This store came through for me a handful of times when no one else had parts. Specifically, an NA miata radiator. Nice people.

Gentleman was very helpful. Offered to order the part for me; I chose to keep looking for other more immediate options. I'll definitely consider them in the future. I'll actually pass up four or five parts stores to get to the NAPA store. Their customer service made a difference to me.

I went to NAPA and ordered a single stage body paint and when I went to pick the paint up they had mixed it in a base coat I DID NOT ORDER a base coat! I told them that s not what I ordered I had no use for a base coat on the car I m painting and the woman at the counter said this is a lot of money I have to speak with my manager. When the woman finally came back to the counter she gave me multiple excuses and reasons why I can not use a single stage paint on a Corvette, now I ve been painting Corvettes for 40 years and A collector that currently owns 8 Corvettes and have owned over 30 and know what I can and can not do with these cars, I ve painted multiple corvettes with a single stage and know there s no problem doing this. But the women at the counter insisted the manager in the back said you can not paint a corvette in a single stage that the paint will bubble because it s fiberglass and they won t be held responsible which is 100% not true a complete lie! You can paint corvettes in single stage they just wanted me to eat there mistake of mixing the wrong paint then REFUSED to mix me the right paint. I couldn t believe what I was dealing with do to a mistake they made so I decided to leave them with there mistake and not purchase the wrong paint that I DID NOT order and write this review to let everyone know what kind of customer service to expect and business ethics to experience at this location. I will never return to this store if this is how there running a NAPA store they should be stripped of there flagship.

This place use to be Pruden Auto Parts. Napa broke up A family business. I loved working here with Sandy, Bill, Ron and the rest of what I seen as family. So sad when big business pushes out family oriented companies.

Parking is ok. Fast friendly service. No lines like the other guys. Great value. Fix and make hydrolic lines.
