I could say a whole lot of Good Things About Mag Auto. Number 1 , POPPY is more than outgoing when is comes to Customer Service. Me and my father Went to purchase a car the other day & there was a problem with the vehicle after purchasing. We were unaware at that time because we didn t experience that issue when taking the car out for a test drive. To be honest That made me and my father turned off and Kinda upset after getting the car. When POPPY Stepped in and spoke to us saying he willTake care of the problem and that everything will be okay and that he understood made us feel a sense of relief. At that point me and my Father were very comfortable doing business with him as he kept it professional without any drama. He went way overboard just to help us out. He made sure that my day wasn t disturbed and also Helped me out with Transportation to get back and forth to work. Thank you & I really Appreciate you POPPY and I also have to say finding Good People like you in this time were living in is very rare nowadays. May God Take your Business to the Next Level. This was hands down one of the easiest things I have ever done. If I could give more stars, I would. Poppy was absolutely amazing, as were the people that work there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that this experience was as quick and pain free as possible. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back. I couldn t imagine going to another dealership now.

Purchased a vehicle and from start to finish was such an easy process! I worked with poppy! Couldn t even believe how easy it was! Credit approval without even going in to the dealership! Poppy had a list of approved cars for me and was willing to check out whatever I asked about no questions asked! He was prompt to answer any and all questions as well! He knew I was in a crunch for time and he made it happen and I pulled out of the lot in less than 4 hours keys in hand! Thank you poppy and your crew for making a first time financing so easy and stress free! You are all GREAT!

Poppy got me approved and into a very nice car in just a couple of days. Very communicative and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even looked out for me beyond his extent. Would recommend to friends, family and anyone who is looking to buy themselves a nice car from good people.

This place is awesome. Was shopping for my first car and was helped by Poppy. He didn t pressure us, and even put the car in the back with no deposit when we said we were going to sleep on it. Car came with fresh brakes, tires, and AC compressor. Only had it for a day but i love it so far. Most cars seem to come with a 30 day warranty provided by MAG, but check the paper in the window. 100% recommend these guys.

If you want a great deal on a solid solid car, this is the place. I got a 2016 Chevy Equinox yesterday and I couldn t be happier with the service i got from Drew and the deal i got too. Drew was so helpful in thoroughly walking us through the process of buying the car and it couldn t have been easier I drove the car home the day i saw it. The entire staff there is just super nice and helpful all great people. So if you want a great car for a great deal i would recommend MAG to anybody looking to get a car. Thank you so much Drew for helping me buy this car I appreciate everything you did for me man you re the best!

Low pressure used car purchasing experience. They had a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing for my son. When we showed up, they greeted us and asked that we let them know if we wanted to test drive any of the vehicles they had. We walked around checking out some of the other cars they had on the lot. My son liked the car we went to look at and wanted to test drive it. They made a copy of my license and off we went. We asked if we could bring it to our mechanic to check it out. MAG actually encouraged it and let us bring it about 15 miles away. Once everything checked out, we brought the car back, wrote them a check and we drove away with the car. They did everything else, once I got the insurance paperwork. The easiest purchasing experience I ve had. And a really nice car at a good price and I searched for weeks!

What a fantastic experience. Poppy and his staff are terrific. He says "we are family" and family you are. It was so comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure and they were available to answer any questions and offer advice/opinions. And I will say it...as a woman I got/felt no pressure, condescension, or different treatment. I had an idea of what I wanted and made the decision to buy. From start to finish, it took 2 hours and I drive home in my "new"car. I would highly recommend and suggest to anyone looking for a car. I am confident if I have any issues, I could go back and Poppy would bend over backwards to fix it or help! Thank you, Poppy and MAG Auto Corp.!

I bought an Audi from this place, when I went back for an oil leak and new brakes/ roters a week later they stated there was no oil leak. A month into this problem I ended up having to go to another mechanic, ended up spending thousands of dollars. Will never go back to this place and do not recommend. It has been months and still have many problems with it.

I went in on Saturday, looking at 3 different cars that I had in mind from their website. I picked the one I liked most and had my dad test drive it. Poppy was amazing! It was Saturday so I wasn't expecting to be leaving with my new car, but boy was I wrong. They were able to do all the dmv paperwork and had the plates ready to go and I drove out of there with my new car that day! Thank you Poppy and Drew for making it a most wonderful experience! Will be back most definitely!

Vicky put me in some HEAT! I m so happy, she was so nice, wonderful experience. If you need a car go to MAG AUTO! 2 potatoes & a side of Mac & cheese have a better credit score than me & she STILL got me approved for a NICE car, I m so grateful. Thank you guys so much. Just bought bmw !! I ll never go here again drove it off the lot all these lights came on do not go there!! They had my car since in the shop .Tuesday haven t even have my car for week still another week with out a car and it s another week with no car and they give me loaner yesterday and it broke down hours after i got it i just want my money back at this point

3 weeks later had to buy new tires and ac fan burned up. $1650.00 later and only 30 days ownership. Go somewhere better ! These people sell lemons !

Love MAG Auto Group...They helped me find the perfect Vehicle for what I needed. They assisted me in getting approval for a loan with ease and no stress.They took care of getting us new tires and sensors for our car at no cost to us. Their customer service is top notch. They are always friendly and willing to help in any way. I would recommend them for your vehicle needs. Poppie and Deena are wonderful!

I can t imagine buying future vehicles anywhere else besides Mag. Poppy, and everyone else who I encountered were nothing short of pleasant and easy to work with, and trustworthy. I feel very well taken care of and I feel all of my concerns/wants/needs were met without hesitation. Thank you Poppy & the rest of Mag Auto. We will be returning for sure!*I hate to update this saying that 2 issues with the car that we re supposed to be fixed within the 30 days, never got resolved. My heated seats, and a battery (which was supposedly fixed but keeps dying). So make sure you are on them if there are issues with a potential purchase that has any issues

First for the service. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Poppy was very nice and super helpful with all of my questions. They even held the car for me while I went back and forth with my credit union for days. I would definitely do business here again. As for the vehicle it is in great shape for the year. The price was more than fair. I drove it home 2+ hours straight off the lot with no issues. Overall I'm super happy with my experience here.Update: 4 months later with no issues, just got my first oil change since purchasing. Had the local Subaru dealership look it over while it was in and all was good. No lemon here. Still super happy with the car. Just figured I'd leave this here for long term reference.

Everyone was incredibly helpful which made buying our car increasingly easy. Staff was attentive while giving very direct clear explanations and directions. I would and plan to come back if ever in need of a used car again.Additionally, everything in the lot was fairly priced despite the current situation revolving used cars. So if you're on the lookout please consider here!

My husband and I have gone to MAG Auto many times in the past and have bought cars, trucks or vans from them often. Everyone who works there seems to be very honest and genuinely concerned with selling us the right vehicle. If there was ever a problem with the vehicle they had it fixed in a timely manner and at no cost!!Notice when you drive by most car lots these days...not too many cars are sitting for sale. Their lot is full!I will always go to them when I am in the market for a new vehicle! I recommend everyone do the same!!

Our Daughter purchased a Vehicle last month.I have never seen nor heard of such professionalism in the Hudson Valley!Straight to the point, all business and courteous and friendly!Outstanding Experience!Our family combined have bought 30 of more car purchases.Smooth delivery on time!They were Informative ,explained all facets of the purchase. Payments, warranty and maintenance.Future finance if needed.Credit program Wow! Poppy is the MAN!!!

First I want to say thank you to Poppy and his team our experience with them was great. When we met them they made us feel like family very nice people it seems like we new them for years. We visit on a Saturday afternoon I pick the car I wanted and Poppy promise me he would help me get the car. I came back later that week and Poppy went above and beyond to get me the car I really wanted. We appreciate you and your team

I bought my first car with MAG. It was an easy smooth processes. I felt no pressure to purchase any vehicle. Very nice family owned business that cares for their customers. Helped me with an good interest rate suitable for a first time buyers. Definitely would recommend MAG to any one interesting in buying a vehicle.
