It was such a pleasure working with everyone at Friendly Honda in Poughkeepsie. My lease came due and Justin Tomasulo was awesome to work with. He was so organized and efficient and made the process go so smoothly. I've been working with Justin since 2015 and it has been awesome. Everyone I have worked with there has been great! And I love my new Honda CR-V!!

I was kind of nervous as this was my first time buying a car all on my own. After initially contacting 4 Honda dealerships, I chose Friendly Honda. Everyone I dealt with at Friendly Honda responded quickly, and all my questions were answered clearly and completely. My salesman Ron, was super friendly. He made the process easy and comfortable and made me feel confident that purchasing my CR-V from Friendly Honda was the right choice.

EDIT: Assistant manager order me a new skid plate and installed , Mariel was really understanding as why I was upset , You can tell right away when you talk to her your talking to a car person she is very passionate about her work and made me feel comfortable it would be put back on right as she went and checked herself.Worst Dealership experience, take my word and avoid this place.2022 civic SIOver 3 hours for a appointment oil change and mount and balance tires , I just checked my car and my entire skid plate is missing and was left with a stripped screw ( skid plate protects oil filter and oil pan / transmission) , I work on my own cars I brought it in only for the oil change to be on record for warranty I know for a fact my plate was there I just upgraded the exhaust prior with video proof. I will post the mechs name when I find the record paper I d recommend at minimum avoid this guy touching your car , tossing a skid plate on a brand new car is completely disrespectful and pure lazy work ethic, it s shame no one takes pride in there work anymore.Will update what the dealer does about this when I go in person tomorrow.

"Friendly" is the experience, here. From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away in my Certified used vehicle. I'm happy with my car. And glad I chose a business with a great reputation and helpful people.Make sure that you are clear with your intentions with regards to warranties!!!

I could not be happier with my experience at Friendly Honda. From the time I walked in the door and met Angel Freire, to signing the papers with Brian Hartwell, my experience was one of excellent customer service.Angel was an excellent sales associate. He took the time to listen to my needs and gave me several different options to choose from. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and made me feel like a valued customer and more importantly, comfortable with the decision I made.My experience with Brian was also seamless. He took the time to explain payment options with me and did not try to hard sell any other options for my new car.I would highly recommend Friendly Honda and its staff to all my family and friends.

I had the best experience with Friendly Honda. Everyone is super warm and helpful. Adam Teague was our salesman. He is knowledgeable, patient, and matched us with the car that met all our needs. My husband and I love our new car and miss hanging out with Adam! Brian Hartwell helped us with financing. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and shared all the incredibly generous warranties Friendly Honda offered. I ended up purchasing two additional parts (roof rack and trunk mat) and - without even asking- received a discount. I highly recommend working with this team. No bargaining necessary- as all discounts and sales are communicated up front. I appreciated their transparency and good humor.

Vladimir, Paul, Sandy, and everyone on staff was absolutely amazing. My questions were answered concisely and honestly. My salesman was beyond helpful and reviewed everything in detail, was a pleasure to work with, and was very thorough when telling me about the features of my car and breaking financials/details down into more digestible bits. Everyone was so accommodating and understanding to me also bringing my teething little one to test drive- and Vladimir (my salesman) even helped me re-install my car seat! So beyond nice and a true down-to-earth experience. 5/5 & absolutely loving my 2024 Honda HRV Sport!!

My experience was amazing from the time I walked into the dealers lot. My salesman, Carlos was exceptionally helpful and he knew what I would like and want. The process could not have gone any smoother. When I picked up the car Carlos showed me everything the car could do and with such patience and kindness. If I buy another car it will be from Friendly Honda and I will ask for Carlos.

This is my second time buying a car here and both times I was treated like a queen. The sales team worked to get me the best deal possible, they were very flexible to negotiate with and they also worked to find me the best percentage rate and discounts that I was eligible for. I would highly recommend friendly honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. Zack was great in sales and never made me feel pressured and Jim in financing spoke slowly and not fast to try to slide one over on me. I appreciated both of these guys, and let's not forget Papa, the best deal maker ever!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Friendly Honda. We had the pleasure of working with Carlos recently who helped us find the perfect car for our growing family. He was so patient, kind, thorough, and overall an absolute pleasure to work with. We don t live locally and he made it so easy for us to do things over the phone so we didn t have to drive back and forth from Albany several times. He took the extra time to go over different financing options, sat with us in the car and went over every little detail/function both mechanically and electronically could preform, and made sure all of our questions were answered before taking our new car home. I truly cannot thank him enough for making this so seamless!! Friendly Honda is lucky to have him on their team and everyone else we worked with were absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant experience here. Friendly is in the name but they are indeed friendly. We liked how everyone identified with our approach to car shopping.When we reached out to them via email we worked through their business development coordinator, Christy. She s a fantastic communicator, clear and friendly. She s a good listener too. We never had to say anything twice. And when we went in to the dealership the sales consultant we worked with was Zack. He didn t make us feel at all pressured to discuss anything that we weren t ready to discuss. We had some specific interests and he worked with that. He took a nice personal interest in us. And without trying to upsell us, he explained differences in models which was super helpful. He s very knowledgeable, articulate, and of course friendly. When it came time to talk with the sales manager, James, it was a great experience. Everyone tried to help us identify exactly what we wanted.They ve worked hard to cultivate and maintain a great reputation. Buy your next Honda here! Ask for Zack! You won t be disappointed.

I picked up my car this morning after spending a week being repainted for a recall. Wow! It looks like I have a new car. The paint job was impeccable and what s even better is the customer service. Props to Brian Walsh who took care of the details when the job was passed along to him. My experience was very positive and I felt respected in every way. Even when there was a slight misunderstanding with communication, it got resolved in a timely manner and again quite respectfully. If I get a new car, I ll definitely consider Friendly Honda.

The salesperson went above and beyond to be helpful, communicating regularly and keeping me up to date on the purchase of my car. The environment around purchasing a car has changed dramatically reflecting what is going on with the housing market. Too many buyers, limited inventory, higher prices and a frenetic environment. The financial staff who manage car loans, titles, deposits etc need to be reminded that many buyers do not want to purchase additional warranty s. While I understand they need to offer it, when the customer says no multiple times. They mean no. Overall staff need to be trained that women are capable of buying a car, understanding the process, making a decision and are very knowledgeable about cars, technology and financial matters. Do not refer to them as hun ,or dear Treat them the same as you would any other customer. The Director of Sales also listened intently to concerns regarding the finance area and assured me it would be addressed. While I appreciate the frenetic pace and demand for cars in this environment, everyone needs to be reminded that there are many options for customers to purchase cars from dealerships, CarMax and hundreds of other places. Your goal should be to make them all want to buy them from Friendly Honda. Kudos for Carlos who gets it and treats people with respect and was the reason I did not walk away from this sale. Hats off to the receptionist who was amazing and very kind and attentive A little customer service training could go a long way. It s 2024 and the good ole boys environment is ancient history.

Corey was a tremendous help. Very knowledgeable and experienced, but personable and courteous. He worked hard to get me in my brand new car. Brian also was great. All the above. All around, from the second I walked in the sales office to the time I drove away, I felt at home and respected. I will go to Friendly Honda every time I want to buy a car.

Howard our sales manager was friendly and efficient. We were strapped for time the day of purchase, and he was plenty accommodating. I valued his time and advice.Edit: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the vehicle I purchased was unable to meet expectations.Howard, service rep Jessica Hastings, service foreman Ron, Paul Hoffman, and especially sales manager Tom Pratt worked diligently to make things right.The employees at friendly honda really do embody their motto, and I got to know some of the staff here on a very human level.What could have very easily been a horrible experience, was made right by each and every person I encountered at this facility. These people really do stand behind what they do, and set an example of what it means to be good people.I am grateful for my experiences here with the service dept as well as the sales dept. I had first purchased a vehicle here nearly 2 decades ago, and I would easily choose this facility again in the future.

Zack was very friendly. I got to test drive 2 cars that I was interested in. After I chose I asked if I could come back in and take my dad for a drive and he was like no problem. Zack made it easy for me to get my car. So happy with my new Honda

I had an issue with my car. I needed the heat shield replaced. As I was told from another mechanic. I told the Honda technician what was wrong with it. They said that Honda would still need to do a diagnostic test. I don t understand why a diagnostic test is required for a non mechanical issues. I would think it would be a simple visual inspection. Anyways I was charged $85 for the test. The technician said the parts cost would be $137 and the installation would cost $85. I had to pay for the parts upfront. I left Honda paying $230 with nothing repaired.My second appointment was where I experience the problem. This is where the repairs were done. I had a 9am appointment. My car was not ready until after 11am. What is the sense of having appointment times. If it still going to take a long time. The major issue I have is with the technician Scott L. He explained that I need additional repairs i.e. the gas tank needs to be repaired that is going to cost $1105 and front shield needs to be replaced that is going to cost $218. I asked for my Honda cash in the amount of $20 to be applied to my total it was not; I asked for my car to be washed it was not and I was told that I did not pay for the tax on the parts and I had to pay for that now. He also stated I was quoted the wrong price for installation and it was actually $100 something. I left Honda feeling unsatisfied and taken advantage of.

I went to one dealership first in Newburgh and they wouldn t work with my budget, but Friendly Honda was great. Even though they were very busy they tried to give each customer personal attention. Carlos was a wonderful salesman and Jim (finance) tried his best to work with me without being pushy. I live far from them but, I would return in the future and recommend them to others.

Had my vehicle serviced for a recall.They couldn't provide a loaner since I didn't purchase my vehicle here , fineI will be remembering that when I purchase my next vehicle , might not purchase it hereBased on being treated as an outsider .Other than that it's like every other Honda I've been too , busy , slow , with good front desk help as far as information goes .

I believe his name is�correct and being so far back. I can not express our past; several leases with the Sales manager Papa along with Carlos Scaloni have been very impressive�with their level communication as in the past. From all previous�purchases Carlos stands out how to help a past customer of your dealership for many to expect the attention he provides for their loyalty. I truly see Carlos as future Sales manager within Friendly Honda.We would also like to thank Jim Lubutti for all his help in the finance of our purchases. Jim has always gone out of his way to make all deals seamless and turn every sale from past to present something we really appreciate. UPDATE BASED ON response published by the Friendly Honda Dealership:this is in response to the attempt of Friendly Honda to cover their butts. A short while after my daughter returned home, someone from Friendly Honda called to speak with her. I was sitting next to her so I could overhear much of the conversation. The just a bit was this; why don t you come back and we ll show you the parts that we took off the car to prove that they needed to be replaced Simply put, the logic in that is flawed. they weren t calling to apologize or rectify the situation, but rather to persuade my daughter, not to complain.it was clear that someone was most likely listening in on the Friendly Honda side. The call was in essence, trying very hard to put words in my daughters mouth. She does not like conflict and physically. Each time she tried to tell them that she doesn t trust them and took it to a trusted shop, they tried to coax her to come back to see the parts [ that were replaced ]where is the logic in that? Any good, reliable mechanic will show you what needs to be done and get your approval with full knowledge of what the cost will be. From my experience own many cars for decades, mechanics always consult closely with the client once the overall plan that they would like to present has been formulated. They don t piecemeal the job to get intermittent buy in. We know what was going on.The fact that they wanted to show my daughter the parts after she left the shop is laughable. Who is to say that the parts they were going to show her or even depart that came off of her vehicle? Not only did they take advantage of a young woman who trusted them, but they treated her like a complete idiot afterward. I wish I could give them zero stars here for the disgraceful way they handled this after the fact. By the way, not that it would ve made a big difference, but they didn t even offer her a free oil change? Ridiculous business practices.WOMEN beware of PREDATORY BUSINESS practices!.A simple oil change, might easily snowball into a One Thousand Four Hundred dollar visit. You did read that correctly: $1,452.83 to be precise. Whether you need it or not, they ll convince you you do. Scare tactics and sales pressure to make repairs on items that just don t need it yet.THE VEHICLE WAS VERY RECENTLY INSPECTED: less than 6 weeks ago and PASSED at another dealership.Unfortunately, the windshield washer fluid was not spraying accurately.She asked Friendly Honda to check on it.SHE WAS BILLED $61.00 for a MINOR adjustment.IT SNOWBALLED FROM THERE: You re due for X,Y,Z and on and on.They took advantage of a young lady who went in for an oil change ($38) and an adjustment to the wipers.THE SEVICE SALES PRESSURE BEGAN THE RIP OFF BEGAN: BRAKES, Brake cleaner, GDI Fuel Service, Pads, Disk brakes, even a rag.LABOR: $745.54Parts:( unnecessary ones):$400.29 OTHER Parts: $192.73 MISC. Chang: $5.10Sales Tax: $109.17_____________$1,452.83_________She called me from the parking lot, sobbing in disbelief at what just took place. I told her to bring the documents home and I picked up the phone and contacted the office to find out who s in charge of service for the region from the corporate side.I got the runaround from the receptionist who refused to give me the name of the corporate officers oversee the franchise. She then transferred me to someone else who started giving me the third degree about why I wanted to know who is in charge, etc. When I told her that that information should be public, she badgered me and put me on hold abruptly.I am telling you this is not the first time we ve had this kind of experience at this dealership I m just sorry I didn t go with her.I will be filing a formal complaint first with the dealership and if there is no reasonable financial repair, be contacting Friendly corporate and then continue up the ladder to file a formal complaint with Honda for this outrageous business behavior and predatory practices

The CRV is beautiful. The sales person who showed me all the features was very knowledgeable. The business part of the process went very smoothly with everything being explained to my satisfaction. It was a pleasant experience.
