My experience at Chevy was nothing less than excellent. Honestly, Duke was the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. This is my family s third car we have purchased from this dealership and we highly recommend

Worst service department I ve ever encountered. I bought a $46000 truck from WS Healy which only had one key. The dealership mailed me a key and new fob and told me to stop into Healy Chevy in Poughkeepsie to cut the key and program the fob. They said it would take about 30 minutes, so I scheduled an appointment for 10am. 2 hours later and a $160 charge for a key and fob that was supplied by the dealership. I will never step foot in Poughkeepsie Chevy ever again.

My service advisor Alex gets my truck in quickly and I always get the results I'm looking for. I'm very quick to notice something is wrong with my vehicle and these guys cater to my issues and without hassle. Thank you to the technician William for getting my transmission issue figured out and got my truck shifting perfectly

This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. The sales person was very nice & helpful but the accounting department is beyond useless. It took over 2 months for us to receive our registration. This caused my husbands license yo be suspended.. I would definitely tell anyone yo stay away from this dealership.

If you would've asked me a year ago, I'd say 5 stars. Recently, not so much.I called ahead to see if there was an opportunity to test drive a Suburban while I was getting my Silverado maintenance done. I was told there was stock and I could take a test drive with my wife and son which would be the purpose of upsizing. When I got there, Michael from Sales told me that he had only one in stock. I agreed anyway and we proceeded to head outside with a temporary license plate. When I mentioned my wife and son coming, he said that was an odd request and that he could "entertain" the thought possibly. We was extremely unwelcoming and disrespectful to the thought of me wanting to do a real test drive - one that included my family. I mentioned this to his boss and other than saying he thought it was a disagreement, he still wanted me to go on a test drive with Michael which I shot down immediately. Terrible experience, especially since I bought two brand new vehicles from here before. I would give a one star, but Phil (Sales) and the service team keep me from doing so as they are always great.

Purchased a used car here back in October. Three days after driving the car off the lot it started giving me multiple problems. I knew what the problem was but figured it was under warranty so I dropped it off at the service department and waited close to five hours for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car following a tech coming out of the garage and spinning the tires and then Going up route nine driving the car like a maniac. (I do have video proof). Getting in touch with the service manager, and or the salesman that sold me the car was such a hassle. It took multiple phone calls and voicemails to finally talk to someone. To me it felt like they wanted the sale and my money and then they don t care anymore! Would not recommend this dealership at all

I just purchased a vehicle from Michael Steinke here at Healey Chevrolet. He was amazing made the whole process smooth and easy while never making me feel pressured. He made sure any and all questions I had about my trade-in and the new vehicle were answered. He went above and beyond to make me feel like family and not just another sale. I have purchased 2 new trucks through Healey (in 2021 and 2022) and have had such positive experiences that I m certain I ll be a customer here for life. I highly recommend working with Christina in sales - she is competent, not pushy, extremely responsive, and has continually delivered on my expectations. Christina has truly changed my perspective from being hesitant about dealerships to wanting to work exclusively with them in the future. The team at Healey has never promised on something they cannot deliver on (which is pretty common among many dealerships) and from my experience, they outperform other Chevy dealerships in the area for aspects such as service quality and competence, trade-in values, and financing options. I ll definitely be back to Healey for my next truck and will continue to use them exclusively for all my service needs!

Phil Dipierno was a top notch salesperson from the moment that I met him until after I picked up my new Equinox. I wanted a car in a relatively short time period in a color of my choosing and without a leather interior. He was able to research how many GM dollars I had to put towards the new car, explained the pricing, and was able to acquire the car that I wanted in a reasonable timeframe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I have already referred him to my brother to buy a new truck and I've only had my car for less than a week!! I am a local real estate broker and a dependable car is a must have. I'm happy to say that I have a brand new blue one to hopefully enjoy for many years!

A showroom that has an answer for everything Not a single used vehicle marked at a fair market value. Even in this economy. Sales people are slick and will try and take advantage of you if you re uneducated in the market prices and or interest rates. As well as a ridiculously high extended warranty , an additional $4,500.

Phil Duke was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at and did not pressure me at all. He answered all the questions I had and made the transition to my new truck an easy one. Kenny was also a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in getting me into my new truck. Would highly recommend both of them and will be back. This is my third truck through this dealership and I am very happy with their salesmen and their service department.

Paul Venditti and the rest of the Healey Chevrolet team went above and beyond during the recent purchase of my new vehicle. The concierge team was really nice and helpful as well. It was truly a pleasure dealing with everyone from start to finish. Absolutely worth driving 3.5 hours from southern NJ. I only wish I lived closer so that I could refer them more business.

My husband and children recently each purchased a car from Healy Chevrolet and our salesman Mike Rosa was not only friendly, attentive and phenomenal. From the moment he saw us looking around he wasted no time in listening to what they all were all interested in, what they wanted to spend as to what kind of payments they were all looking for. He showed them each what was within their price range and before we knew it he worked his magic and they were each in there vehicles within a few days.

Brought in my van for repairs, while waiting went in to see Steve, he is out standing, got me in a 2022 Silverado before the end of the day,also done the same for my wife's car.i would recommend Steve to everyone who needs a car or truck.

This location was incredible to work with. Christina Minet was a super star. She was super helpful with every step of the process all while putting no pressure on us. We found our new car and bought it all inside of two days and two trips to the dealership that took a total of 2-3 hours.The rest of the team were friendly and helpful as well. Carlton and I was in Poughkeepsie driving around and stop over at healey brothers Chevrolet just looking around just before closing ,and Michael rosa introduced himself and was letting us finish looking at the Camaro that caught our eyes .even tho the place was closed he did not rush us and answered every question we had . We really enjoyed speaking to him and he s a really great open and honest guy . To make a long story short if your looking for a vehicle and you happen to be in Poughkeepsie go see Michael Rosa he ll go above and beyond two days later after speaking with him we went back and a couple of hours later we left with a 2023 Chevrolet Camaro convertible.Thanks again MikeTania and Carlton

The service personnel were courteous and friendly. The problem was explained to me and the plan of action. My only issue is that I bought the truck from Healy Chevrolet I hadn t even put 5,000 miles on the truck and was already stuck with a $460 bill.

Ray P, the service advisor makes appointments convenient. He communicates professionally and honestly about any issues regarding my vehicle.He will provide the courtesy shuttle without hesitation.The entire service department is outstanding.

Mike Rosa was a great Salesman. He respected both of us. He helped us and got us into a new car by the next day. The program of having to get the 2nd key after purchase is on Healy and a poor one. He did everything he could to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. If you want honest and fair. Check Mike out.

Just bought a 2020 Equinox from Phil Dipierno. I test drove several cars and he picked out exactly the car that I wanted and explained all the features to me in detail. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and picked up the car on Monday morning. Was very much a seamless transaction from start to finish. Very satisfied!

Healey Chevrolet is a professional full Automobile service dealer. I prefer to use them for my GMC Canyon truck.as they are always; friendly, accommodating, and quick to return my vehicle back to me in working condition as new. We recently purchased a vehicle from Healey Chevrolet in New Hampton. From start to finish the experience was superb. We were greeted quickly at the dealership and were immediately made to feel comfortable. We worked with Jennifer Reitano in the sales department who was incredibly responsive through the entire process and was sure to provide fast, yet thorough answers to all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. We highly recommend visiting this dealership next time you re in the market for a car and by all means ask to speak with Jen!
