My wife s visit to Hudson Cadillac Buick s service department was regrettably unsatisfactory. Despite arriving for a routine oil change, on my Cadillac Escalade ESV, the service writers displayed a lack of professionalism and customer focus. One service writer intentionally avoided assisting my wife, engrossed in unrelated conversations on his cell phone. The second writer, said i ll be right with you but, prioritized other tasks, leaving me waiting for an extended period. Even a simple inquiry about leaving my Cadillac without an appointment went unanswered. The overall experience fell short of basic customer service expectations, leaving room for improvement in communication and attentiveness.

Trevor in service department did a great job getting brakes and rotors replaced quickly on my son's car. I really appreciate the prompt service and great customer care!

STAY AWAY SCUM dealt with them on purchase they were lying trash(the OWNER) DEALT With the SERVICE dept over many years ago they were thieves and scum employesI had a wheel bearing issue dropped the cadillac service writter calls me he did diagnostics to lie and drum up business without premsion ,told the car need this this .I said ok what I said ok to was around $800PLUS tax when I got their to pick my car UPthe bill was$998. the writter charged any EXtra $130s for diagnostics.when u do the work UR not suppose to charge.without my permission only wanted wheel bearing. today 2/24/24 had a flat ONSTAR towed my cadiilac to them nearest dealer the SCUMs didnot call me .I had to call .they charged $86flat plug . I spoke to service manager to complain about the bill . HE wanted payment over the phone CC .wanted his full name he refused only give steve . this just show U THE OWNER is a piece OF TRASH he always at the dealership HIS manager steve woundnot give last name.towtruck driver dropped my phone charger for them to put in my car writer didnot put in car . THE OWNER IS SCUM TRASH LIERS. will contact ATTORNEY general and BBB

Great cars & best service.Shelly was our sales person. She was very professional & amazing person I ever met in Dealer/ car showrooms. Loan process was very smooth & easy . I highly recommend Hudson Cadillac.

Be very careful with the repair service!! My husband need it a simply light bulb change for he right signal and they try to charge him $500 with a 10% off !!!! Went to another car service and they only charged him $20!! Big difference huh! Nothing but thieves in this Poughkeepsie Cadillac

Awesome dealership to purchase a car from! Our salesman Cliff had our two vehicles sitting out in front when we arrived to look at them. Very knowledgeable sales person when we had a little bit of a glitch in our purchase HUDSON Cadillac dealership stepped up like no other and got us a car that we want it. Highly recommend!! Ten stars would be great !! Cliff was a pleasure to work with!

I have experienced hesitation with my 2016 Cadillac CTS for over a year now and have brought it to this dealer several times. My car so clearly had trouble accelerating to the point where even passengers in my car felt it. First, they told me that this issue was caused by bent rims. I'm no mechanic, but that didn't sound right to me. They said it was a fix for 125$ per wheel and I needed all 4 fixed. Skeptical about this working, I proceeded. When I picked it up, they added an extra 25$ to each wheel (without telling me until I arrived) and *shocker* this didn't solve my issue. Turns out I was right- bent rims do not cause acceleration issues. I was then told that they did not feel the issue the other times I brought it in. I was told (verbatim) "Anything you are feeling is normal and just how the car is." My car made a very prominent THUD many times each time I drove it. I felt a thud under my shifter when shifting from/to park, reverse, and drive. Cars are not supposed to do that! It is not normal. Especially in a luxury vehicle. I do not believe they did a thorough check on my vehicle and I feel that I was scammed out of approx 650$ to fix my rims PLUS more than one diagnosis fee to receive: no diagnosis. I have been in contact with General Motors regarding my situation and was sent to Barton Cadillac in Newburgh. Within a few hours of dropping my car off, they called and said they figured out the issue. A broken PCV pipe, and they assured it was an easy fix and are not sure how Hudson didn't catch this after several "looks". They had my car ready in 2 days. I paid about 400$ all together for this single visit. Hudson kept my car for extended periods of time, (A week + ) never answered the phone when I called to see how my car was doing, got me to spend a small fortune, and never gave me answers. If my car suffers any internal damage due to the neglect of fixing that issue, I blame Hudson entirely. It is a true shame because the people who work there are very kind, and this dealer is significantly closer to me than Newburgh, but I will be driving the extra miles from now on to ensure my car receives the right treatment.

I've purchased many cars here before and was hoping to again but their lease agreement was so expensive that I'll have to shop elsewhere this time :(Toyota, for a comparable truck was $300.00 a month less in a lease...
