We have had a great experience with Top Tier. We first brought our car there for a compressor barring. Rob realized that we also needed rear springs so we had that done too. He's taken car of 2 large repairs now and we couldn't be happier. They are honest, fair and reliable. They check the vehicle thoroughly and don't push things you don't need. Thank You so much Rob. We will definitely be back for future repairs.

I took my Porsche Cayenne here to Top Tier after the dealership told me they couldn't do the transmission fluid change due to the pan having "excessive rust and corrosion" and wanted to charge me $2400 for a new pan and for the transmission service. Greg and Rob took expert care of me. They verified that I didn't need a new transmission pan and did the transmission service for a fraction of the cost. I would be comfortable bringing ANY AND I MEAN ANY VEHICLE HERE! Top Tier isn't just a name here. It's a way of life and a way of doing business.

I had front brake pads and rotors replaced on my Honda 2014 and an inspection done. Top Tier Automotive did an excellent job, they were very efficient, and reasonably priced. While I was therethe mechanic showed me that the tread on my tires had cracks in the treads. I had Top Tier automotive replace all 4 tires with Michelin tires. What a difference the tires have a much deepertread compared with the Goodyear tires I had on my car. The Goodyear tires I had on my car werereplaced only 3 years earlier by a discount tire company. Goodyear would not stand behind therecar tires claiming that cracks in tire tread is not covered under there warranty. I am glad I havemechanics like Top Tier Automotive who noticed the cracking in the tire treads. It is not worthrisking one s life driving around on tires that have cracks in them.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement

Greg and his team have helped service my older Mazda 5 with replacing coolant hoses and a weird oil in antifreeze situation. The repair took time to resolve (3 days) but once it has been repaired has been running great since then. They have also performed NYS inspection on my newer Mazda CX-5 and Hyundai Kona. Both cars were efficiently tested and was in and out within 30 minutes. Super friendly and didn t feel like I was gouged on any way. They got me in when no one else would and made me feel like my concerns in regard to my vehicle were valid, which felt amazing when my now old mechanic made me feel crazy. Had an amazing experience at Top Tier last week. The technicians were attentive to my concerns and were able to diagnose the repairs needed. Hope at the front desk was very helpful at going over the work needed to be done, and costs of each individual job. Work was done efficiently with VERY reasonable prices. Overall a great experience. Brought my Accord here after another shop told me I needed a new ebrake cable.Top Tier was able to determine that the other shop misdiagnosed the issue and fix it properly the same day, as well as repair another issue that had been plaguing the car.10/10 would highly recommend Rop Tier.
