I desperately needed my car inspected and new tires. Several others shops had turned me away for various reasons. Parker mechanical got me right and in and took care of it in the timeliest manner. Steve and his crew are so professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Parker Mechanical for all our future automobile needs!! Plus they have free water and snacks AND I got a keychain flashlight that my kids can steal from me

The customer service was 1st class. This place is a family operated place that hasn't forgotten how to treat people. The prices are fair and mechanic's are honest. What else would you want from a place to take your car? I'll always go there when I'm in Poughkeepsie

Brought my Mazdaspeed3 here in February to have the timing work done. A few months later the timing chain started rattling again. Called up Parker Mechanical and they fixed it completely under warranty, as well as install high pressure fuel pump internals. Steve and his team are very down to earth and extremely professional people. I highly recommend their services.

Above and beyond customer service! Plus, Parker Mechanical took my car in right away once my auto body work was completed at Northside Auto Body (next door). Both are family run and my number one go to for my car needs. Shout out to Stephen and Brett for keeping in close contact with me regarding work being done on my car. Steve truly is kind. I just went in to get my tire checked out and he took care of me just like he did with our a Nissan a few months ago. If you want trustworthy and quality service, please consider Parker Mechanical.

The owner is excellent to work with. We have two daughters attending college in the area and both driving older model cars. Parker's takes care of their vehicles for a fair price. They only repair what is needed and also offer to drive them back to campus if needed. One less thing for us as parents to worry about.

I recently bought a car at a dealer in CT. The dealer sold us the car with 4 bad tires. I had received an estimate from other shops for ridiculous amounts. I just popped in to their sister place, Northside, for a photo inspection. I casually asked if they do tires as well, as I still needed a tire report and new tires to get this fixed before a blowout happened. My dealer approved to front the costs if I find a reputable shop to send the report and do the work here. Steve, Brett, and the guys over at Parker Mechanical not only took me as a walk in, but they were able to get solid tires in within an hour for me, install them, and do an alignment for half the price of another shops estimate. They did so in such a timely manner and have done fantastic work. They were accommodating to both me and my 3 year old who were waiting. Now that Parker Mechanical is running, I know I have a place to go for literally anything I need. Now my Elantra is running on great, safe tires, and I can drive my new car worry free!! This shop was able to get a job done that I been having for about a year done that two other shops couldn't do! Really appreciate it! Steve and Amanda and the rest of the mechanics are great. Recommended! Finally can drive in the dark without using my brights! Cause my low beams work again.

Excellent customer service. I appreciate the time they put into checking and diagnosing my car when I was told by another auto shop that I had a leak. The mechanics at Parker Mechanical did a thorough job of investigating the issue and they relieved me of my worry when it turned out to be a simple fix, which they took care of. Glad I came here!

Thank you to Steve and the Parker Mechanical team. Their shop is well managed and professional. The team was able to make the repairs needed on my 2016 Suburban, the work was completed on time just as they predicted. Parker mechanical handled all the correspondence and billing required for my service insurance plan so that the cost of the repair was handled by the service provider.I will be certain to use Parker mechanical again and would recommend without hesitation.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Steve and the team are excellent mechanics, nice people and very importantly - HONEST. They do good work, and Steve won't cheat you and will give you a fair price. They are overall the best automotive shop in the area. No need to go anywhere else.

My fuel pump went on my car had it towed to one shop so it can be fix and that shop could not fix it had it towed again to Parker mechanical and they helped to me and fixed it. Wonderful customer service I will be going there for now on. Keep up the good work

This family owned business is top knotch. The owner, Steve is professional and knowledgeable. Our payment transfer got delayed for our expediting business when my husband was on the West coast and they were patient with us while things got sorted out.
