Great place and would love to support local business. But they only sells brand new. No used. And prices are expensive which is seems to be like there is high demand for cargo trailers etc

Purchased a trailer last week. The entire staff made the sale go easy. The staff had true customer service in mind. Walked out of the service office and my trailer was all hooked up and ready to go.

Had an amazing experience with knowledgeable salesman Nick the whole staff took care of my needs and requirements including all the paperwork,registration ect they went above and beyond with leg work and not to mention a great deal on a new 7 x 14 Pace outback tandem DLX am very pleased !! Had an awesome experience purchasing an enclosed 6' x 12' cargo trailer, which they had in stock with all of the features I was looking for. Rick went above and beyond, even helped me move a large quantity of material for a big job over from my cramped pickup into my sweet new enclosed trailer, on a Friday evening! These guys are great, if you're looking for a trailer this is the place.

Service was excellent. From the first time walking on the property to look at trailers everyone was friendly and attentive. Nick, who was the salesman who helped me, was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me and my needs. Even the owner walks around and talks to everyone. All the staff were friendly. Bought a 7x16 Wells Cargo. Will definitely be back for any of my other truck or trailer needs. Highly recommend.

In my experience I've seen 2 types of dealers. One type is trying to RIP u off and make an extra few hundred, these guys are doing amazing volume so they dont need to do that to you. Fair & frankly amazing pricing. Super service. They processed us w plates and registration in under 20 min. Thank you!!

I paid the deposit on a Reading space cap for my 2019 Ford F-350 on 3/13/2019. I was told it would be apron 6-8 weeks for delivery.After numerous telephone calls with the salesman Bill to get a schedule the cap was finally installed 9/26/2019, a 6 month wait. The installation went off without a hitch, so I ordered another cap for our other truck and paid the deposit on 9/30/2019, understanding there was no way to tell when it would come in.I received a call that the cap was coming in about 3 weeks ago, then the delivery was delayed, which I understand. I get the call the Capp is in and schedule the installation for Thursday 3/12/19 , a little over 5 months, no big deal.I send one of my men do drive the truck to their shop in Poughkeepsie, ny and wait during the installation as we did the last time. I was told after the installation by Bill that they forgot to order the trim pc that finish the high lift door to the tailgate. No big deal ship it to me I will install it.When my employee gets back with the truck the high lift door rubs the center and left side of the tailgate and top of the fender so much the only way to open or close the door is to open the tailgate first.There are white rub marks on the plastic cover to the tailgate and the fender , so someone had opened and closed the high lift door a few times. I called Bill and let him know what I found and it looked like whoever installed the cap left it like that, and followed up with pictures. We discussed bringing the truck back with the cap when they get the trim pc in.I start looking at the Cap and realize the door itself is off level of the cap by 3/8 of an inch, and it is not adjustable, the only way to fix it is to shim the cap up on the corner to create space.This is when Bill calls back, says they looked at the pictures and the cap must have moved, or come loose on the drive back. The men were rushing to get the work done because I had someone there waiting for the truck.So to his telling me it was my fault his guys were rushing because my driver was there did not go over well, after spending close to $10,000 on 2 truck caps and waiting 6 and 5 months for them to be delivered and installed , I am being blamed because someone did not check their work.The manager Rick texted me to discuss what happened , I explained and asked them to send me the trim pc, I will take care of the adjustments myself.Disappointing.

Professional, courteous handling of my repair issues. Nick returned my initial phone call quickly and then directed me through the entire process. Diagnostic, repair and return in less than 24 hours. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

Flawless experienceI had a horrible experience at a competitor of theirs a couple years back. This experience was truly night and day. From the time I walked in they were friendly and welcoming and help me pick the perfect trailer for my needs.The price was fair they did everything with DMV, hitched the trailer up mounted the spare tire license plate and everything couldn't of gone easier. TJ was my sales guy, very knowledgeable and helped with additional stuff without being pushy. The The owner Steve even made it a point to come out and introduce himself and thank me for the purchase. While I was inside doing paperwork the yard guys were working like a well oiled machine getting trailer ready for me to take off. The whole process was less than a half an hour.

Just picked up my Polaris Ranger that Trailer King installed a Boss V-Plow on. Impressed with the level of service that everyone on the staff exhibited, from the initial quote, to the day I picked it up. Even more impressed that they called and followed up a few days after pickup, to make sure I didn't have any questions and was happy with everything. Thanks again.

These guys are awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm from out-of-state and had a broken leaf spring on my enclosed trailer. they immediately fit me in and got the job done in 2 hours. I would highly recommend their service. If I ever find myself in this situation again and their neck of the woods I won't hesitate to swing back by. Thanks again guys

Needed a trailer hitch on my vehicle. Since U-Haul gave me the run around and didn't value my business, I came to trailer king. They did a great job, no nonsense, good communication, and a fair price.

Steve/Joe/ and Nick are some great guys. They had my truck in over the weekend waiting for a spreader part, we got a random storm and Nick came to the shop at 7:30am on a Sunday to bring me a key to get to work.Last time my spreader went out they let me borrow one while they fixed it. Best thing I can say about Trailer King is that they treat you business with respect as if it was their own. Much love guys, thanks again!

I can't express how much I would recommend trailer king. On my way home from a snowmobile trip my wheel bearing went 2 hours from home. My trailer was towed to trailer king on a Sunday. My trailer was fixed within hours the next day. They were happy to do extra work upon my request too. Everyone I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Nick and his crew did a great job repairing my boss salter. They were responsive, fast, and honest. Every time we have visited them, the service has been above and beyond exceptional. I wouldnt use any other trailer company in the area.

Got a hitch, wiring harness and trailer brake installed for a customer. They offered expedited shipping to meet my customers' deadline, were prompt in getting back to me and had it done ahead of schedule so that I could have the time to properly clean the truck to deliver for my customers. When my customers took the truck home, they weren't able to get the brakes working but they were able to assist my customer in getting the brakes working for their first family trip in their NEW truck and trailer. Our customers were SUPER happy with the service and accommodation from Trailer King and I couldn't be more appreciate of Rich, Bill, Dan and the whole team over there! Thanks a million guys!

You guys get a 10 out of 10 from me. I picked up my Me/Benz ML350 after having a tow hitch and lights installed and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install and the entire customer service experience. I called last week looking into a tow hitch for my ML350 and was quickly asked about the type of towing I was looking to do. I got a description of the equipment I would need and how long it would take to do the install. I made an appointment to have the work done this week and I got a call when my equipment arrived at the store and a reminder call the day before my appointment. I dropped my vehicle off and was promised it would be ready the next day. It was done and ready right on time, as promised, and the pick up and payment went flawlessly. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and the attention to good customer service was outstanding. The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend them for all your towing needs. I will definitely be back when I am ready for a trailer upgrade.

Bought a $2500 utility trailer from them to make a 1,000 mile trip hauling a motorcycle. I had to replace both hubs and bearings to finish the trip. They act like they want to help but I'm having a very hard time getting on the phone with them to be reimbursed. Before the sale they were great! After the sale Very Very Poor customer service! This has been going on for a little more than a month now. Definitely would not recommend them at this point.

Just purchased a 14 ft dump trailer from trailer king ,called Nick the salesman on Friday he worked a nice price for me had the trailer ready registered on Saturday which is there day off ready to be picked up now that's definitely service,the trailer is everything they said it was and more. Trailer King has won my business for life. Excellent experience all around. From the conception of the idea of plowing with my truck all the way until the install, and it didn t stop there they continued to help me with any issues that came up later on and acknowledged my repeat business.
