I came to Jamal to get a car, my sister recommended him. Jamal was great!! Treated me like family the moment I walked through the door. Made sure I got what I wanted and I was happy about it. You can trust these guys! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and I love the car I m driving. Thank you mid state auto. I would for sure recommend everyone I know to you guys!!!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Mid State Auto, and I can't express enough how positive and exceptional my experience was, largely thanks to Jamal.Moving from the city to Poughkeepsie, I found myself in need of a car for the first time since 2004. Buying a car after such a long hiatus was a little daunting for me, but Jamal made the entire process surprisingly�wonderful in many ways.Jamal's honesty is truly commendable (and surprising), and his commitment to customer service is unlike�anything I've experienced. What stood out the most was his dedication to ensuring that I made an informed decision. Instead of rushing into a purchase, Jamal insisted that we take the car for a test drive down the highway together,�truly testing the car.Even beyond the transaction, Jamal's kindness shone through. I was feeling under the weather, and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He offered me a cup of tea with fresh sage, and that small gesture spoke volumes about his consideration for his customers. I took a Lyft to look at the car and he personally drove me back to my house since I needed 3 days to pick up before my insurance kicked in.He also arranged to have fresh honey delivered to my house to keep my cough at bay. His kindness honestly moved me.If you're in the market for a car and want an honest, customer-focused, and genuinely caring experience, look no further than Mid State Auto. Today I purchased an Acura truck from this dealer. The experience was honestly nothing short of amazing. Buying a car is nerve racking. Jamaal was completely patient and extremely helpful. He helped me to find an affordable reliable car in my price range, he even helped me find insurance which he didn t have to but that s just how committed he is. I would recommended this place everytime

Best car purchase experience I have ever had. Good, clean assortment of cars in fine working order and reasonably priced.. All paperwork was handled so we didn t have to go to dmv. Jamal and his brother were thoroughly professional and lovely to work with.

Jamal and Khalid the Brothers of Mid State Auto of Poughkeepsie Dealership helped me get my dream Truck a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Addition I am so happy with how quick the process was they did everything possible to make sure I walked out the door with what I wanted and I got it thank you Both so much for being so sufficient and professional I have already sent my family members over there. If I could give zero stars then I would. Jamal and his brother khalid are nothing but crooks who take advantage of people. They sell faulty cars and refuse to fix them.

Jamal at Mid State Auto was an absolute genuine person to deal with. He guided me through the process and informed me of every important document that needed to be looked at.I feel comfortable referring anybody to Mid State Auto to get a really good value from a small dealership as opposed to a big corporate one with lots of fees and commission cost increased.I was really pleased to hear that I have a 90 day warranty with my preowned Subaru though hoping I don t need to use it and that II get many many miles out of it.Carlo

That was the single best car buying experience I ever had. Jamal gave incredible service and attention to detail - told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. Both Jamal and Khalid go above and beyond for their customers no matter their situation and they also offer Guaranteed Credit Approval. TRULY AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I came in with an AWD rusted tin can on it's last leg, and after a few hours left with a 4WD, low mileage, reasonably priced beast. Jamal got me the best deal possible even with my credit and no trade-in. The car ran well off the lot, and the maintenance and amenities included in the price are legion. Jamal and Khalid took great care of me, and are brutally honest and willing to go above and beyond where they can. Even if you have bad or no credit, if you've got a decent job and a place to live, you'll leave with a car. God Bless.

These guys are awesome. Great customer service. Fair and honest. Bought a 2009 Honda Pilot from them 3 months ago and they have gone out of their way to help with any issue I might have. Super responsive and helpful. They have definitely turned me into a returning customer! A+++++

I stopped here on a whim, I needed a starter and most places couldn t get one in or didn t have time to repair it for a few days. Khalid and Jamal immediately went above and beyond to help me.Even though I said I needed a starter, they offered to diagnose my car free of charge to make sure I wasn t replacing it if I didn t need to. After confirming it was the starter, Khalid made a few calls & put his phone on speaker so I could hear quotes for used, refurbished or brand new.We ordered a new one and my car was repaired in 3 hours. I immediately noticed a difference-as soon as I pushed start, it fired right up!Khalid and Jamal s kindness and transparency made a stressful situation an absolute pleasure. Don t hesitate to bring your car here or purchase a used vehicle. Their work is quality, customer service is top notch & Jamal makes a great cup of coffee!

Overall the process was quick and very easy. Jamal, Khalid and Tony are going to get you in a great car. I am confident with my purchase and will continue to recommend Mid State to others.
