I had him detail my car in February. A few days later I realized my upholstered mats(4) were missing. All of them. Only the weather tech rubber mats were in the car. I messaged him, he said he wasn t sure, that he d look in the shop. He texts me again,saying he has them. I replied asking when I could pick them up? No response. I called twice later that week, no response.About a month goes by, I still haven t heard from him. I drove by his shop on Easter Sunday, and I saw that he was open. I decided to pull in to talk to him and retrieve my mats. He comes outside and proceeded to tell me the mats are at his other shop in Wappingers. How did they get there??? He tells me they were put in another person s car by mistake. He asked if I wanted to go to Wappingers to pick them up. Hell no I don t. So then he asked where I live so he can drop them off. I mentioned how I texted him and had called before and he had this stupid look on his face acting like he didn t get calls or texts. I told him I shouldn t have to chase him down for my mats. No accountability, very unprofessional. Still have not received my mats or heard from him about them. This will be handled in civil court.

Booked an appointment for the 29th on the 22nd for an interior detailing. Received multiple emails and texts confirming and reminding me of the appointment. When we got there to drop off the car there was nobody there but two numbers to call/ text on the door. Called both and texted but never got a response. After waiting half an hour we decided to leave and find somewhere else to do the detailing. All of the reviews here were great so I was disappointed when the appointment didn t happen and had never heard back from anyone.

The guys were extremely accommodating and helped me get my car done quick. They took their time and got everything soooo clean. Smoker who wanted car spotless for new baby coming. I did the disaster clean. Prices are very good you get what you pay for, & their prices are good for the expertise quality detailing they do. The headliners are spotless, I thought the light color was done with & I d have to live with it!! I couldn t of been happier with the customer service, updates & communication, their attention to detail, and just how sweet they both were!!You can tell they take pride and their work and love to make their customers happy. It was really hard to make an appointment. I called them so many times (Tuesday, Oct 3) but nobody picked up. I made an appointment through the Facebook and left a note that I d like them to call me back to discuss the details. A day later I get a call back and we discussed everything. A person on the phone seemed nice and polite. We agreed for the appointment on Saturday (Oct 7th) at 9 am.It supposed to be a birthday present for my boyfriend s father. We came to Poughkeepsie all the way from NYC to make this birthday present happened. In the morning we took the car and went to the Extreme Auto Care hoping to come back with a clean car and surprise my boyfriend s dad. But when we got to the place, it was closed. We waited for an hour and I tried to call and text all possible numbers but nobody responded. We just drove the same dirty car back home I felt terrible. The present was ruined.I remember when the person on the phone told me if you decide to cancel, please, call us back and let us know And he actually didn t show up himself. Not reliable peopleUPDATE:Changing to 5 stars because I was reached out after the unpleasant situation happened and was told that due to a family emergency the shop was closed and they didn t get a chance to notify us about it.We agreed to reschedule and we dropped off the car today. Vaughn (I apologize if I misspelled the name) did an amazing job and was very nice and polite. It smells nice, there are no stains on seats anymore, no dog fur and I don t think we ever knew this car can be this shiny. We are so pleased with the result!

PJ tinted my windows and did an incredible job. He has also detailed the interior of my car multiple times and I ve never been disappointed. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make your car look brand new. PJ and his staff are absolutely AMAZING. I had just bought an older car with some wear and tear on it and after having other awesome experiences i knew right where to bring it! The exterior needed lots of work and brightening up and they did just that!! the paint looked close to new, head lights were gorgeous, and windows have never been clearer!! As for the interior i m not sure what the previous owner did to destroy it but after a couple hours with these AMAZING people you would ve thought it was straight out of the factory!! seats are beautiful and CLEAN, dash and steering wheel look great and the floor looks like it s never been touched! Will be going back for touch ups regularly!! 100/10 recommend.THANK YOU GUYS

This company is great. I couldn't find a place to detail my car that wasn't booked for 2-3 weeks. Found extreme auto care, owned by a 19 year old professional named PJ. Made an appointment for the next day for 9AM. PJ was at my house at 8:50AM. I handed him my keys and I went about my day. 5 1/2 hours later, my SUV was brand new. Incredible attention to detail. I don't have one negative thing to say. Lots of options to choose from but I chose the full detail and I got exactly what I paid for. I would recommend this place to any friend. PJ and his coworker are the hardest working men. They did an amazing job on our suv and minivan. They are honest, super friendly and accommodating. I cannot believe how much effort they put into our cars and got everything done in time. Our cars looked brand new. Great service, great price and best of all great customer service. We moved to Dutchess County from the city and were looking for a detail service that came to our home. We found Extreme Auto on Facebook and the owner PJ.To say they did a great job would be an understatement- he made our cars look brand new every time. He took such care with our cars, a Range Rover and Ford down to the last spot!We use him every month now and have referred them to everyone! I can t praise them enough. Always on time, responsible, attention to detail no matter the car- now we just leave our keys on the porch and pay him via Apple Pay and don t even see him half the time! The 2 young men who came to my house a few days ago were very nice and respectful!! After they did my car, it was a whole new car. You can tell that they care about their customers and their customers cars like their own by putting a lot of energy and effort into making the car 100% to the best of their ability. I found this detailing place on Instagram and called, they were located about 15 minutes from me. Dropped off my Jeep for cleaning and PJ did a fabulous job. It looked better than when I bought it. I am a disabled vet who paid this place $360 for top of line detail they took my money but never did the car!
