Bought my truck from here brand new, and have been taking it for servicing. Recently had oil change and tire rotation done. Tire rotation was clearly not done, and when I said they didn't do work I paid for, they said tire rotation is included in oil change price so I didn't pay for it. Said to bring by and wait for who knows how long for them to fix there mistake. Was not offered any money back or a courtesy car for my inconvenience and time wasted

It was a pleasant experience as we awaited our car being serviced along with the fact that we purchased the vehicle from this dealership. I like the protocols established for the social distancing in the waiting area along with the various snacks and coffees offered while you are waiting. Check them out for your next ride!

Two hours for an oil change and putting wiper on back. I am used to getting a sheet of recommended services for car once I pay the bill. Great. I can look it over and book accordingly. I did not like being approached during the oil change and shown recommended services near $500!!!! Did I want to do now? Seriously? A $60 plus bill now close to $600? To top it off, he didn't even attach recommended services to receipt, I had to ask for it. Real urgent, huh?

I felt it took a little long to test the 2 batteries for my deisel engine, but they were very thorough. I was aware that there was only one battery in stock if I needed which it turned out I did. The other is on order along with 2 cables for one of the batteries.

I live in Florida but I have had need of service on two trips to the area.I've used them twice and the service was outstanding.Really helpful people.I can't thank them enough.

So I keep getting these emails for oil change specials. I called to make an appt and Ryan told me to just bring in the special email so they would honor that price. I get there and they read the fine print and tell me that that s only for Gmc vehicles. Obviously this should have been told to me over the phone before I drove over and then when I m speaking with the service manager he called me a liar and said that I was never quotes that. Like not very professional what so ever then he just looks at me like I have 2 heads instead of apologizing on behalf of his worker Ryan and trying to make me have a positive customer experience. I purchased a brand new GMC Elevation truck. Customer service after the sale is horrible, service department is useless & sales staff ignored me after the sale! My recommendation...Avoid this dealership!!!
