Just stopped in for a flat tire and had one of the lowest stress car repairs I have ever experienced. The guy at the front desk was calm, kind, and knowledgeable. He talked though every step as they figured out what was wrong all while expertly juggling multiple other people that also needed repairs or new tires. The repair was done in about 30 minutes, fully explained to me, and was very reasonably priced. I would suggest this particular Mavis to just about everyone I know.

Amazing service! I highly recommend this location. Came up from Long Island for a business meeting and got my tires swapped out in the front with the matching continental pro contacts I needed with an oil change. The service was done in a timely manner, affordable and transparent 100%.

I don t have any negative things to say about this place. Mariel, Jordon and Piotr are very professional and polite. They gave me the best information about my new tires and saved me some money too! I will definitely be going back for all my vehicle services.

Sean was very professional when I came in for shocks for my car. He and his team had my car in and out in a flash. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs service to their vehicle! 5 stars all day!

This was a great experience !I walked in first thing Monday morning and the car was taken in right away for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. The manager Pete was pleasant and kept the show running smoothly with other customers, phone, and deliveries. All while updating me and apologizing for the wait - which was not an issue at all, further my car was so ridiculously far out of alignment I expected the worst.The tire rotation was free, the alignment was less than the average rate at $97 including tax. Start to finish about an hour an 15 minutes.When I pulled away it felt like an entirely different vehicle !!! This car hasn't felt like this in years ! My technician Aking is clearly skilled and takes pride in his work. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience !!Normally I avoid chain mechanics at all costs , but this shop is phenomenal and I would absolutely recommend and return

I recently had both my truck and my wife's car serviced at Mavis Discount Tire, and I cannot praise their team enough. Piotr, Jordon, and Paul provided top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our vehicles received exceptional care. The major repairs were handled with precision, and our vehicles now run like new. Mavis Discount Tire exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and the expertise of their dedicated team. Five stars without a doubt!

Trevor (the manager) and his guys worked fast and hard on my car. I needed my front axel and both of my front tires changed, they managed to do all in a relatively quick span of time for a modest price. The best time, of course is to go in the morning with minimal people there. I would recommend them if you need various services. Always be upfront and honest with what you need and they will do the same for you.

Pete and Jordan took the time to help me make an informed selection,answered all my questions and they worked with my budget. They Did not "over sell" ...I received a great deal, they are knowledgeable , personable, friendly, patient and kind ..I received excellent customer service !!! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!!!!

Mavis really nailed it with the Abarth! The service at the location on Dutchess Turnpike. Especially the mechanical, tire/brake work and inspection, has been consistently excellent. Highly recommend been a satisfied customer for the past 4 services!

I had experience a flat tire, due to an improperly installed valve stem installed at another tire shop. The team at mavis took my wheel and tire corrected the issue in a timely manner. I will be sure to return to them the next time I need anything done and will be sure to recommend them.

Mavis on 44 has always been so helpful and reasonably priced in my times of need. Today when the tire air pump at Stewart s wasn t working I pulled up to mavis and Pete checked all my tires pressures and filled them up to proper pressure for free. Thank you Mavis, especially Pete!

The pk location is one of the best mavis locations in the Hudson valley imo. Good customer service and they always get things done in a reasonable amount of time. Been going here for years never had a single issue .

Such a welcoming place ! The staff is hilarious and very friendly! I came for an oil change but the guys I think his name was angel, he noticed I had a slow leak and my brakes were going soon. They jumped right on it! Nelson was very helpful in the brake replacement process. Thank you Mavis you ll always have a customer !

Good, smooth, and quick experience yesterday morning for oil change. Shoutout to Aking for doing a great job and Pete for great customer service! Inside of shop is clean and comfortable for waiting. Staff are informative, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely recommend (took about 30 minutes for oil change)

The guys at mavis discount tire on dutchess turnpike saved my day on Sunday.. after the blizzard got outta work to a snow filled car and a flat tire.. went straight there and they took care of it right away.. They were polite, kind , and all around awesome.. I can t thank them enough!!!

Had such an amazing experience at Mavis today! They worked diligently on my car. There customer service skills were amazing. They were kind and honest about my car. I was in and out in a matter of minutes ! I felt right at home. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

Paul was very friendly and accommodating, he even postponed his lunch break to fit me in for a walk in inspection. Pete took over to cash me out and was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
