need to return the battery or save time for all.Kevin very sorry to lose the sale your sale just because of your other collegues and manager.
