Excellent service from the time I arrived. The office manager was super friendly. They kept me informed of everything. Had my car towed to them on Wednesday late afternoon and picked my car up on Thursday afternoon. Great experience and they were very knowledgeable and gave me important information on how to keep my car running smoothly. Have to add the beautiful mascot (the dog) was super friendly and loving. I would 100% recommend this place to my family and friends.

I found this shop while looking for a tow company to take my car to the dealership - I went with them for the price. The gentleman who came and picked up my car was prompt, courteous and very nice.Soon after that tow my car needed repairs - I had no idea what it needed - I came to them with a list of things that I "heard, felt and at some point probably imagined!" They took my car in and found two things. They could have, at that point told me that I had to fix both (other places I have been to would have said they couldn't diagnose the one without fixing the other). I was worried and would have fixed both of them. But instead they told me the TRUTH - take care of one job at a time and let's see what happens - if the car runs right w/the simple fix we can then fix the other thing - if the car doesn't then I could look into a big fix or a new car :-(They nailed the problem with a simple fix and the second problem was simple also and that was taken care of. I left their office feeling great. Feeling like they actually cared.Recently I had another repair needed, yes I am trying to avoid a new car;-) I thought it was going to cost more money than I could put into the car-I thought an exhaust system, I was counting my pennies, getting ready to break the bank. I dropped the car off, they got to it quickly and efficiently. They called me and told me it was another inexpensive fix to the exhaust system instead of a new system. Again, honesty.This shop is filled with honest and caring people! I have dealt with many auto mechanics and repair shops over the years and I have NEVER walked away from them feeling like they were sincerely taking care of the customer.Citywide Automotive has never treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. Each mechanic and the owner listen and are above and beyond honest, sincere and caring. Janette and her customer service, is so outgoing and friendly and always goes above and beyond to make you feel you have got your car at the right place!Thank you Citywide!

I ve been a customer of Citywide for several years. Mike & Gary are amazing humans as well as great at what they do. Not only do they provide expert auto repairs on whatever your car may need, they also provide super customer service. They re kind, professional & go out of their way to take care of whatever is needed in an extremely timely manner. I can t say enough good things about Mike & Gary & everyone who works at Citywide. Everyone is always really helpful. Thank you all for being so great at what you do!!

Highly recommend! My car broke down while I was out of town for work. I have AAA, so I had my car towed to this auto shop. I explained nicely that the very next day I am scheduled to be in another state for work and that if at all possible to please move quickly to figure out what's wrong so we can get it fixed without me falling behind schedual by days. I could be wrong, but I believe his name was Giovanni, who called me and explained to me what was wrong. I had lots of questions, and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and emailed me a full breakdown estimate of parts and labor, and I was SHOCKED to see such honest and fair pricing. My car was towed, accessed, and REPAIRED all in one day. And still to this day, my car is driving like brand new. They even stayed open a little later than normal so I could come pick up my car. I couldn't have picked a better place to send my car, and they made a woman over a 1000 miles away from home feel so much better in this stressful situation.10 out of 10 Highly Recommend.Thank you guys at Citywide!!!

My husband hit a deer last night on the Taconic and the folks at Citywide Automotive & Towing came to the rescue. From the moment they arrived on the scene, their professionalism and courtesy were evident.The next morning, after talking to her on the phone we had the pleasure of meeting Jeanette, who turned our unfortunate and stressful situation into a much smoother experience. She was not only informative and helpful but also showed genuine concern for the situation. Jeanette's positive attitude and kindness was appreciated. She also informed us promptly when the car was picked up by our mechanic.All in all, the service we received was top-notch. Fast and reliable, Citywide Automotive & Towing truly stands out for their excellent service and super kind staff. Thank you for turning a challenging situation into a more manageable one. Would highly recommend.

Pulled over to let my car cool down , I was overheating on the Taconic.Staff was pleasant, left me be . As they did not have to do. All I know is that they respect the working american and they have a really cool dog.

Jeanette and the mechanic were professional, attentive to my needs concerning my car, and they even stayed later after closing hours to make sure my car was working properly. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful!!! TheirExpertise and care really showed throughout the whole time our new to us camper was with them. It needed a little work and Citywide was up to the task. They kept me in the loop every step of the way so I didn t have any surprises upon pickup. I m thrilled with their service and will most definitely be bringing our other vehicles to them for whatever we need. While driving south on the Taconic, the air in my front passenger tire suddenly went flat. I took the first exit off the highway, and was super lucky to find Mike at Citywide Automotive. He was super helpful in assessing the tire and fixing it straight away. I was back on the road within 15-20 minutes! I consider myself lucky and grateful to have found this place!

If I could leave a 10 start review I would! From scheduling my car to be picked up from my driveway to the communication of after my car was being diagnosed with the issue, Mike was transparent the entire time with competitive and fair pricing. I d highly recommend these guys for any automotive needs. Honest and top notch service!

Today I was run off the side of the tsp by a Jersey driver (what a surprise) and I got a flat from tire. The help truck stopped and changed the tire. He was wonderful!! Then it started making a sound like a Jack hammer so I pulled into this wonderful company and asked if they could help. The lug nuts came loose. So Gary tightened them up and I was great all the way home. Just want to say how professional and nice he was. I m a few min it was done with a smile. There was another young man there but I didn t catch his name. They both were wonderful. I would highly recommend you have your car serviced there because it s just a great, clean place. While driving south on the Taconic, my Mercedes Benz caught a flat tire on the front passenger side. I was able to exit off at Cold Spring for a safe location. My son called Citywide and they came within 15 minutes. They were helpful and polite to make sure my family and I were okay. I recommend Citywide as they changed the tire quickly and we were on our way to the city. Thank you guys! You are the best.Service: Tire change

On our way from Asroria NY to Lake George Cresthaven resort engine came on & car stalled a little. They are the best - so professional - check out the car quickly & sent us on our way. I ran into an issue with my car and needed a tow. I called Citywide and they were there within 15 minutes to help me out. They were polite and respectful and treated my car like it was one of there own and treated me just like family. I was stranded on the Taconic State Parkway and requested a tow via AAA. Unfortunately, AAA informed me that they are not contracted to tow off the parkway, they will call the state police who will send a 3rd party Tow company that can tow me. Within minutes, a H.E.L.P Truck and David Jr. from Citywide Automotive and Towing showed up. Mr. David Jr. gave me an option of being towed to the next exit or being towed home. Although a bit agitated, I didn't want Mr. David Jr. to go out of his way to take me home because the AAA representative assured me that a Tow truck will be at the designated area to tow me and my car home. Mr. David Jr. insisted once again and I declined. He was very professional, respectful and pleasant. He treated my car with absolute care. I was left in a well lighted area. I was safe and my car was placed down perfectly in a parking spot.Unfortunately, AAA did not live up to their promise. I was stranded for 3 more hours. I called and spoke to a representative and she alleges that she was a supervisor and there's no one above her. She was very unprofessional and rude towards me. She had the "nearest" tow company on the phone and he too was very aggressively speaking and belittled me. I was told you need me, I don't need you, followed by a great deal of unpleasant words. I immediately called back the number on the receipt I received from Mr. David Jr.I was given a suggested 20 minutes wait. Citywide Automotive and Towing came long before the wait time. The driver was David III. I was informed he was the son of the first driver. Like Father, Like Son. He was very professional and caring. He understood my frustration even remained silent as another AAA representative wasn't being professional on the phone. He took great care of my car as he connected and lifted it. He was patient and understanding. He took me and my car home safely. He obeyed all the traffic rules and regulations. He informed me about the route he had to take. He answered all the questions I had and treated me with the upmost respect.Although, it was under a stressful circumstance, David Jr and David III did an amazing job. This company should be so proud that they hire people with dignity and grace. I will be forwarding this company's information to everyone I know and I will leave the best reviews every chance I get. They are definitely an asset to the company. I hope this company flourish in business. Thank you again for turning a not so great experience in a wonderful experience. I needed my future Jeep inspected and brought it to Citywide. From the first call my situation was handled with care, professionalism, excellent communication and great service! I can say this was the best mechanic situation I have ever had. Mike took care of my Jeep and everything went flawless. Mike spent time answering all my questions and explaining everything. I would bring any car I have here everytime they need service. Citywide is a top notch business, A+++ all around. I wish every business ran like this.
