I had a great experience with Hudson River Truck & Trailer. They did my spray bed liner and it was a great job. I've had them done with other trucks in other places and have not been pleased. Chris the manager set up my appointment really quick. He kept me informed throughout the process. I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know. I will also be shopping trailers soon and Hudson Truck & Trailer will be my first stop

This is not the place to go to. I spent $7500 on the xv2 Fischer plow they sell. It has been broken since I bought it. They changed 4 modules and 3 remotes and everytime I keep going back with the same issue spending hundreds of dollars. If you want good service go to automotive audio in Newburgh. I didn t even buy the plow from them and they are helping me out with warranties. The salesman guy Chris pretty much told me to screw off. He s a nasty person when it comes to helping you out with what you bought from them. If you want good service go to automotive audio or else where. Since every other landscaper around here has the xv2 I know they are good plows I just got a lemon the Hudson River won t claim to have sold. I spent $1600 fixing it again Monday and Chris said thats your problem .

I had a great experience with HRTT. They sprayed a bedliner in and did a fantastic job. No mistakes and the coating is even and thick. Their communication was too notch and I really appreciate Chris Gardner the manager. He provided great communication and I am a happy customer.

We've purchased a few trailers from Hudson River Truck & Trailer over the years and have always had great experiences. Joby assisted us with our most recent purchase finding what we needed in a day and got us out the door with the new trailer. We would recommend them to anyone and recommend Joby as the sales rep to use!

I am very disappointed that I was charged for correcting a part of my snow plow that was not installed properly by either the dealer or the factory. Even if the warranty has expired a dealer that cares about their customer relations would never have charged to correct the problem. I recommend that you find a dealer that makes customer relations a priority.

Solid. 5 stars. Bought a rock solid trailer from GA and it needed warranty work. They recommended hudson. Doug was my contact and went above my expectations. They handled it all, replaced the door, sealed the roof , very responsive, good CS and I'm very happy. 1 week turn around. I will heavily consider buying from them next time. Thank you!

I have been dealing with HRTT for a few years now. They are top shelf in both service and sales. I have dealt with Joby and he has been able to provide me competitive pricing on dump trailers, equipment trailers, plows and whatever other needs I have. They care about clients and the needs brought to them. Not just to make a sale. Honesty and transparency play a big part in why I continue to purchase with them. Joby and the team always take good care of me and get me in and out the door as soon as they can so I can get on with my day and enjoy my new equipment. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going here for about five years. They have friendly staff and good mechanics. Other than that I have to stay they are pretty terrible. The customer service and communication is about as bad as it gets. They will fix your stuff and get your equipment/parts eventually, but be prepared to babysit and hold their hand as you call every so often because they don t update you or even call you when your stuff actually arrives. This is based on 5 years of business. Nothing has changed for the better regarding this.

The employees are so nice, kind, caring, helpful and SMART! They fixed the lighting problem on my small utility trailer so quickly and provided extra trouble shooting on my tow vehicle right then and there while I waited. Very positive experience for me.

engaged HRT&T to install new frame and dump body on my F-550. also requested to clean and paint frame area. There cost was market price for service and in the end I would say I have a 20 yr old truck as new as I can enjoy. Truck only had 72 k miles and in the end its better then spending 100k for a new truck. Highly recommend there shop and I also purchased a new v- plow suited for my 2011 Silverado . that experience was I little more challenging ,but in the end they were credible in every Fassett of that transaction. Be very careful when you buy their Spartan trailers. Look at the roof !!!looks like a 5 year old was playing with putty. And when you bring it back to them,They want nothing to do with it and they give you an attitude. They throw at you you have a 2 year warranty on it. And when you call the manufacturer they do nothing about it either so they rip you off from a Trela got to workmenship is horrible.I'm just looking out for other consumers. They told me I have nothing to worry about the roof is srudy I'm having sorts of troubles.

I went in for service on my 16 trailer and was pleasantly surprised to find the bill was ZERO! Service manager Brian explained he was able to make a warranty claim and I was all set to go.

Was looking for some hard to find/discontinued parts for my older camper.Clerk gladly researched and provided me with online retailer. Went back next day to pick up additional parts.Wow, customer service was great.....over the top.

I have an long time customer brought my first plow from them. With not problem and had service every year by this company. I was disappointed in the service I received this time. I guess wasn't good enough because I was just an homeowner not an contractor. The salesman Lucas kept putting me off and wouldn't give an honest answer if they did have the plow in stock or not for several months.it only I threaten to go to owners that I got an answer.I had the plow put on the other day and Lucas didn't even come introduce himself to me . Which that is rude and Poor customer service.Watch out when you to pay them they will charge you a 3% administration fee even when you pay with a Certified check. Guess I got changed the 3% because I'm homeowner not a contractor.I really disappointed since I have been long-term customer.I'll see next year if I get the same treatment when my plow needs to be serviced for the winter

Hudson River truck & Trailer is always a pleasure to deal with, especially Bill at the parts counter. He makes it easy to quickly get what I need for my fleet to keep going and they usually have most of the things I need in stock. Overall great parts and service!

Spoke to Lucas late Thursday, told me what they had - very clear good information. Went the following morning to complete deal. Joby handled me and many others in the pouring rain. He told me to come back at 11: trailer was waiting. Joby was excellent, and it seems as if the place is run like a clock.Didn't come across problems like other places just straightforward easy business.

An amazing place were the employees go above and beyond to help you. I got there at 11:15 on a Saturday and they close at noon on Saturdays. I found just the trailer to suit my needs but wasn't watching the time as I checked it all over and took my own measurements. When I decided to buy it, the salesman looked at his watch, it was 5 of noon. Even so, the woman that does the registrations and gets you the plates said it was ok, I didn't have to come back Monday, she would do all the paperwork for me right then and there. By the time she finished it was after 12:30, yet not ONE grumble or complaint, quiet the contrary, her and the salesman seemed very happy to have helped me with the sale. Now I don't know about you, but when it's quitting time, you best not get in my way of getting to my truck! Great job you did and I thank you. My tractor fits great with extra room for another implement as I wanted. Thank you. I am not friends with anyone in this business and was not compensated for this review in any way.

We first used Hudson River for an installation of a rack body and lift-gate on a Isuzu. The job went fine. We took a 2013 Chevy dump body to correct a tailgate issue where it did not align properly and to also install a manual tarp. We then purchased a brand new trailer from them this past November. We had an issue where the front left axle bent on the trailer at a nearby job. We took the trailer over to Hudson River that day to see if they would be able to give an estimate for a new axle and if we could leave the trailer on site as it was not safe to drive an hour back to our office. Doug (who was the salesman who sold us the trailer) told us we could not leave the trailer there and that it did not matter we purchased the trailer from them, or that we given them a lot of business with our other vehicles. He made us take the trailer an hour back to our office in the unsafe state it was. We are still waiting for a quote on a replacement axle and it has been 4 days. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service at this company.

From the first call to the pick up the experience here was smooth and easy. Go see Doug (great salesman) for your trailer needs. He helped set up the hitch at the proper height and went through the details of my purchase. I will buy here again in the future.

Great staff, great prices, dog friendly. They gave my dog a biscuit while waiting for my truck to be wired up for my new trailer! Every person that works here went out of their way to service every need & question I had from start to finish. Ask for Kasey...shes a great hard working saleswoman. She was going nonstop to service customers the whole time I was there. And the guy at the parts desk was knowledgeable and friendly steered me in the right direction for adapters. The blonde at the recieving desk was SUPER nice and friendly too. Quality equipment! Thanks!

Most of my experiences here have been very positive, with some minor disappointments every so often. I have bought several trailers and plows from them for my own business as well as companies I work for and that always goes well. They're seemingly a just tad more expensive then some other places, but are close by and usually have what I wanted in stock. Having them build a truck for you.....be patient! That usually seems to run into delays. They do nice work but it seems to take longer than estimated. That being said, the sales guys are good to deal with and Bill in the parts department is fantastic! If management is reading this, the guy should get a raise! He is always helpful and resourceful in finding whatever I need.
