When some knucklehead almost ripped my door off in a parking lot. The team at Northside autobody, was able to help me out and get my door fixed! Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend if you need autobody work my truck looks brand new. They even detailed it! Book them for your next collision appointment.

Northside auto body has been excellent in every way. From their friendliness to no waiting to caring about their work and standing behind their work, not to mention their excellent work will make me choose only them for all my future car needs. They follow up right away if you have a question, They are extremely organized and clear with all paperwork and receipts. I was surprised that there were so many gifts in my car following a service there. From letters of thanks to a flashlight umbrella, mug, tote bag, all kinds of goodies.In addition, my car came out completely detailed.My son had the same experience last year.I will only recommend this company. They are excellent and that s hard to come by these days.

Although I've never had any body work done by this shop, I have had two friends who have. Both were very pleased. One car I personally inspected to see if there was any hint of body work being done and I couldn't find any. The work was flawless, and this was on a black car.I'm really writing this review as a thank you to them for installing some door edge guards on my car that should have been done by the dealer. After watching YouTube videos on the process, I was convinced I absolutely did not want to try this myself. Although it didn't take long, they did it while I waited and refused to charge me.They did a great job. While I hope I won't need their services in the future, if I do, Northside is where I will be bringing my car.

After I got my keys back from Northside Auto, the first thing that came to my mind was that I needed to give this shop a 5 star review ASAP!! The service that Northside provided was absolutely amazing. This was the first time I ve ever had any damage on my vehicle and I was nervous about the process, however, Northside made the entire process from start to finish SO easy and smooth and their work is impeccable! They even detailed my car, which was totally unexpected but so appreciated. Their team is super approachable, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I m so happy that I went to them and will always go back to them if needed.Service: Body & Trim

Northside was professional, proficient, and went above and beyond to do what was needed for my car repair. I was confident that they would do a beautiful job as I had been given many great reviews about them. No matter which person I spoke to, they were all able to answer my questions and all knew the details about my car. They gave me lots of goodies for my car too and everywhere I looked in my car was another. They treated me and my car with the utmost respect. I highly recommend them for any auto body repair you need!!!

Northside Auto Body provides a high quality of care from the moment you walk in the door! The customer service is stellar, I am always anxious when car accidents happen, but the Northside team is very reassuring and makes the entire process seamless. I would recommend Northside to anyone needing body work. They were great at communication between themselves, Enterprise rental, and myself. They made sure everything got done in a timely manner. The work was perfect! My car actually looks better than it did when I bought it! They even detailed the inside, which they absolutely did not have to do. They went above and beyond in everything they did. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I'll definitely be back!

Nice shop, great staff, quality work.UPDATEI need to update my review based on findings after I picked up my car.I've had work done by Northside three times on two different vehicles, and I will continue to say they do great body work, no question.My reasons for amending my review, items missing, broken, and taken off of my car without anyone saying anything.I realized an item that was in my trunk was missing, they didn't find it, no big deal, I let it go.I then wash my car and find that my license plate frames were both taken off my vehicle and replaced with Northside frames. My frames were metal and had two of my favorite teams on them, and nobody said a word.I then find that a plastic part on my back seat was broken and someone just put it in the pocket of my door and didn't say anything.Some may find this to be no big deal, I am not one of those people when it comes to my car.I'm very disappointed, did not expect this from this business, and this may be my last encounter with them.

North Side Is the only place our family trusts to fix our cars! Everyone at Northside is very caring and professional! They take pride in their work and it shows! They take the time to answer all your questions and get you back into your car fast and it looks better than when you bought it new! You d never know it was in an accident! Being in an accident is stressful but with Northside fixing your car , you can rest easy, knowing that your car will be fixed right by the most skillful caring experts around!!! If you unfortunately have damage to your car Call Northside if you want it fixed in a timely manner by expert and experienced caring professionals!

They went above and beyond with my 23 Mazda 3!! I had massive bodily damage to my car from a rock I would recommend them to anybody 100 times over and over again!! Big shoutout to Jack and his team at Northside Auto Body! My car is amazing and it s like nothing even happening not to mention the hospitality! It s nice to know there s still good people out there 10/10 would recommend to anybody who needs work done!

My car was hit in a parking lot and I was devastated since I just bought this car. I brought it to Northside and they made it look better than when it first came off the lot! Quality service and repair. My car had been keyed, and based on multiple reviews I took it to Northside. I was not disappointed. I got my car back in showroom condition. Josh, (Joshua), read the concern on my face, and assured me my car would look brand new. It did. He communicated directly with my insurance company; supplied them with the photos requested. He made it a stress-free experience. I even found a cute little "goodie bag" in my car when it was returned. Thanks guys!

Northside Auto Body provides the best customer service I have received in a very long time. They handled everything with the insurance and had my car looking brand new. I was amazed at how the phone was answered after one ring every time I called. The detailing had my car looking amazing and all the wonderful gifts put a huge smile on my face. Instead of feeling overwhelmed over the accident, I felt cared for!! I can without reservation, recommend Northside Auto Body!

I am blown away by the level of service provided by Northside Autobody. I was gifted an auto detail from a friend and so happy I did! Jack and his team were amazing! Super friendly and warm. He had my car done before closing as promised and it was sparkling and looked brand new again! He even walked me out to my car and thanked me again for my business. I AM BEYOND IMPRESSED AND AWED BY THE RHINEBECK NORTHSIDE AUTOBODY SHOP! After an accident due to another driver, I needed to have some moderate work done on my BMW's left front panel, with side mirror replacement. From the friendly professional staff, the quick estimate and repair, the expert workmanship, and easy insurance transaction, it was hands-down one of the most pleasant quality experiences I have had, in the midst of an unpleasant one.They worked with our schedule to get the car back asap. And, in addition to the expert repair, they detailed the car, gave us some nice car promotional items that will come in handy! The absolute best part for me was seeing the car perfect inside and out - what an unexpected gift! And, should we or our family/friends need them again, we have a wonderful gift certificate to apply to our deductible! This is a body shop you can trust from beginning to end! I will refer them at every opportunity I get! Word-of-mouth is the greatest form of flattery in my book. Thank-you Northside Auto Body. You have a lifelong customer!

Northside Auto Body repaired my car after an accident with a deer. Their customer service was exceptional. Every person that worked there was professional and kind. My car was returned to me earlier than anticipated and it was detailed wonderfully. Would highly recommend!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer. I was told to bring my car to Northside & I would be taken care of. That is an understatement! Northside sent a tow truck to pick up my car within the hour of calling, assisted me with getting set up with a rental & made the whole process a breeze. I was kept updated and in the loop every step of the way. When I picked up my car, I was blown away with how perfect my car looked. Not only was it detailed on the outside, but the inside looked brand new. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Northside for all of your cars needs.

Northside was recommended to me by a friend after i was in a car accident and I am so grateful. They were super helpful, made sure I knew what was going on throughout the entire process and saved me money along the way. If you want a company that puts emphasis on helping YOU and not catering to the whims of the insurance companies, this is the place to go. Dealing with insurance sucked, the guys at Northside made it suck way less. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. They detail your car before giving it back and they give you neat swag for your car too which I didn t expect.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I went to Northside Auto Body for a visual inspection of my car for insurance purposes, which went well and smoothly (about 10-15 min). However, I didn't expect great service in the best looking and cleanest body shop waiting area I've ever seen. Also, who gives a goody bag at a body shop? They do! Add to it, they have the best snacks and beverages that you can enjoy while you wait for your car. Impressed!

After I hit a deer on my way to work one morning, I wasn't sure who to bring my car to as I'm kind of new to the area, a couple of people suggested Northside and said amazing things so I just went with it. I have had bad experiences with body shops in the past so I was a little skeptical, but as soon as I walked into this place I knew I made the right choice. I had just recently gotten my car a few months prior so I was very upset about what happened but these guys walked me through everything they were going to do, they called me every few days to give me updates and answered all of my questions. Every person at Northside assured me my car was in good hands and im just so happy I chose them. I recently picked up my car and it's better than ever, they even left some "swag" in my car like a new tumbler cup, umbrella, flashlight, a reusable bag ect. My experiencewas amazing and im definitely going to use them from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Northside is the best of the best! I brought my truck in to fix damage on my bumper. I dealt with Jack, and he was extremely attentive and personable throughout the entire process. Even though we had just met, I felt like he was a lifelong friend. On top of amazing service, the work they did on my truck was literally perfect. They went above and beyond! Northside is the only place I will ever take my vehicles.

Northside Autobody is the best! They are so professional and diligent. Dustin helped me out so much. He was so helpful and turned a really bad situation around for me (significant damage to my car caused by a distracted driver) into such a positive one. I hope to never have to use them again but if I ever do find myself needing assistance again, no questions asked I ll be using them! Thank you!

I was referred to this auto body shop by a friend. It all started by being rear-ended at a traffic light on a Sunday morning. The girls step dad wanted to pay out of pocket and have me go to Troy's Auto Body in Highland. I took off work to stop down to Troys on Monday. The body shop isn't open on Mondays only 4 days a week(Weird). After that I was fed up so I went to Northside that I was referred to by my friend. I arrived, spoke with Josh and he took photos to send to adjuster for the girls moms insurance. I was contacted by her insurance Main Street America Insurance. I later received a estimate way lower than what Josh quoted because her insurance wanted to put a junk yard bumper on the car. I immediately contacted Main Street Insurance, Galvin Wesley was the claims adjuster dealing with my accident. He stated that because my car was a 2012(given it only has 35k miles on it) that due to the year of the car that that is what I get for replacement. He was very rude and and when I denied the approval of the estimate, he went and put it through that I accepted it. I spoke with Josh at Northside and he stated that the junk yard bumper they sent was trash/damaged very bad shaper and that he would get me an after market bumper and for the year of my vehicle that it was excellent shape. This was my first accident ever I been involved in and Josh was very helpful with guiding me along the way through the whole process. When I dropped off my car it was filthy inside and outside(dirt/dusty/greasy) as I work out of this car. When I picked it up after repair it looks amazing inside and outside. They detailed it immaculately and made it look like it just came off the dealers lot. I highly recommend this auto body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Let s be honest-nobody wants to have to do business with an auto body collision shop. Things however do happen, and like me you just may find yourself needing to use their services some day. A buddy of mine is working there also I brought my car to him for repairs, and am I ever grateful I did! Upon walking in the door you re greeted warmly and in if there s to be any waiting you re directed to a waiting area with all sorts of free refreshments-candies, snacks, coffee, tea, water etc. while waiting and sipping my coffee I could see into the repair shop which is in plain view for all to see while waiting. The area was immaculate. The noise level was not high, it was a busy working environment. All the equipment was state of the art, high tech and the men who used the equipment displayed the certifications for being well trained in using it. The appraiser-Rich- was prompt and courteous in starting to get an estimate started on my car. He contacted my insurance company and then contacted a car rental agent to have a rental there for me to jump into when my car was brought in to start repairs. Basically it was all seamless, I grabbed my belongings from my car-threw them into the rental, and off I went without a hiccup. During the week that I waited, I received updates with pics on how my car was coming along. Before you knew it, my car was ready! When I picked up my car I found a hospitality pack of an ice scraper, an umbrella, new chrome license plate holders and best of all, a completely detailed car! Immaculate! The courtesy and professionalism was kept up until I was out the door. Highly recommend this shop for body work large or small. Ask for Richie although the rest of the staff that I met were all equally professional and courteous, he s the guy I knew going in.
