They destroyed my driver side area tha separates the Windsheild from the door with their tools. Looks like they dragged out my windshield of the car using the dash board as leverage to get it out and destroyed the vinyl exactly where they wouldn t have been able to get a glass cup to stick to the glass. Almost could live with that part. But then I saw they gouge with the tools they used to get my windshield out that was original windshield . If that damage was there prior they should ve taken pictures so that I can t come at them. And then they call me a liar. Shawn actually said that I am a liar they did not do that damage. Very nice that s why they went from glass Dr. to Glass King wonder why same owners.Different name. Wonder why that happens? 56 years old I kind of know why someone would change their business name! Ask for their insurance prior to them doing any work because I don t even see you there website saying they re insured. And their vehicle was unmarked when they showed up. The first picture is a before the windshield got out if you zoom in there is no damage Over the steering wheel. Even with the glass sitting on it. Glass King was awesome. They were 100 bucks cheaper than Safelite. Next day service. Had set up to have done at my job. Day of, car wouldn't start. Called and gave new address. They were here within an hour and the technician even tried to help get my car started after finishing the glass. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! 10/10. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

I ve used these guys a couple time on different cars. Once to fix a hole that a pebble made and another time to replace the front window because a tree branch fell during a storm and destroyed it. Called Glass King to replace my girlfriends windshield, as she had a leak somewhere that was causing issues with the computer. Turned out I didn t even need the windshield, they came and found out it was the sunroof ducts leaking instead. Instead of charging me money they were honest and willing to help, even if it meant they wasted the drive out to me. Honest professional work would recommend.

A friend of mine referred me to Glass King after a small chip on my windshield turned into a large crack. They provided fast service and were very affordable. The worker even informed me that the pillars on my car were damaged and it could cause more damage to the new windshield, if not replaced. They ordered the parts for me and used their company code to get me the parts cheaper. I highly recommend them.

Last year, I was fortunate enough to visit this little know part of the country. My boyfriend and I enjoyed seeing the various little towns and different way of life, and it was quite idyllic until a rock hit our car going around a bend. We didn't know who to reach out to, and were pleasantly surprised with both the level of service AND prompt turn-around time. Thanks, Glass King!!! You saved our trip!!

Glassking came out to replace my windshield n i was very pleased. This company is awesome. From the young lady that runs the office to the tech that came out, they gave outstanding service. The tech even fixed my broken door handle for me at no charge..glassking i will tell everyone to call glassking. This company is #1..Thanks Glassking..

I called for a quote and a man with an indian accent asked me if I had called him first or if I had called his competitors first and then called him. When I asked why that was necessary information he cursed me out and said he doesn't need my business. Needless to say I did not do business with this company. Very strange behavior from this shop.

First day they sent the wrong glass and said they wouldn t be able to come back til the next day. The next day they never showed up, no call, and no answer when I called their office. Worst service ever, do not do business with this company!!
