I recently purchased a 2022 Ford F150, super cab, Sport Edition on April 15,2024. I had Sarah Craighead as my Salesperson. I've bought 6 vehicles in Pulaski, 2 of them from Sarah. Excellent service, great personality, honest, down to earth, great salesperson, worked well with me on both sales. I felt very comfortable dealing with Pulaski Ford because of her. I did purchase a truck, as mentioned above. When I drove away I felt I got a great deal from Sarah from her efforts. Thanks to Sarah Craighead. Bob Johnson Auto Group made my car buying easy! The salesperson was very friendly and made me comfortable. It would have been helpful if the salesperson was more familiar with the car features. It was my first time buying a hybrid. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

Everyone we worked with at Bob Johnson Ford was courteous and helpful, and we especially appreciated that the vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready to go when we got there because we had called ahead. It was a pre-owned vehicle and they were willing to negotiate on one bit of minor damage that we found, leaving all parties happy.There was a bit of a disconnect between sales and service though. We came back the next week to pick up the vehicle, to find out that last minute it hadn't passed inspection because of bad tire wear. They had a new set of tires put on for free, which we are very grateful for, but because of timing we weren't able to get the vehicle until the next day, meaning we've driven an hour each way to pick up a car that we couldn't bring home. That said, they were very accommodating and after the new tires were put on, they had someone drive down to us to take care of the paperwork and drop off the car.I'll definitely keep Bob Johnson Ford on my radar the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

It was a cold windy day and we weren't going to get out of our nice warm vehicle, we were just going to do a drive through the parking lot to see what they had for sale. We weren't there maybe 10 minutes, when a salesman Paolo came out and talked to us through the open window of our car. He was very, very friendly, not pushy...he invited us in and we talked. We liked the deal with Ford , so he went and got the green Bronco we had seen earlier. He had it right out front and all warmed up, with the heated seats on......after we signed papers and all that, he went out and programmed my phone and some radio stations we liked and showed us a couple more things that the Bronco has.it was a very pleasant experience and our salesman was fantastic.....and we LOVE our Bronco "Big Bend".

Outstanding dealership and customer service. I bought a GMC AT4 for thousands less than I could find it anywhere else . It ended up having a problem called customer service. They got me right in, gave me a loaner car and had it fixed by the end of the day. They will get all of my business.

BUYERS BEWARE!! I drove 1.5 hours to see a truck based on the advertised price. Decided I wanted to buy the truck, but the salesman informed me the price went up $3000. Had a story about how they had the year wrong when they originally priced it (funny...the picture I took of the ad had the year right). Also found out this dealer is rated D+ on the Better Business Bureau...shady dealership! Keep driving folks!!

I think 1 star should tell you enough, look elsewhere. Hustled, harassed, and belittled. I get it, this is your peak, you liked car and driver as a kid and thought you would be good at it. You aren't. Notice they only respond to the positive reviews...

Very deceitful dealer. I had been tracking the chevy bolt prices ever since I learned my ford fusion was going to be bought back.December of 2023 I noter and recorded multiple VINs and prices of chevy bolts before point of sale tax 4k tax credit would be applied. LTs were 13-14k. Premiums were 15-16k.Early January 2024, test drove Chevy bolts in Pulaski with who I thought was a thoughtful, honest salesman. New prices reflected previous prices after credit. LTs were 10k. Premiums were 11-12k.Late January car was bought back by Ford. Called the salesman, prices were up 2-3k in two weeks.Was told prices were never that low. I have eyes. I recorded VINs back in December. Some were still for sale.Dealership wouldnt budge on prices. Taking EV tax credit for themselves with deceptive pricing and business practices.I understand they have the right to do that, but honesty would have went a lot further in getting me into a car at your dealership than lying. I may have even paid the increase if they were up front about the sudden increase in pricing corresponding to the tax credit.

Had a great experience with our car salesman Garrett. Don t know the issue with the finance manager, first put my info in wrong and then came back with a 540 credit score so was told they couldn t help us. I had already put a $500 deposit on the vehicle at this point. Knowing my score is over 700 I had to arrange for my own financing. Had I been the finance manager I would have came out and apologized but obviously he had no intentions of doing so. They had their check the next day but then decided to make me wait until it cleared their bank, fine it is what it is. My only complaint is with the finance manager. Definitely needs to be more professional, mistakes are made own up to them.

Don't go to this dealer. I wasted an hour trip today going to look at a car that was not there. They knew I was coming in and still the service manager was out driving it. I had sent over my trade in/buy out to get the ball rolling on the deal only to get my time wasted.Total lack of communication.

Recently purchased our car from them. We thought everyone was nice when we walked in. We had great experience with the sales rep Greg. He's not your chatty sales rep who overtalks you, but he always has answers or seeks to find answers to your questions. I wish we had the same experience with their business manager. Unfortunately, his comments when we're declining the offers he's giving us were unnecessary and unpleasant such as printing the paper the third time (even though we were clear what we wanted to begin with) and giving a fuss about us wanting to know the final numbers etc. I understand he needs to handle objections, but I think he needs some coaching to hold off unnecessary comments especially with customers.

What a great experience at FX Ford. Milo is a fantastic manager who plays no games and listens to your needs. My sales associate Callie was simply awesome. They both catered to my every need and I walked out with not only a great deal on a new truck but felt I had 2 new friends. Way to go FX Ford!!

The service department was fantastic to deal with. I bought my F150 from another local dealer who would not help me with my cam phaser issues. They lied about my warranty and claimed my truck was not a candidate for the repair. I tried another dealer close to me. They wouldn't look at my truck because I did not buy it from them. Finally I called Bob Johnson in Pulaski. I should have went to them first. They got me in immediately and had no concerns about not purchasing the truck from them. Very good communication throughout the process. When they took the truck in to make the repair and tore into it, they found another broken part. The part would have to be ordered, which was going to leave me without the truck for a longer period of time than planned. They offered me a free loaner vehicle. I didn't even have to ask for one. I will be going back from now on with my truck. When the time comes for a new truck, they will be the first place I stop at. Thank you

We just bought our Ford Expedition from here in April. The vehicle apparently went through inspection and passed but I just had to spend $1500 on brakes and rotors because they were metal to metal. Not happy I just spent $62k on a vehicle and then that happened. Pretty shady business if you ask me. This is the second vehicle I ve bought from here. I won t be buying again or recommending.

Major let down by this dealership. I purchased my Expedition here and had to bring it in for some warranty work for a couple sensors and my radio malfunctioning. They tore apart the interior of my car trying to solve these issues, broke a bunch of the clips to the panels and bent the panels. Refused to make it right, denied that they took panels apart and now my car interior is destroyed. My lift gate door malfunctioned and dented the spoiler on top of my car and the dealer insisted I bring my car to a nearby body shop of their choosing for the warranty work. I did and this body shop broke my rear bumper clips, smoked in my car and scratched the new spoiler they installed. Now I am left with a bunch of damages that I will have to take elsewhere in order to get properly fixed.
